Create Pull Request
You are helping the user create a pull request that follows ClaudeForge conventions.
Workflow

Detect Current Branch

- Validates source branch (must be dev, release/, or dependabot/)
- Checks CHANGELOG.md updated
- Validates production build
- Runs full quality gates
Success Output
