docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). |
2.2.1 User Safety Requirements
Follow manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for
washables exist, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other
laundry.
2.2.2 Engineering Controls
When handlers use closed systems, enclosed cabs, or aircraft in a manner that meets the
requirements listed in the Worker Protection Standard (WPS) for agricultural pesticides (40
CFR 170.240(d)(4-6)), the handler PPE requirements may be reduced or modified as
specified in the WPS. IMPORTANT: When reduced PPE is worn because a closed system
is being used, handlers must be provided all PPE specified above for “applicators and other
handlers” and have such PPE immediately available for use in an emergency, such as a spill
or equipment breakdown.
2.2.3 User Safety Recommendations
Users should:
x Remove clothing/PPE immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly
and put on clean clothing.
x Remove PPE immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves
before removing. As soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean
clothing.
2.3 Environmental Hazards
This product is toxic to fish, aquatic invertebrates, oysters, and shrimp. Drift and runoff may
be hazardous to aquatic organisms in water adjacent to treated areas. DO NOT apply
directly to water, to areas where surface water is present, or to intertidal areas below the
mean high water mark. DO NOT contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwater
or rinsate.
2.3.1 Groundwater Advisory
Azoxystrobin, a degradate of azoxystrobin, and mefenoxam are known to leach through soil
into groundwater under certain conditions as a result of label use. Fludioxonil and
pydiflumetofen have properties and characteristics associated with chemicals detected in
groundwater. These chemicals may leach into groundwater if used in areas where soils are
permeable, particularly where the water table is shallow.
TREBUSET PEANUTS
Page | 5
2.3.2 Surface Water Advisory
This product may impact surface water quality due to runoff of rainwater. This is especially
true for poorly draining soils and soils with shallow groundwater. This product is classified as
having a medium potential for reaching both surface water and aquatic sediment via runoff
several months or more after application.
A level, well-maintained vegetative buffer strip between areas to which this product is applied
and surface water features such as ponds, streams, and springs will reduce the potential
loading of pydiflumetofen from runoff water and sediment. Runoff of this product will be
reduced by avoiding applications when rainfall or irrigation is expected to occur within 48
hours. Sound erosion control practices will reduce this product’s potential to reach aquatic
sediment via runoff.
2.4 Physical or Chemical Hazards
DO NOT mix or allow to come in contact with oxidizing agents. Hazardous chemical reaction
may occur.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
DO NOT apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly
or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application. For any
requirements specific to your State or Tribe, consult the agency responsible for pesticide
regulation. Notify State and/or Federal authorities and Syngenta immediately if you observe
any adverse environmental effects due to use of this product.
Maximum usage when applying metalaxyl- and mefenoxam-containing products to the
same crop within the same season: DO NOT apply more than the maximum yearly total
application rate for the active ingredient as stated on the label of the product containing the
lowest yearly total on that crop.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AND PRECAUTIONS ON THIS LABEL MAY
RESULT IN CROP INJURY; POOR DISEASE CONTROL; AND/OR ILLEGAL RESIDUES.

AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS
Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection
Standard, 40 CFR part 170. This Standard contains requirements for the protection of
agricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries, and greenhouses, and handlers of
agricultural pesticides. It contains requirements for training, decontamination, notification,
and emergency assistance. It also contains specific instructions and exceptions pertaining to
the statements on this label about personal protective equipment (PPE) and restricted-entry
interval. The requirements in this box only apply to uses of this product that are covered by
the Worker Protection Standard (WPS).
DO NOT enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the restricted-entry
interval (REI) of 48 hours. Exception: If the seed is treated with the product and the
treated seed is soil-injected or soil incorporated, the Worker Protection Standard, under
certain circumstances, allows workers to enter the treated area if there will be no contact with
anything that has been treated.
PPE required for early entry to treated areas that is permitted under the Worker Protection
Standard and that involves contact with anything that has been treated, such as plants, soil,
or water is:
x Coveralls
x Water-resistant gloves
x Shoes plus socks
Treatment of highly mechanically scarred or damaged seed or seed known to be of low vigor
and poor quality may result in reduced germination and/or reduction of seed and seedling
vigor. Treat a quantity of seed using equipment similar to that planned for treating the total
seed lot. Then conduct germination tests with a portion of this treated seed before
committing the total seed lot to a selected seed treatment.
Due to seed quality, crop or variety sensitivity, and seed storage conditions beyond the
control of Syngenta, no claims are made to guarantee the germination of carry-over seed or
propagating material for all crops when treated with Trebuset Peanuts.
3.0 PRODUCT INFORMATION

fungi causing decay, damping off, seedling blight, and Cylindrocladium black rot (CBR).
Trebuset Peanuts also provides suppression of White Mold/Stem Rot (Sclerotium rolfsii) and
Aspergillus Crown Rot (Aspergillus niger)
Read all label directions for use. All applications must be made according to the use
directions that follow.

3.1 Resistance Management
For resistance management, please note that Trebuset Peanuts contains Group
4/mefenoxam, Group 7/pydiflumetofen, Group 7/sedaxane, Group 11/azoxystrobin, and
Group 12/fludioxonil fungicides. Any fungal population may contain individuals naturally
resistant to Trebuset Peanuts and other Group 4, Group 7, Group 11, or Group 12 fungicides.
A gradual or total loss of pest control may occur over time if these fungicides are used
repeatedly in the same fields. Appropriate resistance-management strategies should be
followed.
Mefenoxam belongs to the phenylamide class of chemistry which interferes with fungal RNA
synthesis. Pydiflumetofen and sedaxane belong to the carboxamide class of chemistry and
are succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors (SDHIs) which disrupt cellular respiration and energy
generation. Azoxystrobin belongs to the strobilu rin class of chemistry which disrupts cellular
respiration and energy generation. Fludioxonil belongs to the phenylpyrrole class of
chemistry which interferes with osmotic signal transduction.
To delay fungicide resistance, take one or more of the following steps:
x Rotate the use of Trebuset Peanuts or other Group 4, Group 7, Group 11, or Group 12
fungicides within a growing season sequence with different groups that control the same
pathogens.
x Use tank mixtures with fungicides from a different group that are equally effective on the
target pest when such use is permitted. Use at least the minimum application rate as
labeled by the manufacturer.
x Adopt an integrated disease management program for fungicide use that includes
scouting, uses historical information related to pesticide use, and crop rotation, and which
considers host plant resistance, impact of environmental conditions on disease
development, disease thresholds, as well as cultural, biological and other chemical control
practices.
x Where possible, make use of predictive disease models to effectively time fungicide
applications. Note that using predictive models alone is not sufficient to manage
resistance.
x Monitor treated fungal populations for resistance development.
x Contact your local extension specialist or certified crop advisor for any additional pesticide
resistance-management and/or IPM recommendations for specific crops and pathogens.
x For further information or to report suspected resistance contact Syngenta Crop
Protection at 1-866-796-4368. You can also contact your university extension specialist
to report resistance.

4.0 APPLICATION DIRECTIONS
Important: Recirculate Trebuset Peanuts thoroughly before using.
Follow the manufacturer’s application instructions for the seed treatment equipment being
used. This product must be used only by commercial seed treatment facilities or with
commercial seed treatment equipment on farm. DO NOT use in hopper-box, planter-box,
slurry-box or other seed treatment applications at or immediately before planting.
Apply Trebuset Peanuts as a water-based slurry through standard liquid-type seed treatment
equipment that provides uniform seed coverage. Seed treaters with atomizers or spinning
discs are highly recommended for better product coverage on the seed. Uneven or
incomplete seed coverage may not give the desired level of disease control. Thoroughly mix
the specified amount of Trebuset Peanuts into the required amount of water for the slurry
treater and dilution rate to be used.
The total application volume must be sufficient to provide desired level of coverage. The
slurry volume needed to achieve adequate coverage is approximately 11-16 fl oz/100 lb of
seed. More or less diluent may be required depending on environmental conditions and
peanut seed size in order to obtain optimal coverage.
Fill the mix tank ¼-½ full with clean water. Start agitation of the mix tank. Next, open the
container and add the appropriate amount of Trebuset Peanuts into the mix tank, and
maintain agitation. Thoroughly blend the mixture while adding the remainder of the required
water.
After the mixture appears completely uniform, begin application to the seed. Mix the slurry
thoroughly with the seed to provide uniform coverage.
Continuous agitation or mixing of the slurry mixture is necessary to prevent settling out of the
solution. Clean out any unused product from the treater after treating or maintain constant
agitation if the leftover slurry will be maintained overnight.
Follow planter manufacturer’s specifications for use of talc or other hopper additives at
planting. Seed must be completely dry before adding to planter.

4.1 Mixing Directions
Trebuset Peanuts mixes easily with water and other water-based seed treatments
manufactured by Syngenta and many other companies. When mixing with products from
other manufacturers, test the compatibility prior to use by conducting a jar test:
x Mix all intended seed treatments with a proportional amount of water to achieve the
desired slurry mixture in a clear glass container.

Mixing Trebuset Peanuts with tank-mix partners:
x Add ½ of the required water to the mix tank and turn on the agitation. Mechanical
agitation is preferred.
x If using wettable powders, add them first to clean water allowing them to completely
disperse prior to adding Trebuset Peanuts or other products.
x Allow each tank-mix partner to completely disperse before adding the next product.
x Add the remaining amount of water and agitate.
x Maintain agitation until the entire slurry mixture has been used.
Trebuset Peanuts contains an EPA-approved colorant that imparts an unnatural color to the
seed as required by the Federal Seed Act.
Allow seed to dry before bagging.
4.1.1 Tank-Mix Precautions
Confirm physical compatibility, seed safety, seed safety in stored seed, and biological
efficacy before tank mixing with other seed treatment products.
It is the pesticide user’s responsibility to ensure that all products are registered for the
intended use. Read and follow the applicable restrictions and limitations and directions for
use on all product labels involved in tank mixing. Users must follow the most restrictive
directions for use and precautionary statements of each product in the tank mixture.
4.1.2 Tank Mix Recommendation
For additional suppression of Aspergillus Crown Rot, Trebuset Peanuts may be combined
with a seed treatment product containing difenoconazole (e.g., Dividend®).

6.0 SEED CONTAINER LABEL REQUIREMENTS
The Federal Seed Act requires that bags containing treated seeds shall be labeled with the
following statements:
x This seed has been treated with azoxystrobin, fludioxonil, mefenoxam, pydiflumetofen,
and sedaxane fungicides.
x DO NOT use for feed, food, or oil purposes.
x Trebuset Peanuts contains an EPA-approved colorant that imparts an unnatural color
to the seed as required by the Federal Seed Act.
In addition, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requires the following statements on
bags containing seed treated with Trebuset Peanuts fungicide:
x Store away from feed and foodstuffs.
x DO NOT allow children, pets, or livestock to have access to treated seeds.
x Wear long-sleeved shirt, long pants, shoes, socks, and water-resistant gloves when
handling treated seed.
x Treated seeds exposed on soil surface may be hazardous to wildlife. Cover or collect
treated seeds spilled during loading and planting.
x Dispose of all excess treated seed. Left over treated seed may be double sown
around the headland or buried away from water sources in accordance with local
requirements.

or rinsate.
x Groundwater Advisory: Azoxystrobin, a degradate of azoxystrobin and mefenoxam
are known to leach through soil into groundwater under certain conditions as a result
of label use. Fludioxonil and Pydiflumetofen have properties and characteristics
associated with chemicals detected in groundwater. These chemicals may leach into
groundwater if used in areas where soils are permeable, particularly where the water
table is shallow.
x Treated seed must be planted into the soil at a depth of at least 1 inch.
x Dispose of seed packaging in accordance with local requirements.
x DO NOT exceed 0.073 lb ai/A/year of azoxystrobin-containing products as a seed
treatment.
x DO NOT exceed 0.18 lb ai/A/year of pydiflumetofen-containing products through any
combination of seed and foliar applications.

Non-refillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Triple rinse container (or
equivalent) promptly after emptying. Triple rinse as follows: Empty the remaining
contents into application equipment or a mix tank and drain for 10 seconds after the flow
begins to drip. Add water – at least 2% of the container volume, and up to 1/3 of the
volume of water needed to make the proper slurry composition with a maximum of 1/4
of the container volume – and recap. Shake for 30 seconds. Pour rinsate into
application equipment or a mix tank or store rinsate for later use or disposal. Drain for
10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Repeat this procedure two more times. If used
