docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh

Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

+CAPTAN 25 SEED PROTECTANT is especially formulated for treatment of 
+eoybean seed for the control of seed ~nd soil-borne 
+diseases, including damping-off and seed decay organisms"and seed­
+ling blights, and is prepared for use directly in the planter box, 
+therebv eliminating additional seed handling to have seed treated. 
+This material provides adequatr coverage of seed and any excess f10\"5 
+with the seed into the furro~, goving additional protection against 
+soil-borne diseases. 
+DIRECTIONS FOR USE 
+It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a 
+manner inconsistent with its labeling,

+AFTER WORK: Take off all clothes and shoes. Shower using soap and water. 
+Do not wear contaminated clothing. Wash protective clothing and equipment 
+with soap and water after each use. Personal clothing worn during use must 
+be laundered separately from household articles. Clothing and protective 
+equipment heavily contaminated or drenched with captan must be destroyed 
+according to state and local regulatlons. 
+Do not use treated seed for food, feed or oil purposes.

+STORAGE ANOOISPOSAL 
+Do not contaminate water, foo~. or feed by storage, disposal or cleaning 
+of equipment. 
+STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS, Storage should be ~nder lock and key and secure 
+from access by unauthorized persons and children. Storage should be 
+in a cool dry area away from any heat or ignition source. Do Dot allow 
+storage in a damp or humid area. Do not stack bags over 2 pallets 
+high. Move bags carefully so as not to tear or puncture. Do not 
+move from one area to another unleas they are securely sealed to prevent 
+dust from escaping. Keep container tightly sealed when not in use. 
+Keep away from any puncture source. Avoid storage near water supplies, 
+food, feed and fertilizer to avoid contamination. Avoid contaminatic.n 
+with acids and alkalies. Store in original containers only. If the 
+contents are leaking or material is spilled follow these steps: 
+1. Collect and place in suitable containers for disposal. 
+2. Wash area with water and soap to remove remaining pesticide. 
+3. Follow washing with clear water rinse. 
+4. Do not allow run off to enter sewer or contaminate water supplies. 
+5. Dispose of waste as indicated below: 
+Pesticide Disposal: Pesticide wastes are toxic. Improper disposal 
+of excess pesticide, spray mixture, or rinsate is a violation of 
+Federal Law. If these wastes cannot be disposed of by use accoring 
+to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental 
+Control Agency, of the Hazardous Waste representative at the nearest 
+EPA Regional Office for guidance. 
+Container Disposal' Completely empty bag into application equipment.
