docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). systems) used for pesticide application to a public water

system unless the pesticide label prescribed safety devised

for public water systems are in place.
SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPRINKLER IRRIGATION SYSTEMS
The system must contain a functional check valve. vacuum
relief valve, and low pressure drain appropriately located
on the irrigation pipeline to prevent water source
contamination from backflow.
The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional.
automatic, quick-closing check valve to prevent the flow of
fluid back toward the injection pump.
The pesticide injection pipeline must also contain a
functional. normally closed. solenoid operated valve located
on the intake side of the injection pump and connected to
the system interlock to prevent fluid from being withdrawn
from the supply tank when the irrigation system is either
a~tomatically or manually shut down.
The system must contain fu~ctional interlocking controls to
automatically shut off the pesticide injection pump when the
water pump moter stops.
The irrigation line or water pump must include a functional
pressure switch which will stop tpe water pump motor when
the water pressure decreases to the point where pesticide
distri~ution is adv.ersely aifected.
Systems must use a metering pump. such as a positive
displacement injection pump (e.g. diaphragm pump)
effectively designe~ and constructed of materials that ar~
compatible with pesticide and capable of being fitted with a
system interlock.

intended for treatment.

Specific Instructions for Public Water Systems;
Public water system means a system for the provision of
piped water for human consumption if such system has at
least 15 service connections or regularly serves an average
of at least 25 individuals daily at least 60 days out of the year.
Chemigation systems connected to public water systems muSt

contain a functional. reduced~pr~ssure zone backflow
preventor (RPZ) or the functional equivalent in the water
supply line upstream from the point of pesticide
introduction. There shall be a complete physical break (air
gap) between the outlet end of the fiil pipe and the top of
the overflow rim of the reservoir tank of at least twice the
inside diameter of the fill pipe.
The pesticide injection pipeline must cortain a functional.
automatic, quick-closing check valve to prevent the flow of
fluid back toward the injection pump.
The pesticide piperine must contain a functional. normally

closed. solenoid-operated valve located on the intake side
of the injection pump and connected to the system interlock
to prevent the water fluid from being withdrawn from the
supply tank when the irrigation system is either
automatically or manually shut dOwn.
The system must contain functional interlocking controls to
automatically shut off the pesticide injection pump when the
water pump motor stops. or in cases where there is no water
pump. v'hen the water pressure decreases to the point where

pestlc.de distribution is adversely affected.

Systems m~st use a metering pump. such as a positive

DIRECTIONS FOR USE AS A SPRAY
Manzi Flowable is approved for application in sufficient water to
provide good coverage with available equipment in either dilute
sprays or in concentrate ground or aerial sprays. Rates listed
are based on 100 gallons of dilute spray unless otherwise noted.
Rates of product for concentrate and aerial applications should
be equal to the rates for dilute sprays on a per acre basis.
FOR GROUND APPLICATIONS use at the rate indicated in sufficient
water for thorough coverage, minimum of 10 gallons. Increased
volume of water may be necessary as foliage density increases.
FOR AERIAL APPLICATIONS us.! at the rate indicated in sufficient
water for thorough coverage, a minimum of 3 gallons per acre for
field crops and 10 gallons per acre for orchard crops. Apply
with properly calibrated aerial equipment, arrange nczzles so
that spray delivery is uniform' over the entire spray s'~ath.
Human flaggers are prohibited unless in totally enclosed
vehicles.
Where dosage rates are given, use the higher rate and shorter
intervals under se"ere disease pressure, but do not exceed the
maximum rate or apply more frequently than the minimum interval
given in the directions for that crop.
FOLIAR APPLICATIONS
Where EBDC products us en allow the same maximum poundage of
active ingredient per acre per season:
If more than one product containing an EBOC active ingredient
(maneb, mancozeb, or metiraml is used on a crop during the same
grOWIng season and the EBOC products used allow the same maximum
poundage of active ingredient pf'r acre per season, then the total
pourldage of all such EBDC products used must not excRRci any of
the specified indiVIdual pRr acrR.
Where EBDe products used allow differert't maximum poundage of
active ingredient per acre per season:
If more than one product containing an EBDC active ingredient is
used on a crop during the same growing season and the EBDC
products used allow different maximum poundage of active
ingredient per acre per season, then the total poundage of all
such EBDC products used must not exceed the lowest specified
individual EBDC product maximum seasonal poundage of active

ingredient allowed per acre.

SEED TREATMEN'l'

In addition to the maximum number of foliar applications

permitted by the formula stated above, a single application or
