docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). |
vegetation and allow adequate distance between target area and desirable plants tc
minimize exposure.
Do not apply under conditions which favor runoff or wind erosion of soil containinq "565"
to non-target areas. To prevent off-site movement due to runoff or wind erosion:
Avoid treating powdery dry or light sandy soils when conditions are favorable foy wind
erosion. Under these conditions, the soil surface should first be settled by ra~~fall
or irrigation.
Do not apply to impervious substrates such as paved or highly compacted surfaces 8r
frozen or snow covered ground.
Do not apply to soils when saturated with water.
Do not use tailwater from the first flood or furrow irrigation of treated fields to
treat non target crops unless at least ~ inch of rainfall has occurred between
application and the first irrigation.
•
Do not apply when weather conditions favor drift to non target sites. To minimize spray
drift to non target areas:
Use low pressure application equipment capable of producing a large droplet spray.
Do not use nozzles that produce a fine-droplet spray.
Minimize drift by using sufficient spray volume to ensure adequate coverage witt large

• Keep ground-driven spray boom as low as possible above the target surface.
Spray when conditions are calm or wind speed is low. Do not spray when wind is gusting
or steady wind speed is greater than 10 mph.
Iron Chlorosis: There are isolated geographic areas where soil-induced iron chlorosis
routinely occurs. In these areas, the severity of iron chlorosis symptoms or other
nutrient induced crop injury may increase when \\565" is soil-applied.
Crop Rotation Interval for Co~n Crops
Follow the crop rotation. restrictions on the label of each product used. Unusual climatic
or environmental conditions that may increase the likelihood of rotational crop (i.e.,
corn, sugar beets, sunflowers) sensitivity include lower than normal rainfall and/or soil
temperatures in the fall and springi and/or soil pH extremes.

1. Hinimum number of months that must pass before planting other crops after application
of "565 ft at up to 0.75 oz/acre soil-applied and/or 0.3 oz/acre postemergence.
Planting of these crops prior to the rotation interval indicated may result in
serious crop injury.
~. Hybrid Seed Production: Corn inbred lines grown for hybrid seed production may be
injured the growing season following an application of "565". Inbred lines should
3.
be thoroughly tested for crop tolerance before rotating to large acreage. While
growers are not prohibited from rotating to seed corn in the growing season following
an application of "565 11 , Dow AgroSciences will not accept responsibility for any crop
injury on field corn grown for seed following an application of '''565 11 •
Transplanted tobacco may be planted 10 months after application of 0.3 oz/acre of
\\565 11 • Tobacco in seedbed nurseries may be planted 18 months after application of
0.3 oz/acre of "565" and following a successful field bioassay. A rotation interval
of 30 months and a successful field bioassay is required for all applications of
"565 11 greater than 0.3 oz/acre.
Note: Rotation to sugar beets, sunflowers, and all other crops requires a 30 month
rotation interval and a successful field bioassay.
Field Bioassay Instructions: Using typical tillage, seeding practices, and timings for the
particular crop, plant several strips of the desired crop variety across the field
previously treated with "565". Plant the strips perpendicular to the direction "565" was
applied. The strips should also be located so that different field conditions are
encountered, including differences in soil texture, pH, and drainage. If the ~rop does
not show visible symptoms of injury, stand reduction, or yield reduction, the field can be
seeded with the test crop. If visible injury or stand reduction occurs, the test crop
should not be seeded, and the bioassay must be repeated the next growing season.

SOIL ~ POSTEMERGENCE APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Apply with ground equipment using a standard low pressure (20 to 40 psi) herbicide sprayer
equipped with nozzles that provide uniform coverage. Use sufficient spray volume to
provide uniform coverage. A spray volume of 10 to 40 gallons per acre is recommended for
either soil or postemergence applications. Maintain sufficient agitation during mixing and
spraying to ensure a uniform spray mixture. Screens in spray lines and nozzles should be
no finer than 50 mesh (100 mesh is finer tha~ 50 mesh).
SPRAY PREPARATION
TO calculate the total number of water soluble packets required for your spray mix:
1. Determine the number of acres to be treated.
2. Divide the number of aCres to be treatec by the acres/packet value that corresponds
to the desired rate.< See rate tables for broadcast application rates an~
corresponding acres per packet.

Al\.;ays perform a (jar) test to ensure the compatibility of p=-Jducts to be used in tank
mixture.
Tank Mix Compatibility Testing: A jar test is recoITl'mendec prio=- to tank mixing to ensure
,compatibili ty of "565" and other pesticides. Use a clear 91a5 s quart jar ,,..'i th 1 id and
./mix the tank mix i:l.gredients in their relative proportions. Invert the jar containing
-)the mixture several times and observe the mixture for approximately ~ hour. If t.he
mixture balls-up, :orms flakes, sludges, jels, oily films or layers, or other
precipitates, it is not compatible and the tank mix combination should not be used.
Vigorous, continuous agitation during mixing, filling and throughout application is
required for all tank mixes. Sparger pipe agitators generally provide the most
effective agitation in spray tanks. To prevent foaming in the spray' tank, avoid
stirring or splashing air into the spray mixture.
Mixing Order for Tank Mixes:
1. Fill the spray tank to 1/4 to 1/3 of the total spray volume required with water
or liquid fertilizer.
2. Start agitation.
3. Add water soluble packets by opening the overpack and adding water soluble
packet (product in transparent film) directly to the spray tank while agitating and
allow time to disperse. Do not open water soluble packets. Water soluble packets
will float on the surface until the water soluble film is dissolved and product is
released. Handling packets with hands should be minimized. Do not handle if hands
or gloves are wet. If liquid fertilizer is being used as the spray carri~r rather
than water, pre-mix the water-soluble packets as described above before adding to
the spray tank.
4. After adding "565", add different formulation types in the following order:
(l)other formulation(s) packaged in water soluble packets; (2) any compatibility
agent, if required; (3) dry flowables; (4) wettable powders; (5) aqueous
suspensions, flowables and liquids. Maintain agitation and fill spray tank to 3/4
Riverdale 565 Selective Herbicide
"
of total spray volume and add: (S) emulsifiable concentrates; (6) solutions; and (7)
adjuvants. Allow time for complete mixing and dispersion after each addition.
5. Finish filling the spray tank. Maintain continuous agitation during mixing and
throughout application.
If application or agitation must be stopped before the spray tank is empty, the
materials may settle to the bottom. Settled materials must be resuspended before
spraying is resumed. A sparger agitator is particularly useful for this purpose.
Settled material may be more difficult to resuspend than when originally mixed.
Equipment Clean-out Procedures'
1. Drain any remaining spray mixture from the application equipment.
2. Hose down the interior surfaces of the tank while filling the tank ~ full of
water.
3. Add household ammonia at a rate of 1 gallon per 100 gallons of water.
Recirculate for -5 minutes and spray out part of this mixture for 5 minutes through
the boom. Drain tank.
4. Remove all spray nozzles and screens and clean separately.
5. If spray equipment will be used for pesticide application to crops sensitive to

Preplant Incorporated Application
Apply "565" alone or in tank mix combination with other herbicides registered for
preplant incorporated application to soybeans. For best results, the seedbed should be
relatively free of clods. Incorporate the herbicide(s) into the top 1 to 3 inches of
the final seedbed using equipment that provides thorough soil mixing. Do not apply
"565" earlier than 4 weeks before planting. For best results, apply "565" within 2
weeks of planting. When "565" is applied in tank mix combination with other
herbicide(s), follow the incorporation directions for the tank mix partner(s). Follow
applicable use instructions, including application rates, precautions and rest~ictions
of each product used in the tank mixture.
Preplant Surface Application
Apply "565" alone or in tank mix combination with other herbicides registered for

relatively free of clods. Do not apply "565" earlier than 4 weeks before planting. For
best results, apply "565" within 2 weeks of planting. Soil surface applications are not
effective until rainfall of at least 0.5 inch has moved "S65" into surface soil where
weed germination occurs. If rainfall is not anticipated, shallow incorporation (i.e., 2
inches deep) prior to planting is recommended to place "565" in contact with germinating
weeds. If applied in tank mix combination, follow use instructions, including
application rates, precautions and restrictions of each product used in the tank
mixture.
Note: Reduced weed control in the planted row may occur if untreated soil is exposed
during planting operations.

Burndown Application
When used as a burndown treatment, "565" alone will provide foliar activity on those

(COC) plus a liquid nitrogen fertilizer (see If Adjuvant Systems for postemergence

mixed with other herbicides such as Roundup Ultra, Touchdown, Gramoxone Extra, 2,4-D,
