Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

Dear Daljit Singh:
The Agency, in accordance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA),
as amended, has completed reviewing all the information submitted with your application to
support the Registration Review of the above referenced product in connection with the
Tribenuron-methyl Interim Decision, and has concluded that your submission is acceptable. The
label referred to above, submitted in connection with registration under FIFRA, as amended, is
acceptable.
Should you wish to add/retain a reference to the company’s website on your label, then please
be aware that the website becomes labeling under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and
Rodenticide Act and is subject to review by the Agency. If the website is false or misleading, the
product would be misbranded and unlawful to sell or distribute under FIFRA section 12(a)(1)(E).
40 CFR 156.10(a)(5) list examples of statements EPA may consider false or misleading. In
addition, regardless of whether a website is referenced on your product’s label, claims made on
the website may not substantially differ from those claims approved through the registration
process. Therefore, should the Agency find or if it is brought to our attention that a website
contains false or misleading statements or claims substantially differing from the EPA approved
registration, the website will be referred to the EPA’s Office of Enforcement and Compliance
Assurance.
A stamped copy of your labeling is enclosed for your records. This labeling supersedes
all previously accepted labeling and must be used at your next label printing. You must

submit one copy of the final printed labeling before you release the product for
shipment with the new labeling. In accordance with 40 CFR 152.130(c), you may
distribute or sell this product under the previously approved labeling for 12 months
from the date of this letter. After 12 months, you may only distribute or sell this
product if it bears this new revised labeling or subsequently approved labeling. “To
distribute or sell” is defined under FIFRA section 2(gg) and its implementing regulation
at 40 CFR 152.3.

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS
HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
CAUTION
x Prolonged or frequently repeated skin contact may cause allergic reactions in some individuals.
x Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)
Applicators and other handlers must wear:
x Long-sleeved shirt and long pants.
x Chemical-resistant gloves made of polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride.
x Shoes plus socks
USER SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for washables exist, use detergent and hot
water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry.
USER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
x Users should remove clothing/PPE immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing.
x Users should remove PPE immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves before removing. As soon as
possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean clothing.
ENGINEERING CONTROLS STATEMENT
When handlers use closed systems or enclosed cabs in a manner that meets the requirements
listed in the Worker Protection Standard (WPS) for agricultural pesticides [40 CFR Part 170.240 (d)(4-6)], the handler PPE
requirements may be reduced or modified as specified in the WPS.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
Terrestrial Use
Do not apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present, or to intertidal areas below the mean high water
mark. Do not contaminate water when cleaning equipment or disposing of equipment washwaters or rinsate.
Surface Water Advisory
This product may impact surface water quality due to runoff of rain water. This is especially true for poorly draining soils
and soils with shallow groundwater. Tribenuron-methyl is classified as having high potential for reaching surface water via
runoff for weeks after application. A level, well-maintained vegetative buffer strip between areas to which this product is
applied and surface water features such as ponds, streams, and springs will reduce the potential loading of tribenuron-
methyl from runoff water and sediment. Runoff of this product will be reduced by avoiding applications when rainfall or
irrigation is expected to occur within 48 hours.
Windblown Soil Particles Advisory
LUXXUR A Herbicide has the potential to move off-site due to wind erosion. Soils that are subject to wind erosion usually

have a high silt and/or fine to very fine sand fractions and low organic matter content. Other factors which can affect the
movement of windblown soil include the intensity and direction of prevailing winds, vegetative cover, site slope, rainfall,
and drainage patterns. Avoid applying LUXXUR A Herbicide if prevailing local conditions may be expected to result in
offsite movement.
Non-target Organism Advisory
This product is toxic to plants and may adversely impact the forage and habitat of non-target organisms, including
pollinators, in areas adjacent to the treated area. Protect the forage and habitat of non-target organisms by minimizing
spray drift. For further guidance and instructions on how to minimize spray drift, refer to the Spray Drift Management
section of this label.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
Read the entire label before using this product.
Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers
may be in the area during application. For any requirements specific to your State or Tribe, consult the agency responsible for pesticide
regulation.
AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS
Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR part 170. This Standard contains
requirements for the protection of agricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries, and greenhouses and handlers of agricultural
pesticides. It contains requirements for training, decontamination, notification, and emergency assistance. It also contains specific
instructions and exceptions pertaining to the statements on this label about personal protective equipment (PPE), notification to workers,
and restricted-entry interval. The requirements in this box only apply to uses of this product that are covered by the Worker Protection
Standard.
Do not enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the restricted entry interval (REI) of 12 hours.
PPE required for early entry to treated areas (that is permitted under the Worker Protection Standard and that involves contact
with anything that has been treated, such as plants, soil, or water), is:
x Coveralls
x Chemical resistant gloves made of polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride.
x Shoes plus socks.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
LUXXUR A HERBICIDE:
x provides control of certain broad-leaved weeds in wheat (spr ing, winter and durum). Warm, moist, growing conditions promote
active weed growth and enhance the activity of LUXXUR A HERBICIDE by allowing maximum foliar uptake and contact
activity. Weeds hardened off by environmental stress such as cold weather, drought stress or excessive heat may not be
adequately controlled or suppressed, and regrowth may occur. For best results, ensure thorough spray coverage of target
weeds.
x Rapidly stops growth of susceptible weeds through absorption of the foliage. However, typical symptoms (discoloration) of
dying weeds may not be noticeable for 1 to 3 weeks after application, depending on growing conditions and weed
susceptibility. Degree of control and duration of effect depend on weed sensitivity, weed size, spray coverage and growing
conditions. Activity of the herbicide mixture may be delayed by cold, dry conditions after application.
USE RESTRICTIONS
Injury to or loss of desirable trees or vegetation may result from failure to observe the following:
x Do not apply, drain or flush equipment on or near desirable trees or other plants or on areas where their roots may extend,o r
in locations where the chemical may be washed or moved into contact with their roots.
x Do not discharge excess material on the soil at a single spot in the field, or mixing/loading station.
x Do not apply LUXXUR A HERBICIDE to wheat that is stressed by severe weather conditions, drought, low fertility, water-
saturated soil, disease, or insect damage, as crop injury may result. Risk of injury is greatest when crop is in the 2 to 5- leaf
stage. Severe winter stress, drought, disease, or insect damage following application also may result in crop injury.
x Do not store pesticides near well sites.
x Do not apply to wheat underseeded with another crop.
x Pre-Harvest Interval (PHI): Do not harvest within 45 days of the last application.
x Do not apply LUXXUR A HERBICIDE within 60 days of crop emergence where an organophosphate insecticide has been
applied as an in-furrow treatment because crop injury may result.
x Do not use LUXXUR A HERBICIDE plus Malathion because crop injury may result.
x Do not apply LUXXUR A HERBICIDE by air in the state of New York.
x LUXXUR A HERBICIDE is not for us e in the state of California.
Grazing, Feeding, and Harvesting
x Allow at least 7 days between application and grazing of treated forage.
x Allow at least 7 days between application and feeding of forage (green chop) from treated areas to livestock.
x Allow at least 30 days between application and feeding of hay from treated areas to livestock.
x Allow at least 45 days between application and harvesting of grain. Harvested straw may be used for bedding and/or feed.
When using LUXXUR A HERBICIDE in tank mixes or sequential applications with other products containing tribenuronmethyl, do not
exceed the following limits:

USE PRECAUTIONS
x Injury or loss of adjacent sensitive crops and vegetation may result from failure to observe the following:
x Take all necessary precautions to avoid all direct or indirect contact (such as spray drift) with non-target plants or areas
x Carefully observe all sprayer cleanup instructions both prior to and after using this product, as spray tank residue may damag e
crops other than those listed on this label.
x Varieties of wheat (including durum) may differ in their response to various herbicides. Consult your state experiment
station,university, or extension agent as to crop sensitivity of any herbicide. If no information is available, limit the initial use to
a small area.
x Under certain conditions such as heavy rainfall, prolonged cold weather, or wide fluctuations in day/night temperatures prior to
or soon after LUXXUR A HERBICIDE application, temporary discoloration and/or crop injury may occur.
x Dry, dusty field conditions may result in reduced control in wheel track areas.

x Calibrate sprayers only with clean water away from well sites.
x Make scheduled checks of spray equipment.
x Mix only enough product for the job at hand.
x Ensure that all operation employees accurately measure pesticides.
x Avoid overfilling of spray tank.
x Dilute and agitate excess solution and apply at labeled rates or uses.
x When triple-rinsing the pesticide container, be sure to add the rinsate to the spray mix.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
MANDATORY SPRAY DRIFT MANAGEMENT
Aerial Applications:
x Do not release spray at a height greater than 10 ft above the vegetative canopy, unless a greater application
height is necessary for pilot safety.
x For applications prior to the emergence of crops and target weeds, applicators are required to use a Coarse or
coarser droplet size (ASABE S641).
x For all other applications, applicators are required to use a Medium or coarser droplet size (ASABE S641).
x The boom length must not exceed 65% of the wingspan for airplanes or 75% of the rotor blade diameter for
helicopters.
x Applicators must use ½ swath displacement upwind at the downwind edge of the field.
x Nozzles must be oriented so the spray is directed toward the back of the aircraft.
x Do not apply when wind speeds exceed 10 miles per hour at the application site.
x Do not apply during temperature inversions.
Ground Boom Applications:
x Apply with the nozzle height recommended by the manufacturer, but no more than 3 feet above the ground or
crop canopy unless making a turf, pasture, or rangeland application, in which case applicators may apply with a
nozzle height no more than 4 feet above the ground.
x For applications prior to the emergence of crops and target weeds, applicators are required to use a Coarse or
coarser droplet size (ASAE S572.3).
x For all other applications, applicators are required to use a Medium or coarser droplet size (ASAE S572.3).
x Do not apply when wind speeds exceed 10 miles per hour at the application site.
x Do not apply during temperature inversions.
ADVISORY SPRAY DRIFT MANAGEMENT
THE APPLICATOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR AVOIDING OFF-SITE SPRAY DRIFT.
BE AWARE OF NEARBY NON-TARGET SITES AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS.
IMPORTANCE OF DROPLET SIZE
An effective way to reduce spray drift is to apply large droplets. Use the largest droplets that provide target pest control.
While applying larger droplets will reduce spray drift, the potential for drift will be greater if applications are made
improperly or under unfavorable environmental conditions.
Controlling Droplet Size – Ground Boom
x Volume - Increasing the spray volume so that larger droplets are produced will reduce spray drift. Use the highest
practical spray volume for the application. If a greater spray volume is needed, consider using a nozzle with a
higher flow rate.
x Pressure - Use the lowest spray pressure recommended for the nozzle to produce the target spray volume and
droplet size.
x Spray Nozzle - Use a spray nozzle that is designed for the intended application. Consider using nozzles designed
to reduce drift.
Controlling Droplet Size – Aircraft
Adjust Nozzles - Follow nozzle manufacturers recommendations for setting up nozzles. Generally, to reduce fine droplets,
nozzles should be oriented parallel with the airflow in flight.

BOOM HEIGHT – Ground Boom
Use the lowest boom height that is compatible with the spray nozzles that will provide uniform coverage. For ground
equipment, the boom should remain level with the crop and have minimal bounce.
RELEASE HEIGHT - Aircraft
Higher release heights increase the potential for spray drift. When applying aerially to crops, do not release spray at a
height greater than 10 ft above the crop canopy, unless a greater application height is necessary for pilot safety.
SHIELDED SPRAYERS
Shielding the boom or individual nozzles can reduce spray drift. Consider using shielded sprayers. Verify that the shields
are not interfering with the uniform deposition of the spray on the target area.
TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY
When making applications in hot and dry conditions, use larger droplets to reduce effects of evaporation.
TEMPERATURE INVERSIONS
Drift potential is high during a temperature inversion. Temperature inversions are characterized by increasing temperature
with altitude and are common on nights with limited cloud cover and light to no wind. The presence of an inversion can be
indicated by ground fog or
by the movement of smoke from a ground source or an aircraft smoke generator. Smoke that layers and moves laterally in
a concentrated cloud (under low wind conditions) indicates an inversion, while smoke that moves upward and rapidly
dissipates indicates good vertical air mixing. Avoid applications during temperature inversions.
WIND
Drift potential generally increases with wind speed. AVOID APPLICATIONS DURING GUSTY WIND CONDITIONS.
Applicators need to be familiar with local wind patterns and terrain that could affect spray drift.
RUNOFF PREVENTION
To protect the environment, do not allow pesticide to enter or run off into storm drains, drainage ditches, gutters or surface
waters. Applying this product in calm weather when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours will help to ensure that wind
or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off the treatment area. Rinsing application equipment over the treated area will
help avoid run off to water bodies or drainage systems.
WEED RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT
For resistance management, LUXXUR A HERBICIDE is a Group 2 herbicide. Any weed population may contain or develop plants
naturally resistant to LUXXUR A HERBICIDE and other Group 2 herbicides. The resistant biotypes may dominate the weed population
if these herbicides are used repeatedly in the same field. Appropriate resistance management strategies should be followed.
To delay herbicide resistance take one or more of the following steps:
x Rotate the use of LUXXUR A HERBICIDE or other Group 2 herbicides within a growing season sequence or among growing
seasons with different herbicide groups that control the same weeds in a field.
x Use tank mixtures with herbicides from a different group if such use is permitted; where information on resistance in target
weed species is available, use the less resistance-prone partner at a rate that will control the target weed(s) equally as well as
the more resistance-prone partner. Consult your local extension service or certified crop advisor if you are unsure as to which
active ingredient is currently less prone to resistance.
x Adopt an integrated weed-management program for herbicide use that includes scouting and uses historical information
related to herbicide use and crop rotation, and that considers tillage ( or other mechanical control methods), cultural ( e.g.,
higher crop seeding rates; precision fertilizer application method and timing to favor the crop and not the weeds), biological
(weed-competitive crops or varieties) and other management practices.
x Scout after herbicide application to monitor weed populations for early signs of resistance development. Indicators of possibl e
herbicide resistance include: (1) failure to control a weed species normally controlled by the herbicide at the dose applied,
especially if control is achieved on adjacent weeds; (2) a spreading patch of non-controlled plants of a particular weed species;
(3) surviving plants mixed with controlled individuals of the same species. If resistance is suspected, prevent weed seed
production in the affected area by an alternative herbicide from a different group or by a mechanical method such as hoeing or
tillage. Prevent movement of resistant weed seeds to other fields by cleaning harvesting and tillage equipment when moving
between fields, and planting clean seed.
x If a weed pest population continues to progress after treatment with this product, discontinue use of this product, and switch to
another management strategy or herbicide with a different mode of action, if available.
x Contact your local extension specialist or certified crop advisors for additional pesticide resistance-management and/or
integrated weed-management recommendations for specific crops and weed biotypes.
x For further information or to report suspected resistance contact Bayer CropScience at 1-866-99BAYER (1-866-992-2937).

Tank Mix Instructions
For control of weeds not listed on this label, Luxxur A Herbicide may be mixed with other herbicides with the exception of dicamba
containing products. It is the pesticide user's responsibility to ensure that all products in the listed mixtures are registered for the
intended use. Read and follow the most restrictive directions for use and precautionary statements of each product in the tank mixture.
Broadleaf Herbicides

Tank Mixtures for Disease Control
x This product may be tank mixed or used sequentially with fungicides registered for use on wheat.
Tank Mixtures for Insect Control
x LUXXUR A HERBICIDE may be tank mixed or used sequentially with insecticides registered for use on wheat. However,
under certain conditions (drought stress, or if the crop is in the 2-4 leaf stage), tank mixes of LUXXUR A HERBICIDE with
organophosphate insecticides (such as Lorsban) may producte temporary crop yellowing, or, in severe cases, crop injury. The
potential for crop injury is greatest when wide fluctuations in day/night temperatures occur just prior to or soon after
application. Test these mixtures in a small area before treating large areas.

USE RESTRICTIONS
x Do not apply LUXXUR A HERBICIDE within 60 days of crop emergence where an organophosphate insecticide has been
applied as an in-furrow treatment as crop injury may result.
x Do not use LUXXUR A HERBICIDE with malathion because crop injury may result.
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add one-third of the necessary volume of water to the spray tank.
2. With the agitator running, add the required amount of LUXXUR A HERBICIDE. Ensure that the herbicide is completely dissolved
before adding other components of the tank mix.
3. When LUXXUR A HERBICIDE is completely dissolved, add the required amount of the appropriate tank mix partners.
4. Specific Tank Mix Instructions :
LUXXUR A HERBICIDE + LUXXUR B HERBICIDE: once LUXXUR A HERBICIDE is completely dissolved, add the required
amount of LUXXUR B HERBICIDE, then add required amount of non-ionic surfactant or ammonium sulphate last.
5. Add the rest of the water. If an antifoam agent is required, add this last.
6. Use a minimum spray volume of 5 GPA for aerial and 10 GPA for ground applications.
7. Fill tank with fresh water as described in step 1, and continue as directed. Emulsifiable concentrates may make it more difficult to
dissolve LUXXUR A HERBICIDE
8. If the spray preparation is left standing without agitation, thoroughly agitate to resuspend the tank mixture before spraying. Use
spray preparation of LUXXUR A HERBICIDE Tank Mix within 24 hours or product degradation may occur.
MINIMUM RECROPPING INTERVAL AND CROP ROTATION GUIDELINES
Observe the rotational cropping restrictions stated on the LUXXUR B HERBICIDE label.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal.
Pesticide storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
Pesticide disposal
Wastes resulting from the use of this product must be disposed of on site or at an approved waste disposal facility.
Container handling
Refer to the Net Contents section of this product’s labeling for the applicable “Nonrefillable Container” or
“Refillable Container” designation.
Nonrefillable Plastic and Metal Containers (Capacity Equal to or Less Than 50 Pounds): Nonrefillable container.
Do not reuse or refill this container. Triple rinse container (or equivalent) promptly after emptying. Triple rinse as follows: Empty the
remaining contents into application equipment or a mix tank. Fill the container 1/4 full with water and recap. Shake for 10 seconds. Pour
rinsate into application equipment or a mix tank or store rinsate for later use or disposal. Drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to
drip. Repeat this procedure two more times. Then, for Plastic Containers, offer for recycling if available or puncture and dispose of in a
sanitary landfill, or by incineration. Do not burn, unless allowed by state and local ordinances. For Metal Containers, offer for recycling if
available or reconditioning if appropriate, or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by other procedures approved by state and
local authorities.
Nonrefillable Plastic and Metal Containers (Capacity Greater Than 50 Pounds): Nonrefillable container.
Do not reuse or refill this container. Triple rinse container (or equivalent) promptly after emptying. Triple rinse as follows: Empty the
remaining contents into application equipment or a mix tank. Fill the container 1/4 full with water. Replace and tighten closures. Tip
container on its side and roll it back and forth, ensuring at least one complete revolution, for 30 seconds. Stand the container on its end
and tip it back and forth several times. Turn the container over onto its other end and tip it back and forth several times. Empty the
rinsate into application equipment or a mix tank or store rinsate for later use or disposal. Repeat this procedure two more times. Then,
for Plastic Containers, offer for recycling if available or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by incineration. Do not burn,
unless allowed by state and local ordinances. For Metal Containers, offer for recycling if available or reconditioning if appropriate,
or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by other procedures approved by state and local authorities.
Nonrefillable Plastic and Metal Containers, e.g., Intermediate Bulk Containers [IBC] (Size or Shape Too Large to be Tipped,
Rolled or Turned Upside Down): Nonrefillable container.
Do not reuse or refill this container.
Clean container promptly after emptying the contents from this container into application equipment or mix tank and before final disposal
using the following pressure rinsing procedure. Insert a lance fitted with a suitable tank cleaning nozzle into the container and ensure
that the water spray thoroughly covers the top, bottom and all sides inside the container. The nozzle manufacturer generally provides
instructions for the appropriate spray pressure, spray duration and/or spray volume. If the manufacturer’s instructions are not available,
pressure rinse the container for at least 60 seconds using a minimum pressure of 30 PSI with a minimum rinse volume of 10% of the

container volume. Drain, pour or pump rinsate into application equipment or rinsate collection system. Repeat this pressure rinsing
procedure two more times. Then, for Plastic Containers, offer for recycling if available or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary
landfill, or by incineration. For Metal Containers, offer for recycling if available or reconditioning if appropriate, or puncture and dispose of
in a sanitary landfill, or by other procedures approved by state and local authorities.
Nonrefillable Paper or Plastic Bags, Fiber Sacks including Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC) or
Fiber Drums With Liners: Nonrefillable container.
Do not reuse or refill this container. Completely empty paper or plastic bag, fiber sack or drum liner by shaking and tapping sides and
bottom to loosen clinging particles. Empty residue into application or manufacturing equipment. Then offer for recycling if available or
dispose of empty paper or plastic bag, fiber sack or fiber drum and liner in a sanitary landfill, or by incineration. Do not burn, unless
allowed by state and local ordinances.
Refillable Fiber Drums With Liners: Refillable container (fiber drum only).
Refilling Fiber Drum: Refill this fiber drum with LUXXUR A HERBICIDE containing tribenuron methyl only. Do not reuse this fiber drum
for any other purpose. Cleaning before refilling is the responsibility of the refiller. Completely empty liner by shaking and tapping sides
and bottom to loosen clinging particles. Empty residue into application or manufacturing equipment. Disposing of Fiber Drum and/or
Liner: Do not reuse this fiber drum for any other purpose other than refilling (see preceding). Cleaning the container (liner and/or fiber
drum) before final disposal is the responsibility of the person disposing of the container. Offer the liner for recycling if available or
dispose of liner in a sanitary landfill, or by incineration. Do not burn, unless allowed by state and local ordinances. If drum is
contaminated and cannot be reused, dispose of it in the manner required for its liner. To clean the fiber drum before final disposal,
completely empty the fiber drum by shaking and tapping sides and bottom to loosen clinging particles. Empty residue into application or
manufacturing equipment. Then offer the fiber drum for recycling if available or dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by incineration. Do not
burn, unless allowed by state and local ordinances.
All Other Refillable Containers: Refillable container.
Refilling Container: Refill this container with LUXXUR A HERBICIDE containing tribenuron methyl only. Do not reuse this container for
any other purpose. Cleaning before refilling is the responsibility of the refiller. Prior to refilling, inspect carefully for damage such as
cracks, punctures, abrasions, worn out threads and closure devices. If damage is found, do not use
the container, contact FMC at the number below for instructions. Check for leaks after refilling and before transporting. If leaks are found,
do not reuse or transport container, contact FMC at the number below for instructions. Disposing of Container: Do not reuse this
container for any other purpose other than refilling (see preceding). Cleaning the container before final disposal is the responsibility of
the person disposing of the container. To clean the container before final disposal, use the following pressure rinsing procedure. Insert a

Outer Foil Pouches of Water Soluble Packets (WSP): Nonrefillable container.
Do not reuse or refill this container. Offer for recycling if available or, dispose of the empty outer foil pouch in the trash as long as WSP is
unbroken. If the outer pouch contacts the formulated product in any way, the pouch must be triple rinsed with clean water. Add
the rinsate to the spray tank and dispose of the outer pouch as described previously. Do not transport if this container is damaged or
leaking. If the container is damaged, leaking or obsolete, or in the event of a major spill, fire or other emergency, contact your Ag retailer
or Bayer CropScience for container return, disposal and recycling information.
