docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh

Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

+IF SWALLOWED: Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious or convulsing person. II conscious and ""t convulsing, drink 1 to 2

+ANTIDOTE STATEMENT 
+ATROPINE SULFATE IS HIGHLY EFFECTIVE AS AN ANTIDOTE. See NOTE TO PHYSICIAN below. 
+GENERAL 
+Contact a physician immediately in all cases 01 suspected poisoning. Transport to a physician or hospital immediately and SHOW A COPY OF 
+mls LABEL TO mE PHYSICIAN. 
+NOTE TO PHYSICIAN 
+Carbaryl is a carbamate insecticide. which is a cholinesterase inhibitor. Overe":>Qsure to this substance may cause toxic signs and symptoms 
+due to stimulation of the chotinergic nervous system. These effects of overexposure are spontaneously and rapidty reversible. 
+Specific trnatment consists of parenteral atropine sulfate. Caution should be maintained to prevent overatropinization. Mild cases may be 
+given t to 2 mg intramuscularly every 10 minutes until full atropinization has been achieved and repeated thereafter whenever symptoms 
+reappear. Severe cases should be given 2 to 4 mg intravenously every 1 0 minutes "ntil fully atropinized. then intramuscularly every 30 to 60 
+minutes to maintain the effect for at least 12 hours. Dosages for children should be appropriately reduced. Complete recovery from 
+over&xposure is to be expected within 24 hours. 
+Narcotics and other sedatives should not be used. Further, drugs like 2·PAM (pyridine·2·aldoxime methiodide) are NOT recommended unless 
+organophosphate intoxication is also suggested. 
+To aid in confirmation 01 a diagnosis, urine samples should be obtained within 24 hours 01 exposure and immediatety frozen. Anaiyses will be 
+arranged by RhOne·Poutenc Ag Company. 
+Consultation on therapy can be obtained at all hours by calling the RhOne·Poutenc emergency number HI00·334-75n.
