docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh

Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

+User Should:
+1) Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet.
+2) Remove clothing/PPE immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing.
+3) Remove PPE immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves before removing. As 
+soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean clothing.
+Applicators and other handlers must wear: A) Long-sleeved shirt; B) Long pants; C) Chemical -resistant gloves 
+made of any waterproof material such as polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride; D) Shoes plus socks; and E) Safety 
+glasses. Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions forwashables 
+exists, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry.
+PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL HAZARDS
+Sulfur dust suspended in air ignites easily. Keep away from heat, sparks, or flame. Do not smoke while applying 
+this product.
+ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
+Do not apply directly to water, to areas where surface water is present, or to intertidal areas below the mean 
+high water mark. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwaters or rinsate. Do not apply 
+when weather conditions favor drift from treated areas.
+DIRECTIONS FOR USE
+It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
+MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:
+Pour specified amount of GOLDEN-DEW® into 1/3 filled spray tank. Add balance of water to fill tank. Keep 
+agitator running during filling and spraying operations. Do not allow mixture to stand. Do not use in low-volume 
+gear-type spray equipment.
+Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only 
+protected handlers may be in the area during application. For any requirements specific to your State or Tribe, 
+consult the agency responsible for pesticide regulation.
+AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS
+Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR part 
+170. This Standard contains requirements for the protection of agricultural workers on farms, forests, 
+nurseries and greenhouses, and handlers of agricultural pesticides. It contains requirements fortraining, 
+decontamination, notification, and emergency assistance. It also contains specific instructions and 
+exceptions pertaining to the statements on thi.s label about personal protective equipment (PPE), notification 
+to workers, and restricted-entry interval. The requirements in this box only apply to uses of this product that 
+are covered by the Worker Protection Standard. Do not enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during 
+the restricted entry interval (REI) of 24 hours. PPE required for early entry to treated areas that is permitted 
+under the Worker Protection Standard and that involves contact with anything that has been treated, such 
+as plants, soil or water is: A) Coveralls; B) Chemical-resistant gloves made of any waterproof material; 
+C) Shoes plus socks; and D) Safety glasses.
+

+Aerial Applications:
+Field: Specified rate in 3-20 gallons of water per acre.
+Orchard: Specified rate in 10-20 gallons of water per acre.
+Concentrated Applications:
+Field: Specified rate in 5-10 gallons of water per acre. 
+Orchard: Specified rate in 20-100 gallons of water per acre.
+Dilute Applications:
+Field: Specified rate in 20-50 gallons of water per acre. 
+Orchard: Specified rate in 200-400 gallons of water per acre.
+APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
+The desired ratio of GOLDEN-DEW to water must not exceed 2 pounds per gallon.
+CHEMIGATION:
+Do not apply this product through any irrigation system unless this chemigation section is followed. 
+Apply this product only through sprinkler (center pivot, lateral move, end tow, side or wheel roll, traveler, big gun, 
+solid set, or hand move) irrigation systems.
+Crop injury, lack of effectiveness, or illegal pesticide residues in the crop can result from non-uniform distribution 
+of treated water.
+If you have questions about calibration, you should contact State Extension Service specialists, equipment 
+manufacturers or other experts.
+Dp not connect an irrigation system (including greenhouse systems) used for pesticide application to a public 
+water system unless the pesticide label prescribed safety devices for public water systems are in place. 
+A person knowledgeable of the chemigation system and responsible for its operation, or under the supervision 
+of the responsible person, shall shut the system down and make necessary adjustment should the need arise.
+CHEMIGATION SYSTEMS CONNECTED TO PUBLIC WATER SYSTEMS
+1) Public water system means a system for the provision to the public of piped water for human consumption if 
+such system has at least 15 service connections or regularly serves an average of at least 25 individuals 
+daily at least 60 days out of the year.
+2) Chemigation systems connected to public water systems must obtain a functional, reduced-pressure zone, 
+backflow preventer (RPZ) or the functional equivalent in the water supply line upstream from the point of 
+pesticide introduction. As an option to the RPZ, the water from the public water system should be 
+discharged into a reservoir tank prior to pesticide introduction. There shall be a complete physical break (air 
+gap) between the outlet end of the fill pipe and the top or overflow rim of the reservoir tank of at least twice 
+the inside diameter of the fill pipe.
+3) The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional, automatic quick-closing check valve to prevent 
+the flow of fluid back toward the injection pump.
+4) The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional, normally closed, solenoid-operated valve located 
+on the intake side of the injection pump and connected to the system interlock to prevent fluid from being 
+withdrawn from the supply tank when the irrigation system is either automatically or manually shut down.
+5) The system must contain functional interlocking controls to automatically shut off the pesticide injection 
+pump when the water pump motor stops, or in cases where there is no water pump, when the water 
+pressure decreases to the point where pesticide distribution is adversely affected.
+6) Systems must use a metering pump, such as a positive displacement injection pump (e.g., diaphragm
+pump) effectively designed and constructed of materials that are compatible with pesticides and capable of 
+being fitted with a system interlock.
+7) Do not apply when wind speed favors drift beyond the area intended for treatment.
+8) Apply at rate specified on the container label for individual crops. Do not allow mixture to stand. Keep 
+agitator running during application. Apply at end of irrigation period. Do not operate irrigation system after 
+application until deposit has thoroughly dried.
+

+Sulfur will cause severe fruit and leaf injury to sulfur sensitive crops. Do not allow this material to drift into sulfur 
+sensitive melons, squash, cucumbers, apricots or other plants which may be injured by sulfur.
+For control of MITES, use the higher rates shown under conditions of high pest pressure. For control of FUNGI 
+use higher rates shown when weather conditions indicate a potential for increased pest pressure.
+SPRINKLER CHEMIGATION
+1) The system must contain a functional check valve, vacuum relief valve, and low pressure drain 
+appropriately located on the irrigation pipeline to prevent water source contamination from backflow.
+2) The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional, automatic, quick-closing check valve to prevent 
+the flow of fluid back toward the injection pump.

+3) The pesticide injection pipeline must also contain a functional, normally closed, solenoid-operated valve

+Do not apply this product within two weeks of an oil application unless in a dormant or delayed dormant 
+application on pome and stone fruit, or unless specified otherwise, for the individual crop in the APPLICATION 
+DIRECTIONS section (see Citrus). This restriction does not apply to crop oil concentrates.
+USE PRECAUTIONS
+Sulfur may bum foliage and fruit on sensitive varieties if applied when temperatures exceed 90° F or during 
+periods when the temperatures within 3 days after application are expected to exceed 90° F in the treated area.
+If the crop to be treated will be used for canning or freezing purposes, consult the food processor before applying 
+sulfur.
+COMPATIBILITY: GOLDEN-DEW is compatible with most pesticides. Because conditions vary, mix a small 
+amount of the pesticide priorto application to examine their compatibility. ALWAYS ADD THE PESTICIDE INTO 
+THE MIXED GOLDEN-DEW. Follow more restrictive labeling of any tank mix partner. Do not tank mix with any 
+product which contains a prohibition on tank mixing.

+additional information consistent with label cautions and directions.
