docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). EPA has determined that a "closed" mechanical transfer system is not required for 2,4,-D

"Mixers and loaders who do not use a mechanical system

to the other required PPE."
EPA has determined that a "closed" mechanical transfer system is not required for 2,4-D
products. In the personal protective equipment section of your amended labeling, you may
revise the statement to read as follows:
CONTAINERS 5 GAlLONS OR MORE: "A mechanical system (probe and pump)
must be used for transferrng the contents of this container. If the contents of a non

refillable pesticide container are emptied, t.'te probe must be rinsed before removal. If the
mechanical system is used in a manner that meets the requirements lisled in the Worker

Protection Standard (WPS) for agricultural pesticides [40 CFR 170.240 (d) (4»), the handler
PPE requirements may be reduced or modified as specified in the WPS."
Add the following sentence to the paragraph on laundering PPE: "After each day of
use, clothing or PPE must not be reused until it has been cleaned." Please refer to the
special 2,4-0 guidance issued by EPA on September 13, 1993 (page 4) for placement of the

You have incorrect wording in the second-ta-last sentence in the first paragraph in the

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
This product--is -toxic to aquatic invertebrates. Drift or runoff may
'a~versely affect aquatic invertebrates and nontarget plants. Do not
apply directly to water or wetlands (sw1mps, bogs, marshes, and
pothole~). Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment
washwaters.
Host cases of groundwater contamination involving phenoxy herbicides
such as 2,4-D have been associated with mixing/loading and disposal
sites. Caution should be exercised when handling 2,4-0 pesticides at
such sites to prevent contamination of groundwater supplies. Use of
closed systems for mixing or transferring this pesticide will reduce
the probability of spills. Placement of the mixing/loading equipment
on an impervioUS pad to contain spills will help prevent groundwater
contamination.

w1th vegetables, flowers, grapes, fruit trees cane berries ornamentals
or other desirable plants which are sensitive'to 2 4-0 and do not permit
spray mist to drift onto them, since even minute ~antities of the spray
may cause severe injury during both growing and dormant periods. Coarse
sprays are less likely to drift.
Application by airplane, ground equipment, or hand sprayer should be
made only When there is no hazard from drift.
BEST AVAILABLE COP1
Do not apply by airplane in the vicinity of
grapes or other desirable 2,4-0 susceptible
plants.
Do not contam1nate irrigation ditches or water used for aome~L~~
purposes. Excessive amounts of 2,4-0 in the soil may temporarily
inhibit seed ge~ination or plant growth.
1 t lif
At higher temperatures vaporization may cause injury to susceptible
plants growing nearby. Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
Do not use spray equipment for any other purpose. Such equipment should
not be used for application of insecticides, fungicides, or other
agricultural chemicals.
APPLICATION DIRECTIONS
Applications should be made during warm weather when weeds are well
leaved out and growing actively. Repeat applications may be necessary
to achieve adequate control. Apply at moderate pressures of tram 40 to
60 lbs. DO NOT APPLY BY AIRPLANE IN THE VICINITY OF GRAPES OR OTHER
SUSCEPTIBLE CROPS.
MIXING DIRECTIONS
Add half the required saount of water to the spray tank, then add the
specified amount of this product with agitation, then add the balance of
the water with continued agitation. (Agitation must be continuous to
maintain ideal emulsion.)
RARHING: This product forms an eaulsion in water--not a solution. The
water emulsion tends to sep~a~e on standing and for this reason
continued.agitation is necessary to prevent separation and to baintain a

uniform spray mixture.
