docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). When this product is used as a directed application to control undesirable vegetation growing
around established ornamentals. trees. shrubs or vines. avoid spray or drift contact with foliage.
stems or green (immarure) tree bark.
Rainfall or irrigation within 2 hours after application may wash the product off plant foliage
resulting in reduced weed control.
Delay mowing, clipping, tilling, planting or sodding of treated areas for at least 7 days after
application to allow product to move within the plant for the most effective control.
THIS PRODUCT CAN INJURE OR DESTROY ALL VEGETATION CONTACTED. A VOID
SPRAY CONTACT \VITH THE FOLIAGE OF DESIRABLE TURF, OR.NAMENTALS,
SHRUBS OR TREES. DO NOT APPLY OVER THE TOP OF DESIRABLE PLANTS.
HOW TO APPLY
Apply this product as a uniform spray over the foliage of undesirable vegetation. Avoid
applications during windy conditions, as spray drift or swath displacement may cause damage to
any vegetation contacted. Use only Expedite application equipment when applying this
product.
Wben used in greenhouses, turn off air circulation fans while spraying. DESIRABLE
GREENHOUSE PLA.NTS WILL BE INJURED IF CONTACTED BY SPRAY OR DRIFT
OF THIS PRODUCT.
To select general flow rate settings for applying this product, use the Expedite Set-N-Spray
settings listed in the following application guide. The letters followed by a number (A 1 ... G5)
represent equipment settings for flow rates within the application range recommended for this
product. If calibration is desired to obtain equipment settings, see the "HOW TO CALIBRATE"
section of this label. Calibration is recommended where more precise equipment calibration is
desired, or when the application rate needs to be customized for the type of weeds present.
When the desired head setting is obtained, install the spinner as specified in the following guide.
For best results, make applications before weeds are allowed to form a dense canopy. Best
results arc obtained when the spinner is producing a unifonn spray pattern. For spray
widths less than 15 inches, this is obtained by holding the lance head as close as practical to
the top of the weed canopy (less than 4 inches) and increasing the spinner speed to obtain
the correct swath width.

CALIBRATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE COMPACT l\IARK I
HOW TO CALIBRATE
I. Determine the proper Multi Flo"'~ units required from the following calibration guide.
The number of Multi Flow units required is where the swath width row intersects the walking
speed column. For example, for the Compact Mark I at a 2.25 mph walking speed and a 12"
swath width. 16 to 32 Multi Flow units are recommended. Use the lowest setting for cas\"-to
control weeds such as small annuals, and the highest setting for difficult-to-control weedS such as
bcrmudagrass and field bindweed.
2. Before calibrating, the lance must be primed to remove trapped air. To prime the lance.
set the head setting to G+ and depress the trigger until all air is removed from the lance. Priming
must be done with the head of the lance held below the level of the product container.
3. Remove the spinner and attach the Calibration Flow Cup.
4. Lower the lance head to the spraying position, depress the trigger for 30 seconds and
compare the measured volume to the desired Multi Flow units.
5. To remove the product from the Calibration Flow cup, raise the lance above head level
and depress the trigger long enough to allow the product to flow back into the lance. Do no!
allow air to reenter the lance. If air enters the lance, it must be reprimed.
6. Ifrequired, adjust the head setting and repeat the process until the desired Multi Flow
units are obtained.
7. \Vhen the desired head setting is obtained, remove the Calibration Flow Cup and reattach
the desired spinner and follow the instructions in the "HOW TO APPL Y" section on how to
spray this product.

CALIBRATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR NOMIX 700,COMPACT MARK II
AND MINIPRO
HOW TO CALIBRATE
1. Determine the proper flow rate setting required from the above Calibration guide.
The flow rate setting required is where the swath width row intersects the SetoN-Spray
column. For example, for a 12" swath width with the Nomix 700/Compact Mark II,
settings between 83 to D3 C1 to 04 are recommended. Use the lowest setting (B3)
(C1) for easy-Io-control weeds such as small annuals, and the highest setting (D3) (D4)
for difficult-to-control weeds such as bermudagrass and field bindweed.
2. Note the time required for calibration as shown above the required Flow Rate
setting column. For example, for applying at the maximum rate, a calibration time of 11
seconds is required.
3. Before calibrating, the lance must be primed to remove trapped air. To prime the
lance, set the Flow Rate control to G+ and depress the trigger until all air is removed
from the lance. Priming must be done with the head of the lance held lower than the
product container.
4. Remove the spinner and attach the Calibration Flow Cup.
5. Prime the Calibration Flow Cup by lowering the lance into the spraying position,
depressing the trigger for 5 seconds. Raise the spray head to head level and depress
the trigger to allow the product to flow back to the zero line of the Calibration Flow Cup.
6. Lower the lance head to the spraying position, depress the trigger for the
required calibration time and check the measured volume matches the desired spray
swath width line on the Calibration Flow Cup.
7. If the measured volume does not match the line, adjust the Flow Rate control up
or down and repeat the process until the desired volume is obtained.
8. To remove the product from the Calibration Flow Cup, raise the spray head to
head height and depress the trigger to allow the Calibration Flow Cup to empty. Do not
allow air to reenter the lance. If air enters the lance, ie. the Flow Rate window empties,
the lance must be reprimed.
9. When the desired flow rate is obtained, remove the Calibration Flow Cup and
reattach the desired spinner and follow the instructions in the "HOW TO APPLY"
section on how to spray this product.
