docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh

Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). +The directions on this label are believed to be reliable 
+and should be followed carefully. Insufficient control of 
+pests and/or injury to the crop to which the product is applied 
+may r3sult from the occurren~e of extraordinary or'unusual 
+weather conditions, the failure to fellow the label directions, 
+or good application practices, all of which are beyond the 
+control of Helena or se~ler. In addition, failure to follow 
+label directions may cause injury to crops, animals, man or 
+th~ environment. Helena warrants that this product conforms 
+to the chemical description on the label and is reasonably 
+fit for the purpose referred to in the directions for use 
+subject to the factors noted above which are beyond the control 
+of Helena. Helena makes no other warranties or representations 
+of any kind, express or implied, concerning the product, 
+in.:luding no implied warranty of merchantibility or fitness 
+for any particular purpose, and no such warrant shall be 
+implied by law. 
+The exclusive remedy agains~ Helena for any cause of action 
+relating to the handling or use of ,this product is a claim for 
+damage and in no event shall damages or any other recovery of 
+an~ kind against Helena exceed the price of the product which 
+causes the alleged loss, damage, injury, or other claim. 
+Helena shall not be liable and any and all claims against 
+Helena are waived, for special, indirect, incidental, or 
+consequential damages or expense, of any nature, including, 
+but not limited to, loss of profits or income, whether or not 
+based on Helena"s negligence, breach of warranty, strict 
+liability in tort or any other cause of action. 
+Helena and the seller offer this product and the buyer
