docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). Dear Mr. Washburn:
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is in receipt of your application for notification under
Pesticide Registration Notice (PRN) 98-10 for the above referenced product. The Biopesticides and
Pollution Prevention Division (BPPD) has conducted a review of this request for its applicability under
PRN 98-10 and finds that the action requested falls within the scope of PRN 98-10.
The labeling submitted with this application has been stamped “Notification” and will be placed in our
records. You must submit one (1) copy of the final printed labeling with the modifications.
Should you wish to add/retain a reference to your company’s website on your label, then please be
aware that the website becomes labeling under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act
(FIFRA) and is subject to review by the EPA. If the website is false or misleading, the product will be
considered to be misbranded and sale or distribution of the product is unlawful under FIFRA section
12(a)(1)(E). 40 CFR § 156.10(a)(5) lists examples of statements the EPA may consider false or
misleading. In addition, regardless of whether a website is referenced on your product’s label, claims
made on the website may not substantially differ from those claims approved through the registration
process. Therefore, should the EPA find or if it is brought to our attention that a website contains false
or misleading statements or claims substantially differing from the EPA-approved registration, the
website will be referred to the EPA’s Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance.

place.
A person knowledgeable of the chemigation system and responsible for its operation, or under
supervision of the responsible person, shall shut the system down and make necessary adjustments
should the need arise.
CHEMIGATION SYSTEMS CONNECTED TO PUBLIC WATER SYSTEMS
Public water system means a system for the provision to the public of piped water for human consumption, if such system
has at least 15 service connections or regularly serves an average of at least 25 individuals daily at least 60 days out of the
year.
Chemigation systems connected to public water systems must contain a functional, reduced-pressure
zone, backflow preventer (RPZ) or the functional equivalent in the water supply line upstream from the
point of pesticide introduction. As an option to the PRZ, the water from the public water system should be
discharged into a reservoir tank prior to pesticide introduction. There shall be a complete physical break
(air gap) between the outlet and the fill pipe in the top or overflow rim of the reservoir tank of at least
twice the inside diameter of the fill pipe.
The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional , automatic, quick-closing check valve to prevent
the flow of fluid back toward the injection pump.
The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional, normally closed, solenoid-operated valve
located on the intake side of the injection pump and connecte d to the system interlock to prevent fluid
from being withdrawn from the supply tank when the irrigation system is either automatically or manually
shut down.
The system must contain functional interlocking controls to automatically shut off the pesticide injection
pump when the pump motor stops, or in cases where th ere is no water pump, when the water pressure
decreases to the point where pesticide distribution is adversely affected.
Systems must use a metering pump, such as a po sitive displa cement injection pump (e.g. diaphragm
pump) effectively designed and constructed of mate rials that are compatible with the pesticides and
capable of being fitted with a system interlock.
Do not apply when wind speed favors drift beyond the area intended for treatment.

The pesticide supply tank should be agi tated throughout the application of ASSET® PGR . ASSET® PGR
should be applied at the end of the water application.
ASSET® PGR should be applied at the end of the irrigation period in a sufficient amount of water to allow
proper coverage of plant or crop but not to exceed 12 fluid ounces of ASSET® PGR per acre per
application.
SPRINKLER CHEMIGATION
The system must contain a functional check valv e, vacuum relief valve, and low pressure drain
appropriately located on the irrigation pipeline to prevent water source contamination from backflow.
The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional , automatic, quick-closing check valve to prevent
the flow of fluid back toward the injection pump.
The pesticide injection pipeline must also contain a functional, normally closed, solenoid-operated valve
located on the intake side of the injection pump and connecte d to the system interlock to prevent fluid
from being withdrawn from the supply tank when the irrigation system is either automatically or manually
shut down.
The system must contain functional interlocking controls to automatically shut off the pesticide injection
pump when the water pump motor stops.
The irrigation line or water pump must include a functional pressure switch which will stop the water pump motor when the
water pressure decreases to a point where pesticide distribution is adversely affected.
System must use a metering pump, such as a positive displacement injection pump (e.g. diaphragm
pump) effectively designed and constructed of materi als that are compatible wi th pesticides and capable
of being fitted with a system interlock.
Do not apply when wind speed favors drift beyond the area intended for treatment.
The pesticide supply tank should agitated throughout the application of ASSET® PGR . ASSET® PGR
should be applied at the end of the water application.
ASSET® PGR should be applied at the end of the irrigation period in a sufficient amount of water to allow
proper coverage of plant or crop but not to exceed 11 fluid ounces of ASSET® PGR per acre per
application.

SPRAY MIX COMPATIBILITY
ASSET® PGR is compatible with a wide range of fertilizer and pesticide products. Good agitation must be maintained for
those applications that contain pesticides.
Always check compatibility prior to mixing and apply any pesticide spray mixes as soon as possible. In the event of
pesticide mixing problems, the addition of a compatibility agent is recommended.
If this product is to be tank mixed with fertilizers or with other pesticides, compatibility should be tested prior to mixing. To
test for compatibility, use a small container and mix a small amount (0.5 to 1 quart) of spray, combining all ingredients in the
same ration as the anticipated use. If any indications of physical incompatibility develop; such as separation, sedimentation,
gel formation, etc., do not use this mixture for spraying. Indications of incompatibility usually will appear within 5 to 15
minutes after mixing.
