docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). Environmental Hazards
This chemical is toxic to fish, aquatic invertebrates, oysters,
and shrimp. DO NOT apply directly to water, or to areas

areas may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in neighbor
ing areas. DO NOT contaminate water when cleaning
equipment or disposing of equipment washwater or
rinsate.
Treated seeds are hazardous to fish, birds and mammals.
DO NOT plant treated seeds by broadcasting to the soil
surface. Ensure that all seeds are thoroughly covered with
soil, especially in turn areas. If seeds are not thoroughly
incorporated by the planter during planting, additional
incorporation may be required to thoroughly cover exposed
seeds.
Treated seed exposed on soil surface may be hazardous to

with the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR part 170.
This standard contains requirements for the protection of
agricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries, and
greenhouses, and handlers of agricultural pesticides. It
contains requirements for training, decontamination, noti

ment (PPE) and restricted-entry intervals. The
requirements in this box only apply to uses of this product
that are covered by the Worker Protection Standard.
After the seeds have been planted, DO NOT enter or
allow worker entry into treated areas during the
restricted-entry interval (REI) of 24 hours.
EXCEPTION: Once the seeds are planted in soil or other
planting media, the Worker Protection Standard allows
workers to enter the treated area without restriction if
there will be no worker contact with the seeds.
PPE required for early entry to treated areas permitted
under the Worker Protection Standard and that involves
contact with anything that has been treated, such as
plants, soil, or water, is:

final disposal, empty the remaining contents from this
container into application equipment or mix tank. Fill the
container about 10% full with water. Agitate vigorously or
recirculate water with the pump for 2 minutes. Pour or
pump rinsate into application equipment or rinsate collec
tion system. Repeat this rinsing procedure two more
times.
Returnable Containers. After use, return cleaned con

of barley, oats, rye, triticale, and wheat. Charter PB will
increase emergence and plant stands by controlling or
suppressing these diseases.

Method of Application
Seed should be well conditioned and free of chaff before
treating with CharterG' PB fungicide seed treatment.
Treated seed should not require drying after treatment and
can be stored or bagged immediately (provided excessive
slurry volumes are not applied to the seed). Charter PB
may be applied using standard commercial seed treatment
equipment (such as, but not limited to, slurry or mist-type
equipment) or on-farm seed treatment equipment.
Charter PB may also be used in on-the-go type air seeder
treatment systems.
Charter PB should be applied to barley, oats, rye, triticale,
and wheat at the rate of 5.5 f1 ozs of product per
100 pounds of seed. Thorough seed coverage and proper
application equipment calibration is essential for good dis
ease control. To achieve thorough coverage, Charter PB
may be diluted with water, if needed, into a slurry. Direct
application into a planter box is prohibited.
Use Restrictions
• DO NOT use treated seed for food, feed, or oil
processing.
• Store treated seed away from food and feedstuff.
• DO NOT contaminate feed or foodstuff.
• DO NOT contaminate bodies of water when disposing of
planting equipment washwater.
• DO NOT plant any crop not listed on this label within
