docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). ||||
The amended labeling referred to above, submitted in connection with registration under the Federal
Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), as amended, is acceptable.
This approval does not affect any terms or conditions that were previously imposed on this registration.
You continue to be subject to existing terms or conditions on your registration and any deadlines
connected with them.
A stamped copy of your labeling is enclosed for your records. This labeling supersedes all previously
accepted labeling. You must submit one (1) copy of the final printed labeling before you release this
product for shipment with the new labeling. In accordance with 40 CFR § 152.130(c), you may
distribute or sell this product under the previously approved labeling for 18 months from the date of this
letter. After 18 months, you may only distribute or sell this product if it bears this new revised labeling

Should you wish to add/retain a reference to your company’s website on your label, then please be
aware that the website becomes labeling under FIFRA and is subject to review by the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). If the website is false or misleading, the product will be
considered to be misbranded and sale or distribution of the product is unlawful under FIFRA section

process. Therefore, should the EPA find or if it is brought to our attention that a website contains
statements or claims substantially differing from statements or claims made in connection with obtaining
a FIFRA section 3 registration, the website will be referred to the EPA’s Office of Enforcement and

Product Information and Instructions
Votivo® 240 FS
• Biological seed treatment that colonizes the developing
root system providing:
- Early season protection from plant pathogenic nema-
todes that attack the root system. As a result of this
biological protection, a vigorous root system is estab-
lished by the plant, which often results in more uniform
plants and greater yields.
- Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria that can result in
larger roots and seedlings, which often lead to better
uptake of moisture and nutrients.
In areas of high nematode infestation, additional control
measures may be warranted.
Apply Votivo 240 FS as water-based slurry either alone or
with other registered seed treatment insecticides and fun-
gicides through standard slurry or mist commercial seed
treatment equipment.
Can be tank mixed with other seed treatments in accor-
dance with the most restrictive label limitations and
precautions of all products used in the mixture.
Refer to the specific use directions and restrictions in each
crop, crop group, or crop subgroup table.
Use Restrictions
• All seed treated with this product must be colored
with an EPA-approved dye or colorant that imparts
an unnatural color to the seed to prevent the inad-
vertent use of treated seed for food, feed, or oil
purposes.
• Treated seed must be labeled in accordance with the
requirements of the Federal Seed Act.
• DO NOT exceed any label dosage rates.
• This product cannot be mixed with any product contain-
ing a label prohibition against such mixing. Pretest for
compatibility with other seed treatment products.
Compatibility
To determine the physical compatibility with other
seed-applied products, use a jar test. Add Votivo 240 FS
at the specified label rate to a clean quart jar containing
approximately 1/2 the amount of water intended for a final
slurry application rate. Next, follow with all other tank mix
components that will be used in the total slurry application.
Add last the remaining balance of water. The total amount
of volume is determined by the seed size and how much is
necessary to ensure complete and uniform coverage and
distribution on the seed, as well as the type of commercial
seed treating application equipment that will be used.
5
Mixing Instructions
• When applied with seed treatment application equipment
designed to treat seed utilizing a treatment slurry mix-
ture, add approximately 1/2 to 2/3 of the required water
to the treatment slurry tank followed by the accompany-
ing seed treatment products and Votivo
® 240 FS.
• The order of product addition depends on the accompa-
nying seed treatment products used.
• Allow each slurry component to disperse completely
before the next addition until a uniform suspension is
obtained.
• After all slurry components have been added and dis-
persed completely, add the remaining 1/2 to 1/3 of
required water for proper slurry volume and mix until
uniform.
• DO NOT store mixed slurries for more than 72 hours.
• Maintain adequate agitation until treatment slurry is
applied.
For additional instructions for use, slurry component mix-
ing order, and other application suggestions, contact your

SEED TAG LABELING
The Federal Seed Act requires that containers of seed
treated with Votivo® 240 FS must be labeled with the
following statements:
• This seed has been treated with Votivo® 240 FS,
which contains 19.35% Bacillus firmus
strain I-1582.
• DO NOT use treated seed for food, feed, or oil pro-
duction. User is responsible for ensuring that the seed
bag meets all the requirements under the Federal
Seed Act.
In addition, the US Environmental Protection Agency
requires the following statements on containers of seed
treated with Votivo
® 240 FS:
• Store treated seeds away from food and
feedstuffs.
• DO NOT allow children, pets, or livestock to have
access to treated seed.
• Wear protective gloves, a long-sleeve shirt and
long pants when handling treated seed.
• Excess treated seed may be used for ethanol produc-
tion only if (1) by-products are not used for livestock
feed and (2) no measurable residues of pesticide
remain in ethanol by-products that are used in agro-
nomic practice.
• Treated seeds exposed on soil surface may be haz-
ardous to wildlife. Cover or collect treated seeds
spilled during loading.
• Dispose of all excess treated seed. Leftover treated
seed may be buried away from water sources in
accordance with local requirements.
• DO NOT contaminate water bodies when disposing of
planting equipment washwater.
• Treated at manufacturer’s specified rate.
• Treated seed must be adequately covered with soil at
planting.
• Dispose of seed packaging or containers in accor-
dance with local requirements. DO NOT use empty
seed bags for any other purpose.
• To reduce seed dust that can drift onto blooming
crops or weeds, ensure that planting equipment is
functioning properly in accordance with manufactur-
er’s recommendations. Surplus seed or empty seed
containers must be stored or disposed of according to
state or local regulations.
