docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). GENERAL INFORMATION
Do not allow spray to contact adjacent crops or other plants that may be defoliated.
Clean and wash spray equipment before and after use and do not allow wash water
to contact desirable plants. To avoid fire or explosion, do not mix with insecticides.
BEANS (DRY): To facilitate the harvest of edible dry beans, apply one gallon of
Sodium Chlorate 6 in enough water to give thorough coverage, either by aircraft or
ground equipment. For air application, use a minimum of 5 gallons of ready to apply
material per acre; for ground equipment use minimum of 20 gallons of total solution
per acre. Make applications 7 to 10 days before anticipated harvest date when
beans are mature and ready for harvest.
CHILIPEPPERS: Apply % to 1 Y. g:lllons per acre in 5 to 15 gallons of water by
aircraft and 20 to 40 gallons of w:lter by ground rig. Use on peppers for processing
only. Apply 10 days before harve.;t. When grown for processing, consult a
processor before applying.
CORN: Sodium Chlorate 6 may be l'sed as a harvest aid for desiccation of trashy
weeds in early maturing corn. Use 1 gallon Sodium Chlorate 6 in 5-7 gallons of
water per acre by air. Apply at leas" 14 days before anticipated harvest date on
,;Iear days when temperature is expected to go above 70°F. Use the 5 gallon rate
when weeds are small and the crop (anopy is fairly open. Do not graze treated
fields or feed fodder, forage or residual seeds within 14 days of application.
COTTON DEFOLIATION: Plants must he mature to get results with a defoliant. The
usual signs of maturity inClude a slight yellowing of the fOliage and a reddish tinge
on the leaves with a clean break by a ulight downward pull. Plants should not be
drought-stricken because the tough wil ~ed leaves do not permit uptake of the
chemical, or growth of an abscission lafer. When defoliants are applied to drought
stricken plants, leaves will die but usually not drop, thereby causing extra trash to be
picked up in harvesting.
Weather conditions that favor good defoliation are high temperatures, high humidity,
low wind velocity and high to adequate soil moisture. Plant conditions which favor
good defoliation are ample fertility and noisture, complete insect control, heavy boll
load and bolls mature, vegetable growth ceased, and little or no second growth.
· Apply Y2. to '% gallons of Sodium Chlorate 6 per acre in sufficient water to give
thorough coverage. When using ground equipment, apply 15 to 20 gallons of spray
solution per acre, and by air, 5 gallons of spray solution per acre. Thorough
coverage is essential.
Apply Sodium Chlorate 6 to mature cotton plants after the earliest bolls expected to
make cotton are at least 30 days old. Do not apply later than 7 days before harvest.
Do not graze treated areas or feed gin waste to livestock.
FLAX: For use as a harvest aid: To desiccate trashy weeds and desiccate the mature
crop. apply 1 gallon Sodium Chlorate 6 per acre in enough water to give thorough
coverage. Make application on bright, sunny days (preferably when temperature is
above 60°F) 7-10 days before anticipated harvest date. For air application, use a
minimum of 5 gallons ready-to-apply material per acre. Activity of the spray will be
enhanced by the addition of a good non-ionic surfactant at the rate of 1 quart per
100 gallons of spray. Do not graze treated fields or feed treated foliage and fodder
for 14 days after application.
GRAIN SORGHUM: Sodium Chlorate 6 may be used to reduce the moisture content
in grain sorghum prior to harvest. It may be applied by aircraft or ground equipment.
Thorough coverage of the grain sorghum is essential.
To reduce the moisture content of grain while the crop is standing, apply '% to 1
gallon Sodium Chlorate 6 per acre in sufficient water to give thorough coverage.
Apply from 7 to 10 days before harvest. Apply a total of 5 to 10 gallons of spray
per acre by airplanes and 10 to 20 gallons per acre by ground equipment. Use the
lower rate when grain moisture is low and the weather is clear and dry. Use the
higher rate when conditions for deSiccation are poor.
GAR BEANS: To facilitate harvest and reduce bean seed moisture, apply 1 gallon of
Sodium Chlorate 6 in enough water to provide thorough coverage either by aircraft
or ground equipment. Make application 7-10 days before anticipated harvest date.
Do not apply under conditions of extreme heat during the middle of the day. For air
application, use 5-10 gallons of total solution per acre; for ground application, use a
minimum of 20 gallons of t:-:'tal solution per acre. Do not graze treated fields or feed
treated fodder or forage to livestock.
RICE: To facilitate harvest and reduce moisture in the fully mature seed heads and to
desiccate immature red rice in mature white rice, apply by aircraft 3/4 to 1 gallon of
Sodium Chlorate 6 per acre in 5 or more gallons of wate, per acre. Use the lower
rate when crop conditions and weather are right to enhance rapid drying. Apply 7 to
10 days before anticipated harvest. To avoid drift, do not apply during windy
weather. Thorough coverage of the crop is essential to achieve good results. Do
not graze treated fields or feed treated straw or crop residues v'ithin 14 days of
application.
SAFFLOWER: To facilitate harvest and reduce moisture in the fully mature seed
heads, apply 1 gallon of Sodium Chlorate 6 in sufficient water to give good
coverage, 7 or more days before normal harvest when safilower heads are fully
mature. Apply in 5 to 10 gallons of water per acre by air or in 20 to 30 gallons of
water per acre by ground. Do not apply later than 7 days before harvest. Do not
grl!ze treated fields or feed treated forage .
. SOUTHERN PEAS: To defoliate plants and facilitate harvest, apply one gallon of
Sodium Chlorate 6 in enough water to provide thorough coverage either by aircraft
or ground equipment. Make application 5 to 7 days before anticipated harvest date.
Do not apply under conditions of extreme heat during the, middle of the day. For air
application, use 5 to 10 gallons of total solution per acre; for ground application, use
a minimum of 20 gallons of total solution per acre.
SOYBEANS: As a soybean harvest aid to dry weeds in early maturing soybeans and
to facilitate the harvest, apply 1 gallon of Sodium Chlorate 6 per acre in enough
water to give thorough coverage; application may be made by ground equipment or
aircraft. Make application 7 to 10 days before anticipated harvesting date when
beans are mature and ready for harvest. For air application use a minimum of 5
gallons ready-to-apply spray solution per acre; for ground equipment apply a
minimum of 20 gallons of ready-to-apply spray solution per acre. Do not graze
treated fields or feed treated soybean foliage.
SUNFLOWER: To facilitate harvest and reduce moisture in the fully mature seed
he~ds, apply 1 gallon Sodium Chlorate 6 in sufficient water to give good coverage, 7
or more days before normal harvest. Apply in 5 to 10 gallons of water per acre by
air or in 20 to 30 gallons of water per acre by ground with a high clearance sprayer.
Do not apply later than 7 days before harvest. Do not graze treated fields or feed
treated forage.
