This amendment referred to above, submitted in connection with 
registration under FIFRA section 3(c) (7) (a), is acceptable, 
provide(! that you: 
1. Submit and/or cite all data or other material required 
for registration/reregistration ot your product under FIFRA section 
3(c) (5) or FIFRA section 4 when the Agency requires all registrants 
of'similar products to submit such data. 
2. Make the labeling changes listed below before you release 
the product for shipment bearing the amended labeling: 
a. Replace the Enviromental Hazaris statement with "This 
product is highly toxic to birds, fish, and other 
wildlife. Exposed treated seed may be hazardous to birds 
and other wildlife. Dispose all excess seed by burial 
away from bodies of water. Keep out of lakes, streams, 
ponds, and tidal marshes. Do not apply directly to water, 
to areas where surface water is present, or to intertidal 
areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate 
water by cleaning of equipment or disposal of equipment 
wash waters.". 
b. Under Directions for Use change "Federal Law" to 
"Federal law". 
c. Your label must incorporate worker protection ,

enclosure for a further description of final printed labeling. 
If these conditions are not complied with, the registration 
will be subject to cancellation in accordance with FIFRA section 
6(e). Your release for shipment of the product constitutes 
acceptance of these conditions. 
A stamped copy of the label is enclosed for your records. 
Your current Confidential statement of Formula (CSF) does not 
list the impurities of toxicological concern separately nor" does it 
include the diazinon certification for FIFRA Sec. 12(a) (1) (C), that 
the description of this product refers to the composition set forth 
on the CSF and supporting materials as required by the Diazinon 
Registration Standard, as well as the certification regarding the 
determination of the certified limits of the toxicological 
significant impurities, i.e., reliance on your diazinon supplier's 
analys-is of their technical. Please check with each of your 
diazinon suppliers in this regard and update your CSF accordingly. 
We note that you list two different suppliers for diazinon. 
For each supplier you must submit separate CSF forms because the 
impurities of toxicological concern for diazinon are different for 
each technical.
