Rodentic~de Act, as amended, is acceptable, subjec~ to the 
comment ~.jsted below: 
The Rest:ricted Use statement is incorrect and must be 
revised. Delete the term "aerial" from the description of 
the certified applicator in the last two sentences of the 
statement. The certified commercial aerial applicator need 
not be present during mixing, loading, repair and cleaning 
of the appUcation equipment. Please refer to your most 
recently stamped a.ccepte.1 labeling, dated June 8, 1993, the 
statement is correct on this labeling. 
A stamped copy of the supplemental label is enclosed for 
your records.
