Submit. five copies of the revised final printed label for the record. 4. The Confidential statement of Formula (CSF) is difficult to interpret and indicates that the label claim may not be supported. The technical product contains 77\ methyl parathion with 3\ related compounds, you cannot split off how much of the related compounds you are adding to the mixture. The CSF shows that a total of 559.1 pounds of the technical product are being used (545.6 +.13.5), however; these do not support the label claim. If 545.6 pounds of the 77% technical are being' used ina mixture totaling 1000 pounds, the label claim should be 43.04,' Similarly, the label claim for the related compounds should be 1.68\ (13.5 pounds of a 3\ related compound product). You must correct the amount of technical methyl parathion being added to' this mixture so that the label claim is supported, and submit a new CSF, or adjust the label claim and submit new labels. The new CSF or new labels must be submitted within 30 days of the date of this notice. 5. Please note, although we have accepted this labeling, we have removed the "Product Bulletin" for the special Local Need in Texas (TX-910009). This SLN must be canceled. If these conditions are not complied with, the registration will be subject to cancellation in accordance with FIFRA sec. 6(e) .. This Standard contains requirements for the protection of agricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries and greenhouses, and handlers of agricultural pesti­ cides. It contains requirements for training, decontamination, notification and emergency assistance. It also contains specific instructions and exceptions pertaining to the statements on this label about personal protective equipment (PPE), notffication to wOrXers and restricted­ entry Interval. The requirements in this box only apply to use, of this product that are cov­ ered by the Worker Protection Standard. Do not enter or allow worker entry Into treated areas durtng the restIicled-entry interval (REI) of 48 hours.
