Registration is in no way to be construed as an indorsement or approval of this product by this Agency. In order to protect 
health and the environment. the Administrato •• on his motion, may at any 'time suspend or cancel the registration or a ~st. 
icide in accordance with the Act. The acceptance or any name in connectio,. wfth the registration or a product under this 
Act is not to be construed as giving the registrant a right to exclusive use 'or the name or to its use if it has been covered 
by others. 
This product is conditionally registered in accordance with 
FIFRA sec. 3{e) (7) (A) provided that you: 
1. submit and/or cite all data- or other material required 
for registration/reregistration of your product under FIFRA sec. 
3(e) (5) or FIFRA sec. 4 when the Agency requires all registrants 
of similar products to submit such data. 
2. Make the following label changes: 
a. Add the phrase, " ... PA Registration No. 279-3128." 
b. Revise the Restricted Use statement to read as 
follows: 
For retail sale only to certified commercial 
aerial applicators or persons under their direct 
supervision. For use only by certified commercial 
aerial applicators. Direct supervision for this 
product is defined as the certified commercial 
applicator being physically present during mixing, 
loading, repair and cleaning of application 
equipment. Certified commercial applicator& must 
also ensure that all persons involved in these 
activities are informed of the precautionary

potholes). Run-off and drift from target 
areas may b~ hazardous to aquatic organisms 
in adjacent aquatic sites. Do not 
contaminate water by cleaning of equipment or 
disposal of wastes. 
g. Alfalfa and Corn- Please revise the u~its of your 
application rates (those in ounces) to be 
consistent with the other application rates. For 
example, if the majority of the use directions are 
in pints revise all of the application rates to be 
in pints. 
h. Sorghum- Please revise the use direction for 1/2 
quart to read 1 pint.

INCIDENT REPORTING 
A telephone nqtification must be made if .lx1ng, loading, or use of a product 
containing parathion results in inadvertent or unexpected human exposure to the 
product or illnes9 resulting from exposure to the product, apill of the product, 
an investigation by Federal, State or" local authorities of allegations involving 
drift of the product, or the deaths of birds or other wildlife. The certified 
applicator or the owner of the treated land must notify by telephone the Chief, 
Compliance Branch, Office of Compliance Monitoring, U.S. EPA, at 202-260-3375 
within seven days of becoming aware of the incident •
