EPA Registration No. 34704-46 
Your Letters To PH 21 Dated Hay 14, 1990 and 
October 2, 1990 
The amendment referred to above, submitted in connection with 
registration under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and 
Rodenticide Act, as amended, is acceptable provided that you make 
the labeling changes indicated below prior to release for shipment 
of product bearing the amended labeling. 
1. Revise the Precautionary Statements and Environmental 
Hazards sections and the protective clothing statements 
according to the labeling for Haneb-Lindane Seed 
Protectant, EPA Reg. No. 34704-39. 
2. Delete the statements regarding labeling of treated seeds 
since this is not required for drill or planter box 
applications. 
3. Delete the reference to closed-system treatments since 
this is not appropriate for a drill or planter box. 
4. Add the heading Physical 
labeling and place the 
flammability of maneb.
