This approval does not affect any additional terms or conditions that were previously imposed on this registration. You must continue to adhere to the registration terms in EPA’s letter dated April 28, 2023. Soybean has been transformed to express Bacillus thuringiensis Cry14Ab-1 protein for the control of soybean cyst nematode (Heterodera glycines). There are no refuge requirements for planting GMB151 soybean.
