Yards and Outside Areas Around the home to control centipedes, millipedes and earwigs. Apply to grass, shrubbery, mulch, and foundations around the outside of the house. Imported Fire Ants - Mound Treatment: Lightly disturb the top of the mound in order to make the ants more active. Then immediately apply 1 - 2 ounces to the mound and the area surrounding the mound. For best results apply in the early morning or late afternoon. Applications made under prolonged hot and dry conditions may be ineffective due to the location of the ants deep within the nest. Do not severely disturb the mound as mound relocation may occur. Do not irrigate after treatment. Treat new mounds as they appear.
