Registration is in no way to be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of this product by the Agency. In order to proteCt health and the environment, the Administrator, on his motion, may at any time suspend or cancel the registration of a pesticide in accordance with the Act. -The acceptance of any name in connection with the registration of a product under this Act is not to be construed as giving the registrant a right to exclusive use of the name or to its use ifit has been covered by others. This product is reregistered in accordance with FIFRA sec. 4(g)(2)(C) provided that you: 1) Submit and/or cite all data required for registration/reregistration review of your product when the Agency requires all registrants of similar products to submit data. 2) Revise the First Aid statements to: "IF ON SKIN OR CLOTHING: Take off contaminated clothing. " in the wind speed text. 8) The directions for use on flax which allow rates as high as ~ pint per acre if Canada thistle is present exceed the maximum allowed rate of V2 pint per acre and must be revised. 9) To the Storage and Disposal section change "Storage" to "Pesticide Storage". 10) To the Warranty section add "to the extent consistent with applicable law" in front of "seller makes no other". 11) On page 4 change "6 pints" to "6.5" pints. If these conditions are not complied with, the registration will be subject to cancellation in accordance with FIFRA sec. 6(e).
