This product is conditionally registered in accordance with FIFRA sec. 3(c) (7) (A) provided that you: Submit and/or cite all data required for registration of your product under FIFRA sec. 3(c) (5) when the Agency requires all registrants of similar products to submit such data; and submit acceptable responses required for reregistration of your product under FIFRA section 4. 2. Modify the labeling as follows: a. Revise the EPA Registration Number to read, "EPA Reg. No. 9779- 353" b. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Applicators and other handlers must wear long-sleeved shirt and long pants, waterproof gloves, shoes plus socks. and protective eyewear. follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maint(3ining Personal Protective Equipment {PPE}' If no such instructions for washables, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry. When handlers use closed systems, enclosed cabs, or aircraft in a manner that meets the requirements listed in the Worker Protection Standard (WPS) for agricultural pesticides [40 CFR 170.240(d)(4-611, the handler PPE requirements may be reduced or modified as specified in the WPS. USER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS Users should wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum. using tobacco or using the toilet. Remove PPE clothing immediately if pesticide gets inside. Drift and runoff may be hazardous to aquatic and estuarine organisms in neighboring areas. Do not apply directly to water, ':0 areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminzte water when disposing of equipment washwaters. DIRECTIONS FOR USE It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Read entire label before using this product. Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application. for any requirements specific to your State or Tribe, consult the agency responsible for pesticide regulation. . AGRICULTURAL USE REOUIREMENTS Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker ?rotection Standard, 40 CFR part 170. This Standard contains requirements for the protection of agricultural wo:--kers on farms. forests, nurseries, and greenhouses, and handlers of agricultural pesticides. It contains requirements for training, decontamination, notification, and emergency assistance. It also contains specific instruc:ions and exceptions pertaining to the statements on this label about Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and res:ricted-entr{ interval. The requirements in this box only apply to uses of this product that are covered by the Works!" Protection Standard. Do not enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the restncted-e,.try imerval of 12 hours. PPE required fo-r early entry to treated areas that is permitted under the: Worker Protection Standard and that involves contact with anything that has been treated. such as ptants, s:;:;:\, or water, is: coveralls, waterproof gloves, shoes plus socks~ and protective eye wear. If these wastes cannot be disposed of by use acccrding to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental Control Agency. or the Hazardous Was.e representative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for guidance. It bUfl");d, stay out of smoke. DIRECTIONS THROUGH SPRINKLER IRRIGATION SYSTEMS Use of TERRONATE WDG Fungicide through chemigation is not allowed in Cajifomia. except for Citrus. Apply this product only through sprinkler irrigation systems including mini-sprinkler, drip, solid set and center pivot. Do not apply this product through any other type of irrigation system. SPRAY PREPARATION: Remove scale~ pesticide residues. and other foreign matter from the chemical tank and entire injector systems. Flush with clean water APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: First prepare a suspension of IERRONATE WDG in a mix tan/<.. !=il1 tank with 112 to 3/4 the desired amount of water. Start mechanIcal or hydraulic agC'tatjon. Add the required amoln':t of TERRONATE WOG. and then the remaining votume of water. Then set sprinkler to deliver 0.1 to 0.3 inch 6ft\('ra~t per acre. Start sprinkler and uniformly inject the suspension of T.ERRONA TE WOO into the irrigation water tio"t so as to d.eliver the desired rate per acre. For Solid Set and Center Pivot Irrigation Sy.stems: When treatment with TERRONATE WDG has been completed, further field irrigation over the treated area should be avoided until foliage is dry to prevent washing the chemical off the crop. GENERAL PRECAUTIONS FOR APPLICATIONS THROUGH SPRINKLER IRRIGATION SYSTEMS Maintain continuous agitation in mix tank during mixing and application to assure a uniform suspension. The system must contain a functional check valve, vacuum relief valve. and low pressure drain appropriately located on the irrigation pipeline to prevent w
