Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

Read entire label before using this product. • People and pets may re-enter after the treated area has been allowed to dry. • In New York State, this product may not be applied to lawns within 100 ft. of a coastal marsh, or stream that drains directly into a coastal marsh. • This product is non-staining to most home siding depending on age and cleanliness. However, before using in areas where the spray may contact home siding (vinyl siding in particular), test in an inconspicuous area and recheck in a few hours. Do not use if any staining is observed. • Kitchen utensils such as measuring cups and spoons should not be used for food purposes after use with pesticides. • Do not allow applications to contact water inhabited by fish such as ornamental fish ponds.

• Shake container well before each use. 
• Determine size of spraying job. For lawns and vegetables, measure the area to be 
sprayed. For ornamentals and fruit and nut trees, estimate the amount of spray 
mixture to provide thorough coverage of the foliage. 
• Carefully measure and mix the amount of product and water as indicated in the 
use directions. It is always a good idea to wear water-resistant gloves when handling 
pesticides.

HOW TO APPLY 
• Shake container well before each use. 
• Connect a g~rdeD b()~~ to_ toe .[I-!Qs_e Eng SQrayer] nozzle. Make_ sure the_dial on ---_. 
the hose end sprayer is in the "OFF" position [with the safety tab in the valve notch]. 
• Turn on water at faucet. Extend hose to the farthest area to be treated and work 
back toward the faucet so you don't come in contact with the treated area. 
• To begin spraying, point nozzle toward treatment area and [1.) bend the safety tab 
back with your thumb, 2.) hold safety tab back while turning dial counter clockwise 
until it stops.] turn the hose end sprayer to the "ON" position. Water will automatically 
mix with the product. [Optional graphic of hose end sprayer] 
• Spray until wet. Walk at a steady pace while spraying using an even sweeping 
motion, slightly overlapping treated areas. 
• To stop spraying, quickly turn the [dial counter clockwise until it stops and the 
safety tab engages into the notch on the valve] [hose end sprayer to the "OFF" 
position]. Turn water off at faucet. To relieve pressure before removing nozzle from
