WHAT THIS ACCEPTANCE MEANS:
Based on your cenification, the Agency has accepted the labeling changes that are
necessary to comply with the Worker Protection Standard (WPS) labeling requiements of 40
CFR part 156, subpan K, described in PR Notices 93-7 and 93-11. Any other labeling changes
submitted in connection with this amendment application but not directly related to compliance
with the WPS have not been reviewed or accepted by the Agency. If you wish to make such

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
This pesticide is highly toxic to aquatic invertebrates and
wildlife. Shrimp and other aquatic organisms may be killed at
recommended application rates. Birds in treated areas may be
killed. For terrestrial uses, do not apply directly to water or
to areas where surface water is present, or to intertidal areas
below the mean high water ark. Runoff and drift from target
areas may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in adjacent sites.
Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment wash
water.
This product is highly toxic to bees exposed to direct
treatment or residues on blooming crops or weeds. Do not apply
this product or allow it to drift to blooming crops or weeds if
bees are visiting the treatment area.
PHYSICAL OR CHEMICAL HAZARD
Combustible: Do not use, pour, spill or store near heat or flame.
In case of Fire: Use water spray, foam, dry chemical or SPILL or
LEAK: Keep all unprotected persons away. Cover with absorbent

where these are important resources.
COTTON - For control of thrips, use 0.15 to 0.25 pints per acres.
For cotton leafworms, use 0.15 to 0.4 pints per acres. For
grasshoppers and fall armyworms, use 0.25 pints per acres. For

- Handle container carefully so as to avoid damage and prevent spills.
- Do not use or store in or around the home.
- Store container in a well ventilated place.
- Empty container retains vapor and product residue. Observe all labeied safeguards until container is cleaned, reconditioned, or destroyed.
- Keep out of reach of children and domestic animals. PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: Wastes of this pesticide ar~ acutely hazardous. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixtures, or rinsate is a violation of federal law. If these wastes cannot be disposed of according to label use instructions, contact your state pesticide or Environmental Control Agency, or the Hazardous waste Representative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for guidance. CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Triple rinse (or equivalent). Then offer for recycling or recondi tioning, or puncture 2.nd dispose of in a sani'cary landfill, or by other approved state and local procedures. Buyer assumes all risks of use, storage and handling of this material not in strict accordance with directions given herewith. In no case shall Drexel or the Seller be liable for consequential, special or indirect damages resulting from the use or handling of this product when such use and/or handling· is not in strict accordance with directions given herewith.
