Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

Dissolution rate may be slowed by c old water, lack of agitation or water containing high concentrations of boron or sulfur. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING WATER SOLUBLE PACKAGES DIRECTLY INTO SPRAY TANKS Water Soluble Packages (WSPs) are designed to dissolve in water. Agitation may be used, if necessary, to help dissolve the WSP. Failure to follow handling and mixing instructions can inc rease your exposure to the pesticide products in WSPs. WSPs, when used properly, qualify as a closed mixing/loading system under the Agricultural Worker Protection Standard [40 CFR 170.607(d)]. Handling Instructions: Follow these steps when handling pesticide products in WSPs.

  1. Mix in spray tank only.
  2. Handle WSP(s) in a manner that protects package from breakag e and/or unintended release of contents. If package is broken, put on PPE required for clean-up and then continue with mixing instructions.
  3. Keep the WSP(s) in outer packaging until just before use.
  4. Keep the WSP dry prior to adding to the spray tank.
  5. Handle with dry gloves and according to the label instructions for PPE.
  6. Keep WSP intact. Do not cut or puncture WSP.
  7. Reseal the WSP outer packaging to protect any unused WSP(s). Mixing Instructions: Follow the steps below when mixing this product, including if t ank-mixed with other pesticide products. If being tank-mixed, the mixing directions 1 through 9 below take precedence over th e mixing directions of the other tank-mix products. WSPs may, in some cases, be mixed with other pesticide products so l ong as the directions for use of all mixed products do not conflict. Do not tank mix this product with products that prohibit tank mixing or have conflicting mixing directions.
  8. If a basket or strainer is present in the tank hatch, remove prior to adding the WSP to the tank.
  9. Fill tank with water to approximately one-third to one-half of the desired final volume of spray.

Page5of30 3. Stop adding water and stop any agitation. 4. Place intact/unopened WSP(s) into the tank. 5. Do not spray water from a hose or fill pipe to break or dissolve the WSP(s). 6. Start mechanical and recirculation agitation from the bottom of tank without using any overhead recirculation, if possible. If overhead recirculation cannot be turned off, close the hatch before starting agitation. 7. Dissolving the WSP(s) may take up to 5 minutes or longer, depending on water temperature, water hardness and intensity of agitation. 8. Stop agitation before tank lid is opened. 9. Open the lid to the tank, exercising caution to avoid contact with dusts or spray mix, to verify that the WSPs have fully dissolved and the contents have been thoroughly mixed into the solution. 10. Do not add other allowed products or complete filling the tank until the bags have fully dissolved and pesticide is thoroughly mixed. 11. Once the WSP have fully dissolved and any other products have been added to the tank, resume filling the tank with water to the desired level, close the tank lid, and resume agitation. 12. Use the spray solution when mixing is complete. 13. Maintain agitation of the diluted pesticide mix during transport and application. 14. It is unlawful to use any registered pesticide, including WSPs, in a manner inconsistent with its label.

The active ingredient in this product is acephate, a water-soluble insecticide, readily absorbed by plant roots and foliage to give systemic control of feeding insects. Insect pests are generally controlled more effectively by this product through ingestion than by contact. To maintain control, application of this product may be repeated only as directed. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR USE AND PRECAUTIONS ON THIS LABEL MA Y RESULT IN POOR INSECT CONTROL, CROP INJURY AND/OR ILLEGAL RESIDUES. USE RESTRICTIONS x Use on succulent green beans as a food crop is prohibited (includes string beans, snap beans, and wax beans). Succulent greens bean use is permitted ONLY if grown for seed. • For use on turf, use is limited to sod farms and golf courses, except when applying to mound or spot treatment for fire ant and harvester ant control. • Do not apply with low pressure handwand as specified on the label. • Not for indoor residential use. x For greenhouse use, use is limited to commercial greenhouses for use on ornamental, floral, foliage plants and tobacco (floatbed application).

Page6of30 RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT ACEPHATE 75 WSP contains a Group 1B insecticide. Insect biotypes with acquired resistance to Group 1B may eventually dominate the insect population if Group 1B insectici des are used repeatedly in the same field or in successive years as the primary method of control for targeted species. This may result in partial or total loss of control of those species by this product or other Group 1B insecticides. To delay insecticide resistance, consider: x Avoiding the consecutive use of this product or other Group 1B insecticides/acaricides that have similar target site of action on the same insect/mite species. x Using tank mixtures or premixes with insecticides/acaricides f rom a different target site action Group as long as the involved products are all registered for the same use and have different sites of action. x Basing insecticide/acaricide use on a comprehensive IPM progra m. x Monitoring treated insect/mite populations for loss of field e fficacy. x Contacting your local extension specialist, certified crop adv isors, and/or manufacturer for insecticide/acaricide resistance management and/or IPM recommen dations for specific site and resistant pest problems. SPRAY DRIFT MANAGEMENT A variety of factors including weather conditions, (e.g., wind direction, wind speed, temperature, relative humidity) and method of application (e.g., ground, aerial, airblast, chemigation) can influence pesticide drift. The applicator and grower must evaluate all factors and make appropriate adjustments when applying this product. x All aerial, ground and air-assisted/airblast application equip ment must be properly maintained and calibrated using water as carrier. Do not apply this product as an ultralo w volume (ULV) spray, or in any carrier other than water. x Use the largest droplet size consistent with good pest control . Small droplets are more prone to spray drift and can be minimized by appropriate nozzle selection, by orienting nozzles away from the air stream as much as possible, and by avoiding excessive spray boom pressure. x Do not apply at wind speeds greater than 10 mph at the applica tion site. x Apply as close to target plants as practical to obtain a good spray pattern for adequate coverage. x For aerial applications, do not apply at heights greater than 10 feet (consistent with flight safety). x For airblast applications, direct spray above foliage and turn off outward pointing nozzles at row ends and outer rows. x For aerial applications, the spray boom should be mounted on t he aircraft as to minimize drift caused by wind tip vortices. The minimum boom length should be used and must n ot exceed 75% of wind span or rotor diameter. x For ground applications, do not apply at heights greater than 4 feet. CHEMIGATION This product may only be applied through sprinkler irrigation s ystems including center pivot, lateral move, end tow, side (wheel) roll, travelers, big gun, solid set or hand m ove. Do not apply this product through any other type of irrigation system. Apply to Cranberries only by sprinkler irrigation systems, incl uding central pivot, lateral move, end tow, side (wheel), roll, travelers, big gun, solid set or hand move. Do n ot apply this product by chemigation to any other crop, or through any other type of irrigation system. TANK MIXES Tank mixing or use of this product with any other product which is not specifically and expressly authorized by the label shall be the exclusive risk of the user, applicator and/or the application advisor. Always read and follow all label directions when using any pest icide alone or in tank mix combinations. Take all restrictions and precautions, which appear on all product labels. The most restrictive labeling applies when using a tank mix. GROUP 1B INSECTICIDE

Sprinkler Irrigation Application to Cranberries This product may only be applied through sprinkler irrigation s ystems including center pivot, lateral move, end tow, side (wheel) roll, travelers, big gun, solid set, or hand move. Do not apply this product through any other type of irrigation system. Crop injury, lack of effectiveness or illegal pesticide residue s in the crop may result from non-uniform distribution of treat ed water. If you have questions about calibration, you should contact State Extension Service specialists, equipment manufacturers or other experts. Do not connect an irrigation system (including greenhouse systems) used for pesticide application to a public water system unless the label-prescribed safety devices for public water suppliers are in place. A person knowledgeable of the chemigation system and responsible for its operation shall shut the system down and make necessary adjustments should the need arise. The system must contain a functional check valve, vacuum relief valve, and low pressure drain appropriately located on the irrigation pipeline to prevent water source contamination from backflow. The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional, aut omatic, quick-closing check valve to prevent the flow of fluid back toward the injection pump. The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional, normally closed solenoid-operated valve located on the intake side of the injection pump and connected to the system interlock to prevent fluid from being withdrawn from the supply tank when the irrigation system is either automatically or manually shut down. The system must contain functional interlocking controls to automatically shut off the pesticide injection pump when the water pump motor stops. The irrigation line or water pump must include a functional pre ssure switch which will stop the water pump motor when the water pressure decreases to the point where pesticide distribution is adversely affected. Systems must use a metering pump, such as a positive displaceme nt injection pump (e.g., diaphragm pump) effectively designed and constructed of materials that are compatible with pesticides and capable of being fitted with a system interlock. Do not apply when wind speed favors drift beyond the area intended for treatment.

Page12of30 Solid Set System: Apply specified dosage for the entire length of the irrigation period or for a 30 to 60 minute period at the end of a regular irrigation set or as a 30 to 60 minute injection as a separate application not associated with a regular irrigation. Allow time for all lines to flush the pesticide through all noz zles before turning off irrigation water. To ensure the lines a re flushed and free of remaining pesticide, a dye indicator may be injected into the lines to mark the end of the application period. Center Pivot Systems: Inject the specified dosage per acre continuously for one complete revolution of the system. Constant agitation must be maintained in the chemical supply ta nk during the entire period of insecticide application. Inject the product with a positive displacement pump into the main line ahead of a right turn to insure adequate mixing. Application of more than label recommended quantities of irriga tion water per acre may result in decreased product performance by removing the chemical from the zone of effectiveness.
