.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

c DIRECTIONS FOR USE It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner incon sistent with its labeling. Do not apply this product ina way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application. For any re quirements specific to your State or Tribe, consult the agency re sponsible for pesticide regulation. AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR Part 170. This standard con- tains requirements for the protection of agricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries, greenhouses and handlers of agricultural pesticides. It contains requirements for training, decontamination, notification and emergency assistance. It also contains specific in- structions and exceptions pertaining to the statements on this label about personal protective equipment (PPE) and restricted entry in- terval (REI). The requirements in this box only apply to uses of this product that are covered by the WPS. Do not enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the REI of 48 hours. For greenhouse uses, do not enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the REI of 24 hours. For at least seven days following the application of copper-contain- ing products in greenhouses: • at least one container or station designed specifically for flushing eyes is available in operating condition with the WPS-required de- contamination supplies for workers entering the area treated with copper-containing products, • workers are informed orally, in a manner they can understand:

  • that residues in the treated area may be highly irritating to their eyes,
  • that they should take precautions, such as refraining from rub- bing their eyes, to keep the residues out of their eyes,
  • that if they do get residues in their eyes, they should immedi- ately flush their eyes with the eye flush container that is located with the decontaminated supplies and
  • how to operate the eye flush container or eye flush station. PPE required for early entry to treated areas that is permitted under the WPS and that involves contact with anything that has been treated, such as plants, soil or water is: Coveralls over long-sleeved shirt and long pants, chemical-resistant gloves made of any water- proof material, chemical-resistant footwear plus socks, chemical-re- sistant headgear for overhead exposure and protective eyewear. Notify workers of the application by warning them orally and by post- ing warning signs at entrances to treated areas. NON-AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS The requirements in this box apply to uses of the product that are NOT within the scope of the Worker Protection Standard for agri- cultural pesticides (40 CFR Part 170). The WPS applies when this product is used to produce agricultural plants on farms, forest, nurs- eries or greenhouses. Do not enter or allow others to enter the treated area until sprays have dried. SPRAY DRIFT MANAGEMENT A variety of factors, including weather conditions (e.g., wind direction, wind speed, temperature, relative humidity) and the method of appli cation (e.g., ground, aerial, airblast, chemigation), can influence pes ticide drift. The applicator must evaluate all factors and make appropriate adjustments when applying this product. Droplet Size Apply only as a medium or coarser spray (ASAE standard 572) or a volume mean diameter of 300 microns or greater for spinning atomizer nozzles. Wind Speed Do not apply at wind speeds greater than 15 mph. Only apply this product if the wind direction favor on-target deposition (approximately 3 to 10 mph), and there are no sensitive areas within 250 feet down wind. Temperature Inversions If applying at wind speeds less than 3 mph, the applicator must de termine if a) conditions of temperature inversion exist, or b) stable at mospheric conditions exist at or below nozzle height. Do not make applications into areas of temperature inversions or stable atmos pheric conditions. ( Other State and Local Requirements Applicators must follow all state and local pesticide drift requirements regarding application of copper compounds. Where states have more stringent regulations, they must be observed. Equipment All aerial and ground application equipment must be properly main tained and calibrated using appropriate carriers or surrogates. For aerial application: The boom length must not exceed 75% of the wingspan or 90% of the rotor blade diameter. Release spray at the lowest height consistent with efficacy and flight safety. Do not release spray at a height greater than 10 feet above the crop canopy unless a greater height is required for EPA aircraft safety. When applications are made with a crosswind, the swath must be dis placed downwind. The applicator must compensate for this displace ment at the up and downwind edge of the application area by adjusting the path of the aircraft upwind. For groundboom application: Do not apply with a nozzle height greater than 4 feet above the crop canopy. CHEMIGATION Do not apply this product through any irrigation system unless this sec tion on chemigation is followed . Apply this product only through center pivot, motorized lateral move or traveling gun sprinkler irrigation systems that do not contain aluminum components. Do not apply this product through any other type of irri gation system. Crop injury, lack of effectiveness or illegal pesticide residues in the crop can result from non-uniform distribution oftreated water. If you have questions about calibration, you should contact State Extension Service specialists, equipment manufacturers or other experts. Do not connect an irrigation system (including greenhouse systems) used for pesticide application to a public water system unless the pesticide label-prescribed safety devices for public water systems are in place. A person knowledgeable of the chemigation system and responsible for its operation or under the supervision of the responsi ble person, shall shut the system down and make the necessary ad justments should the need arise. Public water systems means a system for the provision to the public of piped water for human consumption if such system has at least 15 service connections or regularly serves an average of at least 25 in dividuals daily at least 60 days out of the year. Chemigation systems connected to public water systems must con tain a functional, reduced-pressure zone, backflow preventer (RPZ) or the functional equivalent in the water supply line upstream from the point of pesticide introduction. As an option to the RPZ, the water from the public water system should be discharged into a reservoir tank prior to pesticide introduction. There should be a complete physical break (air gap) between the outlet end of the fill pipe and the top or overflow rim of the reservoir tank of at least twice the inside diameter of the fill pipe. The system must contain a functional check valve, vacuum relief valve and low pressure drain appropriately located on the irrigation pipeline to prevent water source contamination from backflow. The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional, automatic, quick-closing check valve to prevent the flow of fluid back toward the injection pump. The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional, normally closed, solenoid-operated valve located on the intake side of the in jection pump and connected to the system interlock to prevent fluid from being withdrawn from the supply tank when the irrigation system is either automatically or manually shut down. The system must contain functional interlocking controls to automatically shut off the pesticide injection pump when the water pump motor stops or in cases where there is no water pump, when the water pressure de creases to the point where pesticide distribution is adversely affected. The irrigation line or water pump must include a functional pressure switch which will stop the water pump motor when the water pressure de creases to the point where pesticide distribution is adversely affected. Systems must use a metering pump, such as a positive displacement injection pump (e.g., diaphragm pump) effectively designed and con structed of materials that are compatible with pesticides and capable of being fitted with a system interlock. Do not apply when wind speed favors drift beyond the area intended for treatment. When mixing, fill the nurse tank half full with water. Add this product slowly to the tank while hydraulic or mechanical agitation is operating KOP-AM Complex Page 2 of 20

( and continue filling the tank with water. Stickers, spreaders, nutrients, insecticides, etc. should be added last. If the compatibility is ques tionable, ·use the compatibility jar test before mixing a whole tank. Be cause of the wide variety of possible combinations that can occur, observe all cautions and limitations on the labels of all the products used in mixtures. This product should be continuously added through a traveling irrigation system. Agitation is recommended. APPLICATION AND CALIBRATION TECHNIQUES FOR SPRINKLER IRRIGATION Center Pivot, Motorized Lateral Move and Traveling Gun Irriga tion Equipment: Operate system and injection equipment at normal pressures recommended by the manufacturer of the injection equip ment used. Fill tank of injection equipment with water. Operate sys tem for one complete circle for center pivot or one complete run for motorized lateral move or traveling gun equipment, measuring time required, amount of water injected and acreage contained in circle or run. Mix recommended amount of this product for acreage to be covered into the same amount of water used during calibration and inject into system continuously for one revolution or run. Shut off in jection equipment after one revolution or run, but continue to oper ate irrigation system until this product has been cleared from the last sprinkler head. USE INFORMATION The control of diseases with fungicides is based on PREVENTION: plant surfaces must be completely covered with the fungicide to suc cessfully prevent infection. Use the highest indicated rate per crop when disease incidence is high or expected to be, depending on rain fall and temperature. The lower rate is suitable for general and pre ventative sprays under normal conditions. Since the weather conditions and disease incidence vary, consult your Agricultural Ex tension Service for timing and initial application. USE INSTRUCTIONS Partially fill the spray tank with water, add the desired amount of this product and continue filling the tank. If applied with other products, add this product last. Use agitation during mixing and application, until tank is empty. Good bypass agitation is adequate. Observe all pre cautions and limitations on labeling of all products used in mixtures. In common with all good agricultural practice, start with clean equipment; equipment should be flushed well with water after use. FROST INJURY PROTECTION Bacterial Ice Nucleation Inhibitor - Application of this product made to all crops listed on this label at rates indicated on this label, just prior to anticipated frost conditions, will sustain control of ice nucleating bac teria (Pseudomonas syringae, Erwina herbico/a and Pseudomonas f1uorescens) and may therefore provide protection against light frost. Not recommended for those geographic areas where weather condi tions favor severe frost. TREATMENT OF WOOD BASED COMPOSITES (Except California) For treatment of composite wood products for protection from fungal decay and termite attack, this product can be applied to the furnish (fiber, flakes, chips, particles or strands) either as a solution concentrate or, al ternately, diluted with water. The weight percent loading on the furnish should range from 1.0% wlw to 4.0% w/w as copper ammonium acetate complex (0.26 to 1.1 % copper metal). The actual amount of copper am monium acetate complex to make the composite, the desired distribu tion of this product in the composite, and the anticipated exposure conditions end use of the composite wood product. Consult manufac turer for recommendations on specific products and applications. Apply the treatment solution by spraying the composite wood compo nent with a low-pressure sprayer. A moderately fine spray, not an aerosol or fog, generally provides the best coverage. Apply in a com mercial spray booth. Treatment solution may also be applied by im mersing the composite wood components. Immersion systems should be fully contained to recycle any excess solution. DIRECTIONS FOR USE I! is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner incon sistent with its labeling. Do not apply this product in a way that will contact adults, children or pets, either directly or through drift. Only protected users may be in the area during application. For any re quirements specific to your State or Tribe, consul! the agency re sponsible for pesticide regulation. ENTRY RESTRICTION Do not enter or allow others to enter the treated area until sprays have dried. USE INFORMATION The control of diseases with fungicides is based on PREVENTION: plant surfaces must be completely covered with the fungicide to suc cessfully prevent infection. Copper pesticides are considered preven tative, not curative. Use the highest indicated rate per crop when disease incidence is high or expected to be, depending on rainfall and temperature. The lower rate is suitable for general and preventative sprays under normal conditions. Since the weather conditions and dis ease incidence vary, consult your Agricultural Extension Service for timing and initial application. Seek advice on identifying specific dis ease problems and solutions from your local agricultural extension agent or other knowledgeable persons.
