PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) Workers involved with treating the seed (i.e., operating the tr eating equipment, loading the chemical, or calibrating the treating equipment); packaging the treated seed (i.e., bagging, closing, tagging, stacking, or forklifting); cleanout of the treatment chamber; or loading and planting treated seeds must wear: x Long-sleeved shirt and long pants, x Socks plus shoes, and x Chemical-resistant gloves made of barrier laminate, butyl rubber ( ≥14 mils), nitrile rubber ( ≥14 mils), neoprene rubber ( ≥14 mils), natural rubber (≥14 mils), polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride (≥14 mils), or Viton (≥14 mils).

USER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS Users should: x Remove clothing/PPE immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing. x Remove PPE immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves before removing. As soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean clothing.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS This pesticide is highly toxic to bees, birds, fish and aquatic invertebrates. For terrestrial uses, DO NOT apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. DO NOT contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwaters. Treated seed exposed on the soil surface may be hazardous to wildlife. Cover or collect seed s spilled during loading. Ensure that planting equipment is functioning properly in accordance with manufacturing specifications to minimize seed coat ab rasion during planting to reduce dust which can drift to blooming crops or weeds. Groundwater Advisory: This product has properties and characterist ics associated with chemicals detected in ground water. This chemical may leach into ground water if used in areas where soils are permeable, particularly where the water table is shallow. Therefore contain any product spills or equipment leaks and dispose of wastes according to the disposal instructions on this label.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Read all label directions carefully before use. RGOF0064 Seed Treatment Insecticide and Fungicide is a liquid seed treatment for soybeans to pr otect the seed against listed pe sts, control of seed rot, and damping-off disease and is for commerci al seed treatment only. Not for use on agricultural establishme nts in hopper-box, planter-box, slurry-box or other seed treatment applications at or immediately before planting. Seed treated with RGOF0064 Seed Treatment Insecticide and Fungicide must be visually identifiable from untreated seed by the use of an approved colorant or dye to prevent accidental use of treated seed as food for humans or feed for animals. Refer to 21 CFR, § 2.25. Any colorant or dye added to treated seed must be cleared for use in accordance with 40 CFR, § 153.155(c).

RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT RECOMMENDATION For resistance management, please note that RGOF0064 Seed Treatment Insecticide and Fungicide contains both a Group 4 and Group 11 fungicide and a Group 4a insecticide. Any fungal or insect population may contain individuals naturally resistant to RGOF0064 Seed Treatment Insecticide and Fungicide and other Group 4 or Group 11 fungicides or Group 4a insecticides. A gradual or total loss of pest control may occur over time if these fungicides/insecticides are used repeatedly in the same fields. Appropriate resistance-management strategies should be followed. To delay fungicide and insecticide resistance, take one or more of the following steps: x Rotate the use of RGOF0064 Seed Treatment Insecticide and Fu ngicide or other Group 4 and Group 11 fungicides and Group 4a insecticides within a growing season sequence with different groups that control the same pests. x Use tank mixtures with fungicides or insecticides from a di fferent group that are equally effective on the target pest when such use is permitted. Use at least the minimum application rate as labeled by the manufacturer. DO NOT rely on the same mixture repeatedly for the same pest population. Consider any known cross-resistance issues (for the targeted pests) between the

3

individual components of the mixture. In addition, consider the following recommendations provided by the Insecticide Resistance Action Committee (IRAC): o Individual insecticides selected for use in mixtures should be highly effective and be applied at the rates at which they are individually registered for use against the target species. o Mixtures with components having the same IRAC mode of action classification are not recommended for insect resistance management. o When using mixtures, consider any known cross-resistance issues between the individual components for the targeted pest(s). o Mixtures become less effective if resistance is already developing to one or both active ingredients, but they may still provide pest management benefits. o The insect resistance management benef its of an insecticide mixture are greatest if the two components have similar periods of residual insecticidal activity. Mixtures of insecticides with unequal periods of residual insecticide activity may offer an insect resistance management benefit only for the period where both insecticides are active. x Adopt an integrated disease management program for fungici de and insecticide use that includes scouting, uses historical information related to pesticide use, and crop rotation, and which considers host plant or pest resistance, impact of environmental conditions on disease development, disease thresholds, as well as cultural, biological and other chemical control practices. x Where possible, make use of predictive disease models to effect ively time fungicide applications. Note that using predictive models alone is not sufficient to manage resistance. x Monitor after application for unexpected target pest survival. If the level of survival suggests the presence of resistance, consult with your local university specialist or certified pest control advisor. x Contact your local extension specialist or certified crop adv isor for any additional pesticide resistance-management and/or IPM recommendations for specific crops and pests. x For further information or to report suspected resistance contact Bayer CropScience as 1-866-99BAYER (1-866-992-2937).

COMPATIBILITY TESTING AND TANK MIX PARTNERS This product may be used in combination with other registered Bayer CropScience seed treatment fungicides and insecticides. Pre-test for compatibility with other seed treatment products. Follow more restrictive labeling of any tank mix partner. DO NOT tank mix with any product, which contains a prohibition on tank mixing. RGOF0064 Seed Treatment Insecticide and Fungicide may be applied as a water-based slurry with other registered seed treatment insecticides and fungicides through standard slurry or mist-type commercial seed treatment equipment. It is the pesticide users responsibility to ensure that all products are registered for the intended use. Read and follow th e applicable restrictions and limitations and directions for use on all product labels involved in tank mixing. Users must follow the most r estrictive directions for use and precautionary statements of each product in the tank mixture. Excess treated seed may be used for ethano l production only if (1) by-products are not used for livestock feed and (2) no measurable residues of pesticide remain in ethano l byproducts that are used in agronomic practice.

Compatibility It is essential that before using RGOF0064 Seed Treatment Insecticide and Fungicide in any tank mixture the compatibility of the mixture be established. Add RGOF0064 Seed Treatment Insecticide and Fungicide at the labeled rate to a clean quart jar containing approximately one-half the amount of water intended for a final slurry application rate. Next, follow with all other tank mix components that will be used in the total slurry application.

Add last the remaining balance of water. The total amount of volume is determined by the seed size and how much is necessary to ensure complete and uniform coverage and distribution on the seed, as well as the type of commercial seed treating application equipment that will be used.

DO NOT USE MIXTURES THAT CURDLE, PRECIPITATE, OR GEL. USE TANK MIXTURES IMMEDIATELY AFTER MIXING WITH ADEQUATE AGITATION.

Mixing Instructions

  1. When applied with seed treatment application equipment design ed to treat seed utilizing a treatment slurry mixture, add approximately 1/2 to 2/3 of the required water to the treatment slurry tank followed by the accompanying seed treatment products and RGOF0064 Seed Treatment Insecticide and Fungicide.
  2. The order of product addition is dependent on the accompanying seed treatment products and application equipment used.
  3. Allow each slurry component to disperse completely prior to the next addition until a uniform suspension is obtained.
  4. After all slurry components have been added and dispersed co mpletely add the remaining 1/2 to 1/3 of required water for proper slurry volume and mix until uniform.
  5. DO NOT store mixed slurries for greater than 72 hours.
