Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default, HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL + OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time. .gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) + EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>. .gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt, Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh. .gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md + sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping. chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes). .dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md, deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25 explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image). FIFRA sec. 3(c) (7) (A) provided that you:
- Submit and/or cite an data required for registration of your product under FIFRAsec. 3(c) (5) when the Agency requires aL registrants of similar products to submit such data; and submit acceptable responses required for reregistration of your product under FIFRA section 4. 2 . Make the following label di,Emges; a. Revise the EPA Registration Number to read, "EPA Reg. No. 264-584". b. On pageD, under the heading "Application Methods", -you must include the following spraydi'ift language on your product labeling: "Avoiding SlJraydrift at the application is the responsibility· of the applicator. The interaction of many equiprnent~and-weather-related' factors determined the potential 'forapray drift. The applicator and the grower are responsible for considering all these factors when making decisions." DEC 2<1997 .. ,. -, .... -
i page 2 EP~ Reg. No. 264-584 In the same section as mentioned above, please incorportate thefoll()wingspray drift Olangement practices and the aerial drift reduction advisory information to avoid off-target driftmovemeritfrom aerial application.s on your product labeling: "The distance from the outermost nO'4zles on the boom must not exceed 3/4 the length of the wingspan or rotor." "Nozzles must always point backwordparallel with the airstream and never be pointed downwaids more than 45 degrees." U.Aerial D.tift Red,udion AdlTisory Information· In£ormationonDropletSize The most effective way to reduce drift potential is to apply la.rge droplets. The bestdiift strategy is to management strategy. to apply the largest droplets that provide sufficientc:cNerage and control. 1>..pplying larger droplets reduces drift potential, but will not prevent drift if applications are made improperly, or under unfavorable environmental conditions. (see Wind, Temperature and Humidity, and Temperature Inversions) . con.trolling Droplet Size Volume - Use 3 high flow rate nozzles to apply the highest practical spray volume. Nozzles with higher rated flows produce larger droplets. Pressure - Do not exceed the nozzle manufacturer's recommended pressures. For may nozzle types lower pressure produced larger droplets. When higher flow rates are needed, use higher flow ra.te nozzles instead of increasing pressure. Number of noz:!Iles '-Use the minimum number of nozzles that provide uniform coverage. Nozzle Orientatibn- Orienting nozzles so that the spray is released parallel to the airstream produces larger droplets than other orientations and is the recommended practice. Significant deflection from horizontal will reduce droplet size and increase drift potential. Nozzle Type - use nozzle type that is designed for the intended application. With most nozzle types, narrow stray angles produce larger droplets. Consider using lowcdriftnozzles. Solid stream nozzles oriented straight back produce the largest droplets and the lowest drift. Boom Length
page 3 EPA Reg. No.264-584 For some use patterns, reducing the effective boom length to less than 3ftf of thewingspari or rotor length may further reduce drift without reducing swath width. Applica.tion Height Applications should not be made at a height greater than 10 feet above the top of the largest plants unless a greater height is requiredforzdrcraft safety. Making applications at the lowest height that is safe reduces exposure of droplets to evaporation and wind. Swath Adjustment When applications are made with a crosswind, the swath will be displaced downward. Therefore, on the up and downwind edges of the field, the applicator must compensate fOJ;' this displacement by adjust:ing t:hepathof t:he aircraft upwind. Swatch adjustment distance should increased, with increasing drift potential (higher wind, smaller drops, etc). Wind Drift potential is lowest between wind speeds of 2- 10 mph. However, manyfactors, including droplet size and equipment type determine drift pot:ent:ial at any given speed. Application sl;tOuld be avoided below 2 mph due to variable wind direction and high inversion potential. NOTE: Local terrain can influence wind patterns. Every applicator should be familiar with local wind patte=s and how they affect spray drift. - Temperature and H'ltIIlidity • When making applications in low relative humidity, set up equipment to produce lai'ger droplets to compensateforevaperation. Droplet evaporation is most severe when conditions are both hot and dry. Temperature Inversions Applications should not occur during 11 temperature inversion because-drift potential is high. Temperature inversions restrict vertical air.mixing, which causes small suspended droplets to remain in a cOllcentrated cloud. This cloud can move in unpredictable directions due t:o the light variable winds common during inversions. Temperature inversions are characterized by increasing temperatures with altitude and are common 6nnightswith limited cloud cover and lightt.onowind. Theybegin to form as the sun sets and often continue into themorriing. 'fheir presence

adjustments should the need arise.
Sprinkler ChemigatiQn DirectlQns:
The following directions musl be folfowed for all recommended sprinkler irrigation systems (center
pivot, lateral move", Of end tow): •
- The system must contain afunctional check valve, vac:uum relief valve, and low pressure drain appropriately klcated on the irrigation pipeline to prevent water source contamination from back-flow.
- The pesticide inJectionplpefine must contain a functional, automatic, quick-ciosing check valve to prevent the flow offluid back toward the injection pump.
- The pesticide injection pipeline must also contain afunctional, normally closed, solenoid operated valve located onIhe intake side olthe injection pump and connected to the system interlock to prevent fluid from being withdrawn from the supply tank when the irrigation system is either automatically Of manualiyshut down.
- The system must conteinfunctionai interlocking controls to automatically shut off the pesticide injection pump when the water pump motor stops.

- 5. The irrigation line or water pumpmusUnclude a functional pressure switch which wifl stop the
- water pump motor when the water pressure decreases to thepolnl that pesticide distribution
- is adversely affected.
- 6. Systems must use a metering pump, such asa positive displacement injection pump (e.g.,
- diaphragm pump) effectively designed and constructed of materials thatare compatible with
- pesticides and capable of being fitted with a systeminferlock.
- 7. Do not apply when wind speed fuvOrs drift beyond{he area intended for treatment.

contact herbicide to prevent contlnuedgrriw\h and development andprellent competition with crop
seedlings for water and soil nutrients. The standing COlIer crop (now dead) continues to control
wind erosion and provide protectionto the developing crop until it is well established.
Strip Planting: In stripplanting, cotton is seeded into competition-freebandseslablished in the
cover crop. Competition-free bands may be established byleallingunseeded drill rows when
seeding the cover crop, by tillage, or by use ala contact herbicide to prepare competition-free
bands prior to planting.
