Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage and disposal. PESTICIDE STORAGE Store in a cool, dry place. PESTICIDE DISPOSAL Pesticide wastes are toxic. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixture, or rinsate is a violation of Federal law. If these wastes cannot be disposed of by use according to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental Control Agency, 01 the Hazardous Waste representative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for guidance. Open dumping is prohibited. CONTAINER HANDLING Rigid, Non-refillable containers small enough to shake (i.e., with capacities equal to or less than 5 gallons). Non-refillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Offer for recycling, if available. Triple rinse or pressure rinse container (01 equivalent) promptly after emptying. Triple rinse as follows: Empty the remaining contents into application equipment or a mix tank and drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Fill the container % full with water and recap. Shake for 10 seconds. Pour rinsate into application equipment or a mix tank or store rinsate for later use or disposal. Drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Repeat this procedure two more times. Pressure rinse as follows: Empty the remaining contents into application equipment or a mix tank and continue to drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Hold container upside down over application equipment or mix tank or collect rinsate for later use or disposal. Insert pressure rinsing nozzle in the side of the container, and rinse at about 40 PSI for at least 30 seconds. Drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Once container is rinsed, offer for recycling if available, or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill or incineration, or if allowed by state and local authorities/by burning. If burned stay out of smoke. r r NOTE: Seed that are treated with this product and are then packaged or bagged for future use by growers or researchers must contain the following labeling on the outside of the seed package or bag. • This bag contains seed treated with thiram and triadimenol. • Do not use treated seed for feed, food or oil purposes. • Do not graze green forage within 40 days of planting. • When opening this bag or loading/pouring the treated seeds wear longsleeved shirt, long pants, shoes, socks and chemical resistant gloves. • "After the seeds have been planted, do not enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the restricted-entry interval (REI) of 24 hours. Exception: Once the seeds are planted in soil or other planting media, the Worker Protection Standard allows workers to enter the treated area with out restriction if there will be no worker contact with the seeds." o "Treated seeds are hazardous to fish, birds and mammals. Do not plant treated seeds by broadcasting to the soil surface. Ensure that all seeds are thoroughly covered with soil, especially in turn areas. If seeds are not thoroughly incorporated by the planter during planting, additional incorporation may be required to thoroughly cover exposed seeds. Do not apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwater or rinsate or by disposal of wastes." • "Plant cotton, wheat, barley and oats seed a minimum of 1 inch deep." SEED TREATMENT RTU-BAYTAN-Thiram Fungicide is a ready-to-use seed treatment. Make applications using standard slurry or mist-type commercial seed treatment equipment. Uniform application of seed is necessary to insure seed safety and best disease control. Seed should be sound and sell cured prior to treatment. Seeds commercially treated or for sale must be dyed an unnatural color using an EPA approved dye before being sold. RESTRICTIONS For use only through commercial seed treating equipment which are closed application systems. Do not use treated seed for feed, food or oil purposes. Application rates of less than 6 fluid ounces of RTU-BAYTAN-Thiram Fungicide per 100 pounds of seed must be diluted with sufficient water to give a minimum applied treatment rate of 6 fluid ounces of slurry/cwt. Rates of 6 to 9 ounces of product may be applied without further dilution. The maximum application rate for cotton seed is 1.0 oz. ai/cwt (625 ppm). Cotton Seed: Plant treated cotton seed a minimum of 1 inch deep. Barley Seed: Plant barley seed a minimum of 1 inch deep. Oat Seed: Plant oat seed a minimum of 1 inch deep.
