1. submit and/or cite all data- or other material required for registration/reregistration of your product under FIFRA sec. 3(e) (5) or FIFRA sec. 4 when the Agency requires all registrants of similar products to submit such data.
2. Make the following label changes: a. Add the phrase, " ... PA Registration No. 279-3128." b. Revise the Restricted Use statement to read as follows: For retail sale only to certified commercial aerial applicators or persons under their direct supervision. For use only by certified commercial aerial applicators. Direct supervision for this product is defined as the certified commercial applicator being physically present during mixing, loading, repair and cleaning of application equipment. For example, if the majority of the use directions are in pints revise all of the application rates to be in pints. h. Sorghum- Please revise the use direction for 1/2 quart to read 1 pint.
