Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE Restricted Use Pesticide It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. ALWAYS READ ENTIRE LABEL. USE STRICTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS AND DIRECTIONS AND WITH APPLICABLE STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS. Not for use on agricultural establishments in hopper-box, planter box, slurry box or other seed treatment applications at or immediately before planting. Do not apply this product through any type of irrigation system. Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application. IMPORTANT: Do not use crops grown from NUSAN® 30 E.C. treated seed for grazing of livestock or to harvest as silage or forage for seven weeks after planting. However, grain harvested from plants grown from NUSAN 30 E.C. treated seed can be used for food or feed.

NUSAN 30 E.C. is for the control of seed-borne fungi that impair the germination and seedling development of cotton, rice and safflower. NUSAN 30 E.C., when used as directed, will usually increase stands and yields of these crops by preventing seed decay and seedling diseases. NUSAN 30 E.C. is effective against Rhizoctonia, Pythium, Fusarium and certain other fungi. NUSAN 30 E.C. can be applied directly to the seed from the drum or as an agitated dispersion in water. The recommended rates on the crops presented below may be dispersed in as much as 16 fl. oz. of water and applied to 100 lbs. of seed. Crop Application Rates per 100 lbs. Seed Fungi and Diseases Controlled Cotton* Acid delinted seed: 1.25 to 4 fl. oz. Machine delinted seed: 1.5 to 5 fl. oz. Seed and seedling rots, damping-off, soreshin (Pythium, Rhizoctonia, Fusarium) Rice 1 to 1.25 fl. oz. Pythium, Helminthosporium oryzate, water mold (achlya) Safflower 1 to 2 fl. oz. Safflower rust (Puccinia cartham) *Under heavy pythium pressure and at rates below 4 fl. oz. per 100 pounds of seed, Wilbur-Ellis Company LLC recommends the addition of a systemic pythium control product. If seed is stored longer than 18 months, re-treatment with NUSAN 30 E.C. may be necessary. The Federal Seed Act requires that containers containing treated seeds shall be labeled with the following statements: • This seed has been treated with Nusan 30 E.C., a fungicide containing 2-(Thiocyanomethylthio)benzothiazole) (TCMTB). • Do not use treated seed for feed, food, or oil purposes . The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requires the following statements on containers containing seed treated with 2-(Thiocyanomethylthio)benzothiazole) (TCMTB). • Store treated seed away from food and feedstuffs. • Do not allow children, pets, or livestock to have access to treated seeds. • Wear long pants, long-sleeved shirt and protective gloves when handling treated seed. • Treated seeds exposed on the soil surface may be hazardous to wildlife. Cover or collect treated seeds spilled during loading and planting. • Dispose of all excess treated seed by burying seed away from bodies of water. • Do not contaminate bodies of water when disposing of planting equipment wash water. • Dispose of seed packaging or containers in accordance with local requirements. • Excess treated seed may be used for ethanol production if (1) by-products are not used for livestock feed and (2) no measurable residues of pesticide remain in ethanol by-products that are used in agronomic practi ce. USE RESTRICTIONS: When using formulations that do not contain dye, to comply with 40 CFR 153.155, all seed treated with an economic poison must be colored with an EPA approved dye such as one of the dyes listed in 40 CFR Sections 180.910 and 180.920 to distinguish and prevent subsequent inadvertent use as a food for man or feed for animals. RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT Nusan 30 E.C. contains a Group P2 fungicide. Fungal isolates with required resistance to Group P2 fungicides may eventually dominate the fungal population if Group P2 fungicides are used repeatedly in the same field or in successive years as the primary method of control for targeted species. This may result in partial or total loss of control of those species by Nusan 30 E.C. or other Group P2 fungicides. To delay fungicide resistance consider the following: (1) Avoid the consecutive use of Nusan 30 E.C. or other target site of action Group P2 fungicides that have a similar site of action, on the same pathogen. (2) Base fungicide use on a comprehensive IPM program. (3) Monitor treated fungal populations for loss of field efficacy. (4) Contact your local extension specialist, certified crop advisors, and/or manufacturer for fungicide resistance management and/or IPM recommendations for specific crops and resistant pathogens.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal. PESTICIDE STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry, secure area in original container. PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: Wastes resulting from the use of this product may be disposed of onsite or at an approved waste disposal facility. If these wastes cannot be disposed of by use according to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental Control Agency, or the Hazardous Waste representative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for guidance. CONTAINER HANDLING: Nonrefillable containers: 30 gallons. Do not reuse or refill this container. Triple rinse container (or equivalent) promptly after emptying. Triple rinse as follows: Empty the remaining contents into application equipment or a mix tank. Fill the container ¼ full with water. Replace and tighten closures. Tip container on its side and roll it back and forth, ensuring at least one complete revolution, for 30 seconds. Stand the container on its end and tip it back and forth several times. Empty the rinsate into application equipment or a mix tank or store rinsate for later use or disposal. Repeat this procedure two more times. Once cleaned, some agricultural plastic pesticide containers can be taken to a container collection site or picked up for recycling. To find the nearest site, contact your chemical dealer or manufacturer, or contact Ag Container Recycling Council (ACRC) at 877-952-2272 or rperkins@acrecycle.org. If recycling is not available, dispose of in a sanitary landfill or by incineration or, if allowed by state and local authorities, by burning. If burned, stay out of smoke. Nonrefillable containers: 5 gallons. Do not reuse or refill this container. Triple rinse container (or equivalent) promptly after emptying. Triple rinse as follows: Empty the remaining contents into application equipment or a mix tank and drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Fill the container ¼ full with water and recap. Shake for 10 seconds. Pour rinsate into application equipment or a mix tank or store rinsate for later use or disposal. Drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Repeat this procedure two more times. Once cleaned, some agricultural plastic pesticide containers can be taken to a container collection site or picked up for recycling. Recycling cleaned containers is the best option of container disposal. ACRC (Agricultural Container Recycling Council) operates a national recycling program. To contact your state or local ACRC recycler, visit the ACRC web page at www.acrecycle.org. If recycling is not available, dispose of in a sanitary landfill or by incineration or, if allowed by state and local authorities, by burning. If burned, stay out of smoke.
