1. Revise the statement "00 Dot apply 4irectly to vater or vetlan4." as follows: 00 not apply directly to water, to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Submit five copies of your final printed labeling before you release the product for shipment. A stamped copy of the labeling is enclosed for your records. The revised Confidential statement of FormUla (CSF) referred to above, subaitted in connection with registration under Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, as amended, is acceptable.
