Uniform impregnation of "GEMINI" to dry bulk fertilizer will vary, and if the adsorptivity is not adequate, the use of an adsorptive powder may t required to produce a dry freeflowing mixture. Microcel E (Jonns Manville Product Corporation) is the recommended absorbent powder. "GEMINI" should be pre-mixed with water to form a sprayable mixture. Clean Out· Before using equipment to aply fertilizer or herbicide impregnated fertilizer to another crop other than soybeans, at least 1,000 Ibs. of fertilizer not treated with "GEMINI" must be run through the application equipment and impregnation drm. All equipment containing the herbicide slurry should be cleaned out in accordance with the "GEMINI" recommendations for application with liquid delivery systems. Apply immediately after i:.lpregnation unless experience has shown that impregnated fe1'tilizer can be stored without becoming lumpy and difficult to spread. Rates; Select the rate of "GEMINI" to apply per acre from the appropriate section of this label and refer to the rate table to determine the amount of "GEMINI" which is to be impregnated on a ton of dry bulk fertilizer based on the amount of fertilizer which will be distributed on one acre.
