Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

The lolowing gentral mixing instructions ill recommended: I. Generll

  1. Unless otherwise specHied, use at least 7.5 gallons 01 water per acre lor soil iWlications and at least 15 gallons 01 water per acre lor loliar awtications lor al applications with ground equipmert. NOTE: SUliciert camer must be used to assure uniorm applica tion. Follow label requirements 01 al products used in tank mix combinations.
  2. A nhrogen solution or com:>lete liquid lertlizer may replace al or pari 01 the water as a carrier lor preernergence or preplart applica tion on corn. Do not apply lertizer mixtures after crop emerges, as iury may occur.
  3. Always check the tank mix compatibiliy (TMC) 01 this or any other lormulation before mixing wilh liquid fertilizer carriers or other formulations. A simple but generally reliable TMC evaluation procedure has been provided for your use in Step II of these mixing instructions.
  4. Start with thoroughly clean equipment. (See the labels of the previous compounds used for cleaning instructions.)
  5. Fililhe tank atlea~t 112 fufl with camero Start and maintain consis tent agitation thlough all mixing and spraying procedures. Make sure the agitation system is working properly and creates a !Wing or roling action on the liquid surtace.
  6. Slowly add the recommended amount of EXTRAlINE II OF to the tank or inductor.
  7. Fill the tario. to 75 ~rcent capacity with canier. filing and bypass lines should be kept below tiquid surlace. Increase tank agdation ~ necessary to maintain surtace action.
  8. When desired, awropriate emulsille crop ai, crop 01 concentrate, or other fank mix formulations should be added at this tine. Pr& slurry these added ingredients before addition, H the compalibilily test shows n to be necessary. g. Complete fling ta'.~, mairtaining sufficient agjation at altines to ensure sllface action. This appies to both spray and nurse tanks.
  9. Tank mixtullls should always be applied immediately after prepara tion. H, for any reason, this is not possible, assure that sufficient agnation has been provided to r&-mix all products and check for complete III-suspension prior to application.
  10. Empty tank as completefy as possible before refilling to prevent buildup 01 01 or emulsible concertrate r •• idues when tank mixing wjh these fonnulations. Always mailtain agitation to avoid separa tion.
  11. H an oil or emufsillc concentrate film starts to buld up aher using these formufations, drain and clean the tank with strong detergent sokJIion or awropriate solvent.
  12. It is recommended that the sprayer be thoroug~ly cleaned by Imhing wlh a detergent solution at the end 01 each work day when any emulsible crop all, crop oil concentrate, or other emulsible lormufation has been used either alone or In tank mix combinations 3 ) with other pesticide formulations. 1. Use application equipment fitted with nozzles that provide accurate and unilorm coverage. Be certain that nozzles are unilormly spaced and the same size. Calibrale sprayer belore use and re-check Irequently during use whenever possible.
  2. Use a pump wllh capacily 10: a. Maintain 35 10 40 psi al the nozzles. b. Provide sufficient agitation in tank to keep mixture in suspen sion. c. Provide a minimum of 20 perce"t bypass at all limes.
  3. Use centrilugal punlps which provide sufficient shear ',clion for dispersing and mixing this product. The pump should I ,ovide a minimum 01 10 gallons/minute/100·gallon tank size circulated through the jets 01 a correctly-posilioned sparger tube.
  4. Use screens 10 protect the pump and to prevent nozzles from clogg'ng. Screens placed on suction side 01 pump should be to to t5 mesh. Do not place a screen in the recirculation line. Use a 40- to 50· mesh screen between the pump and boom and, where required, SO-mesh screens at the nozzles. Check your equipment manufacturer's liter.tur. lor specilic recommenda· tions. FERTILIZER IMPREGNATION EXTRAZINE II OF Herbicide may be applied when coated on or impreg· nated in dry granular fertilizer for early preplant, preemergence or preplan! incorporated weed control i1 field com. All recommendations, cautions and special precautions on this label must be followed along wh state regulations relating to dry bulk lertilizer blending, impregnating and labeling. Gtneral Blending Directions EXTRAZ!NE II OF may be coa!ed on or impregnated in dry bulk lertiizers using tower blenders. rotary drum blenders or blending augu's or cooveyors. DO NOT impregnate EXTRAZINE II or tank mixes cootaining EXTRAZINE II on or in lertilizers containing Ammonium Nitrate. Potassium Nitrate. or Sodium Nitrate. Do not use on straight limestone since absorption will not be achieved. Fertilizer blends containing imestone can be impregnaled When using EXTRAZINE II alone. Use a mimmum of 200 Ibs. and a maximum 01 4SO Ibs per acre 01 dry lertiler. Use equipment that will give a unilorm distribution .-1 the herbicide throughout elch I,atch 01 impregnaled leilizer Non-umlorm imp!egna lion can Ct-1UB crop injUry or unsatisfactory perlormance 4 A. EXTRAZ!NE II OF may be used as the only herbidde lor impregnation.
  5. Add EXTRAZINE II OF to 112 the total fertilizer volume required.
  6. Spray one gallon 01 water (to break down OF) and one gallon 01 diesel fuel (to prevent evaporation and crusting) per ton of ler1ilizer and allow to mix thoroughly. NOTE: If the ferti~zer is dusty, add the diesel fuel before adding the herbicide.
  7. Add remaining fenil~er and mix thoroughly. (3 minutes or more for rotary drum blenders.)
  8. Add 2·3% Ag·Sorb or 1·2% Mp-79 drying aent (or a suitable amount 01 another eHective drying agent) to insure a spreadable herbicicfe.1er1i1izer mixture. The need lor a drying agent is deter· mined by the IYPtness of the fer1ilizOf balch. Wetness can change with humidity, nnragen content, fertilizer types, fertiler rates and herbicide rates. B. EXTRAZINE II DF may be used in tank mixes with other dry herbicides including PRINCEP CALIBER 90. Folow the procedure as above in aA·, C. EXTRAZINE II OF may be used in tank mixes where an EC or other iquid herbicide acts as the sticking agent. This may eliminate the need for water and/or dieselluel. 1_ While lerti~zer is blending, add the EXTRAZINE II OF. Experience has shown that this will provide the most consistent perlormance due to the grinding action of the fertilizer on the 9ODF.
  9. Spray in the EC herbicide and mix thoroughly. (3 minetes or more for rotary drum blenders).
  10. Atid drying agent to insure a spreadable herbicidenertiizer mixture. Usually less drying agent is required when using EXTRAZINE II OF. O. Pre-slurried EXTRAZINE II OF can be used alone or in a tank mix for impregnation. For rotary.<Jrum mixers, the liquids can be moved into the drum using an air system or liquid pump. Do not add extra water. Add drying agent to insure a spreadable herbicidenertiizer mixture. (For more inlormation on Drying Agents, Application Equipment. Calibration Guide and variations of these methods. see Du Pont Bullelin on 'Fertilizer Impregnation'). CLEAN OUT: Equipment used to impregnate or apply fertiizer impr!'g nated with EXTRAZINE II or combinations including EXTAAZINE II must be deaned au by running at least t.OOO Ibs. of fertilizer not impregnated with EXTRAZINE II through the impregoation equipment and apptication equipment, if the next batch 01 material is to be appied to a crop lor which EXTRAZINE II or a combination herbicide is not registered. APPLfCATION: Uniform appication of EXTRAZINE II OF which has been impregnated in or coated on dry fer1iizer is essen:ial for satisfadory weed control and crop safety. Accurate caJlJration of the fertilizer appIi· cator is necessary. Applying whie turning aI the ends of the fields may result i1 excessive apptication rates causilg crop injury.
