The labeling referred to above, submitted in connection with registration under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), as amended, is acceptable provided that you make the following changes to both products, as previously indicated in our January 31, 1994, letter for Phosdrin IPA 4, EPA Reg. No. 5481-114:

1. Wherever it appears on your labeling (for example, in the "PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS" and "AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS"), change "Chemical-resistant protective suit" to "Coverall over long shirt and long pants.
2. Under the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements in the "Agricultural Use Requirements", add "Chemical-resistant headgear for overhead exposure." as shown in Sections F and G on Part 2 of the Product Worksheet in Supplement Three-A to PR Notice 93-7.

TREATMENT­ Atropine is the specific therapeutic antagonist of choice against parasympathetic nervous stimulation. If there are signs of parasympathetic stimulation Atropine Sulfate should be injected at 10 minute Intetv.s in doses of 1 to 2 rniIIigr.ms until complete atropinization has occurred. Pralidoxime chloride (2-PAM chloride) may also be used as an effective antidote in addition to and while maintaining full atropinization. In adults, an initial dose of 1 gram of 2-PAM should be injected. preferably as an infusion, in 250 cc of saline over a 15 to 20 minute period. If this is not practical, 2-PAM may be administered slowly by Intravenous injection as a 5% solution in water over not less than two minutes.
