The amended label referred to above, submitted in connection with registration under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act, as amended, is acceptable.

A stamped copy of your labeling is enclosed for your records. This labeling supersedes all previously accepted labeling. You must submit one copy of the final printed labeling before you release the product for shipment with the new labeling. In accordance with 40 CFR 152.130(c), you may distribute or sell this product under the previously approved labeling for 18 months from the date of this letter. After 18 months, you may only distribute or sell this product if it bears this new revised labeling or subsequently approved labeling. “To distribute or sell” is defined under FIFRA section 2(gg) and its implementing regulation at 40 CFR 152.3.

Should you wish to add a reference to the company's website on your label, then please be aware that the website becomes labeling under the Federal Insecticide Fungicide and Rodenticide Act and is subject to review by the Agency. If the website is false or misleading, the product would be misbranded and unlawful to sell or distribute under FIFRA section 12(a)(1)(E). 40 CFR 156.10(a)(5) lists examples of statements EPA may consider false or misleading. In addition, regardless of whether a website is referenced on your product's label, claims made on the website may not substantially differ from those claims approved through the registration process. Therefore, should the Agency find or if it is brought to our attention that a website contains false or misleading statements or claims substantially differing from the EPA approved registration, the website will be referred to the EPA's Office of Enforcement and Compliance.

Filename: Sol-Oil 97 (5905-294) 110414 CLN.doc 2 PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS HAZARDS TO HUMANS & DOMESTIC ANIMALS CAUTION Harmful if absorbed through skin. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Prolonged or frequently repeated skin contact may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) Some materials that are chemical-resistant to this product are made of barrier laminate, nitrile rubber, neoprene rubber or viton. If you want more options, follow the instructions for category E on an EPA chemical-resistance category selection chart. Mixers, loaders, applicators, flaggers, and other handlers must wear: x Long-Sleeved shirt and long pants, x Shoes plus socks, and x Chemical-resistant gloves See ENGINEERING CONTROLS for additional requirements. Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for washables exist, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry. Discard clothing and other absorbent material that have been drenched or heavily contaminated with the product’s concentrate. Do not reuse them. USER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS Users should:

• Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet.
• Remove clothing immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing.
• Remove PPE immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves before removing. As soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean clothing. ENGINEERING CONTROLS Pilots must use enclosed cockpit that meets the requirements listed in the WPS for agricultural pesticides [40 CFR 170.240(d)(6)]. ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS This product is toxic to fish. Do not apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwaters or rinsate. Drift and runoff may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in water adjacent to treated areas. PHYSICAL OR CHEMICAL HAZARDS Do not use, pour, spill or store near heat or open flame. CHEMIGATION PROHIBITION Do not apply this product through any type of irrigation system. DIRECTIONS FOR USE It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application. For any requirements specific to your State or Tribe, consult the agency responsible for pesticide regulation.

PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: Wastes resulting from the use of this product may be disposed of on site or at an approved waste disposal facility. CONTAINER DISPOSAL: NONREFILLABLE CONTAINER (EQUAL TO OR LESS THAN 5 GALLONS): Do not reuse or refill this container. Triple rinse container (or equivalent) promptly after emptying. Triple rinse as follows: Empty the remaining contents into application equipment or a mix tank and drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Fill the container ¼ full with water and recap. Shake for 10 seconds. Pour rinsate into application equipment or a mix tank or store rinsate for later use or disposal. Drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Repeat this procedure two more times. Offer for recycling, if available, or puncture and dispose of container in a sanitary landfill, or, by other procedures approved by state and local authorities. NONREFILLABLE CONTAINER (GREATER THAN 5 GALLONS): Do not reuse or refill this container. Triple rinse container (or equivalent) promptly after emptying. Triple rinse as follows: Empty the remaining contents into application equipment or a mix tank. Fill the container ¼ full with water. Replace and tighten closures. Tip container on its side and roll it back and forth, ensuring at least one complete revolution, for 30 seconds. Stand the container on its end and tip it back and forth several times. Turn the container over onto its other end and tip it back and forth several times. Empty the rinsate into application equipment or a mix tank or store rinsate for later use or disposal. Repeat this procedure two more times. Offer for recycling, if available, or puncture and dispose of container in a sanitary landfill, or, by other procedures approved by state and local authorities. REFILLABLE CONTAINER: Refill this container with pesticide only. Do not reuse this container for any other purpose. Cleaning the container before final disposal is the responsibility of the person disposing of the container. Cleaning before refilling is the responsibility of the refiller. To clean the container before final disposal, empty the remaining contents from this container into application equipment or mix tank. Fill the container about 10 percent full with water. Agitate vigorously or recirculate water with the pump for 2 minutes. Pour or pump rinsate into application equipment or rinsate collection system. Repeat this rinsing procedure two more times. If the container is not being refilled, return it to the point of purchase or designated location. Batch (lot) Code:______________________ AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR part 170. This Standard contains requirements for the protection of agricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries, and greenhouses, and handlers of agricultural pesticides. It contains requirements for training, decontamination, notification, and emergency assistance. It also contains specific instructions and exceptions pertaining to the statements on this label about personal protective equipment (PPE) and restricted-entry interval. The requirements in this box only apply to uses of this product that are covered by the Worker Protection Standard. Do not enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the restricted entry interval (REI) of 12 hours. PPE required for early entry to treated areas that is permitted under the Worker Protection Standard and that involves contact with anything that has been treated, such as plants, soil, or water is: Coveralls Shoes plus socks Chemical-resistant gloves made of any waterproof material NON-AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS The requirements in this box apply to uses of this product that are NOT within the scope of Worker Protection Standard for agricultural pesticides (40 CFR Part 170). The WPS applies when this product is used to produce agricultural plants on farms, forest, nurseries, or greenhouses. Do not enter or allow others to enter until sprays have dried. SPRAY DRIFT MANAGEMENT A variety of factors including weather conditions (e.g., wind direction, wind speed, temperature, and relative humidity) and method of application (ground, aerial, or airblast) can influence pesticide drift. The applicator and grower must evaluate all factors and make appropriate adjustments when applying this product. The restrictions pertaining to wind speed, temperature inversions and droplet size apply to all of the methods of application permitted for this product.

Temperature Inversions: If applying at wind speeds less than 3 mph, the applicator must determine if a) conditions of temperature inversion exist, or b) stable atmospheric conditions exist at or below nozzle height. Do not make applications into areas of temperature inversions or stable atmospheric conditions. Droplet Size: Apply as a medium or coarser spray (ASABE standard 572), and the minimum volume mean diameter (VMD) for spinning atomizer nozzles. Ground Spray Applications: Apply using a nozzle height of no more than 4 feet above the ground or crop canopy. Airblast Equipment Application: Turn off outward pointing nozzles at row ends when spraying outer row. To minimize spray loss over the top spray must be directed into canopy. Aerial Applications: Do not release spray at a height greater than 10 feet above the ground, top of crop, or above the canopy . Boom Length: The boom length must not exceed 75% of the wingspan or 90% of the rotor blade’s diameter. Swath Adjustment: When applications are made cross-wind, the swath will be displaced downwind. The applicator must compensate for this displacement at the downward edge of the application area by adjusting the path of the aircraft upwind. Leave at least one swath unsprayed at the downwind edge of the treated field. USE RESTRICTIONS AND PRECAUTIONS Do not apply this product in undiluted form. Do not use this material if it does not mix with water. Do not apply oil sprays when trees are wilting or near wilting. Allow a period of 3 weeks or more between application of sulfur or lime and application of an oil spray. Do not apply oil sprays during periods of excessively high temperature (over 90°F). Do not apply this product when weather reports indicate or predict freezing temperatures. Oil sprays applied after October 1 increase the susceptibility of trees to cold-related injury and may reduce the crop in the following year. Oil sprays applied to fruit-bearing trees during August and September may seriously reduce the solids content of the juice and retard coloring. Oil sprays applied when fruit is between ¾ inch and 1-1/2 in diameter may cause oil blotch. MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add enough water to the mixing tank for proper agitation.
2. Add micronutrients and other desired pesticides. If dry pesticide products are used, mix the materials with water thoroughly so that they are completely dispersed in the mixing tank. DO NOT add SOL-OIL 97 before a uniform mixture of pesticide and water is obtained.
3. Maintain agitation of the mix until the spray is applied. Flush any spray mix remaining in hoses back into the tank if the s olution stands for more than 20 minutes.
4. Ensure that spray equipment is thoroughly clean so that residues from other applications do not remain. For scalicides to be effective, complete coverage is essential, necessitating a thorough inside and outside tree application. ASPARAGUS, BEANS, BEETS, SQUASH, TOMATOES, CUCURBITS & PEPPERS: To control aphids, mites, beetle larvae, leaf miners, and caterpillars, use 1 to 2 gallons of SOL- OIL 97 in 100 gallons of water per acre. CORN: To control aphids, mites, beetle larvae, leaf miners, and caterpillars, use 0.5 to 2 gallons of SOL- OIL 97 in 100 gallons of water per acre. On Corn, this product may also be used in combination with atrazine by ground at the rate of 1 gallon of Sol-Oil 97 in 20 to 40 gallons of water per acre or by air at the rate of 0.5 gallon of product in a minimum of 5 gallons of water per acre. Follow the use precautions, limitations and directions for use given on the atrazine product label. Corn Use Restrictions: x Application by ground equipment, do not apply more than 1 gallon of this product per 100 gallons of water per acre. . x Application by air, do not apply more than 0.5 gallon of product per acre per application on Corn. x On Field Corn, do not apply more than 2 gallons of this product per 100 gallons of water per acre pre application by ground.

To control scale insects, greasy spot, and citrus rust mites, use 10 gallons of product per acre. Mix product in sufficient water to ensure thorough coverage of leaves, twigs & fruit. For controlling scale insects, complete coverage is essential. A thorough inside- and outside-tree application is needed. Do not exceed a maximum of 159 pounds of active ingredient (in a maximum volume of 1500 gallons of pray mix) per acre when treating citrus in Florida and Texas. Do not exceed a maximum of 212 pounds of active ingredient (in a maximum volume of 2000 gallons of spray mix) per acre when treating citrus in California. ALMONDS, APRICOTS, CHERRIES, NECTARINES, PEACHES, PLUMS, PRUNES: Dormant or Delayed Dormant – Dilute Spray: Brown Apricot Scale, Black Scale, San Jose Scale, Olive Scale (Parlatoria Scale), Oleander Scale, Frosted Scale, Italian Pear Scale, European Fruit Lecanium, Putnam Scale, Soft Brown Scale, other Scale Insects, Eggs of Aphids, Red Spider Mites, Brown Mites – Use 1.5 to 2 gallons product in 300 to 600 gallons of water per acre. Concentrate Spray: Use 4 to 6 gallons product per acre in a minimum of 20 gallons of spray. Almonds and Apricots: European Red Mite, Brown Mite, San Jose Scale – Use 4 to 8 gallons product per acre in a minimum of 20 gallons of spray. Spring or Summer Dilute Spray: Two-spotted Mites, Pacific Mites, European Red Mites, and Brown Mites – Use 1 to 2 gallons product in 300 to 600 gallons of water per acre. Spring or Summer Concentrate: Use 4 to 6 gallons product per acre in a minimum of 20 gallons of spray. Aerial Application: Use at least 4 and no more than 6 gallons of product in a minimum of 20 gallons of spray. Plums and Prunes – Dilute Spray: Peach Twig Borer – Apply 50 – 200 gallons of spray solution per acre using 1.5 to 2 gallons product per 100 gallons of water. Concentrate Spray: Use 6 to 8 gallons product per acre in a minimum of 20 gallons of water. Aerial Application: Use 6 to 8 gallons product per acre in a minimum of 20 gallons of spray. Restrictions for applications on CHERRIES ONLY: Do not exceed a maximum application rate of 2.0 gallons per 100 gallons of spray mixture or 2.0% by volume. Do not apply this product to cherries in conjunction with azinphos-methyl based insecticides. APPLES: Rust Mite: Delayed Dormant – Use 1.5 to 2 gallons of product in 50 to 200 gallons of water per acre. Summer Use – Use 1 to 1.5 gallons per acre in a minimum of 20 gallons of spray. APPLES, PEARS: Dormant or Delayed Dormant – Dilute Spray - San Jose Scale, Pear Scale, Eggs of Aphids, Red Spider Mites, Rust Mites (Apples only – delayed dormant) – Use 1 to 2 gallons in 50 to 200 gallons of water per acre. Pears only: Delayed Dormant: Pear Psylla – Use 2 gallons in 50 to 200 gallons of water per acre. Concentrate Spray: Use 4 to 6 gallons in a minimum of 20 gallons of spray per acre. Summer Dilute Spray: Two-Spotted Spider Mites, Pacific Mites, and European Red Mites – Use 1 to 1.5 gallons per acre diluted in 400 to 800 gallons of water. Concentrate Spray: Use no more than 4 gallons per acre in a minimum of 20 gallons of spray. Aerial Application: Use no more than 4-6 gallons of product in a minimum of 20 gallons of spray per acre. Dormant (Washington, Oregon, and Idaho only): Apples – Dilute spray for mites and San Jose scale, use 1 to 1.5 gallons of oil plus sulfur or lime sulfur at the specified label rate in sufficient water to total 20 to 100 gallons of spray per acre.. Concentrate spray: Use 4 to 6 gallons of oil per acre plus the specified label rate of sulfur or lime sulfur in sufficient water to total 20 to 100 gallons of spray per acre. Pears - Dilute Spray – Pear Psylla, use 1 to 1.5 gallons of oil plus sulfur or lime sulfur at the specified label rate. Concentrate spray: Use no more than five gallons of oil plus the specified label rate of sulfur or lime sulfur in sufficient water to total 20 to 100 gallons of spray per acre. NOTE: Oil plus sulfur or lime sulfur can cause severe foliage and fruit bud injury if applied after the dormant period. [CITRUS USE INSTRUCTIONS FOR WEST COAST LABEL][OMNI OIL 6E] CITRUS (Citrus spp., Fortunella spp.) ORANGES (NAVEL AND VALENCIA), GRAPEFRUIT, MANDARINS, CITRON, and OTHER CITRUS spp.: Red Scale, Yellow Scale, Citricola Scale, Purple Scale, Black Scale, and Brown Soft Scale, Whiteflies, Red Spider Mites, Pacific Spider Mites, and Two-Spotted Spider Mites: Dilute Spray – Apply 1.2 to 1.4 gallons of product per acre in late summer through October. For southern California (including all coastal counties), apply 0.5 to 1.4 gallons per acre throughout the year (i.e., no timing restrictions). Do not apply to navel oranges during or after color break. Make applications in enough water for thorough coverage. Concentrate Spray – Apply in a minimum of 20 gallons per acre. LEMONS AND LIMES: Red Scale, Yellow Scale, Purple Scale, Black Scale, Brown Soft Scale, Red Spider Mites, Bud Mites, and Flat Mites: Dilute Spray – Apply 1.2 to 1.4 gallons of product per acre. Apply in late spring and late summer through December. In Southern California (including all costal counties), 0.5 to 1.4 gallons throughout the year (no timing restrictions). Make applications in enough water for thorough coverage. Concentrate Spray – Apply in a minimum of 20 gallons per acre.

Care should be taken in combining oil sprays with other miticides and insecticides due to the possibility of increased phytotoxicity when the combinations are applied over foliage. Consult a local Agricultural Extension Service agent for advice on specific combinations. Adjuvant Uses: This product may be used as an adjuvant with suitable insecticides or miticides that are registered for use on citrus. Do not exceed a 0.4% volume-to-volume concentration. Maximum Application Amounts: Do not exceed 159 pounds active ingredient per acre (in a maximum of 1500 gallons of spray mix per acre) in Texas and Florida. Do not exceed 212 pounds active ingredient per acre (in a maximum of 2000 gallons of spray mix per acre) in California. FIGS: Fig Scale – Dormant or Delayed Dormant – Dilute Spray: Use 2 to 3 gallons per 100 gallons of water. Apply 300 to 600 gallons of spray mix per acre. Use 3 gallons of product per 100 gallons of water for severe infestations. Concentrate Spray: Use 4 to 6 gallons in a minimum of 50 gallons of spray per acre. GRAPES (Dormant): Mealybug - Dilute Spray: – Use 1 to 2 gallons plus the appropriate labeled rate of an insecticide registered for use on grapes for mealybug control in 200 to 300 gallons water per acre. Concentrate Spray: Use 1 to 2 gallons plus the appropriate labeled rate of an insecticide registered for use on grapes for mealybug control per acre in enough water for thorough coverage. Suppression of Grape and Variegated Leafhopper nymphs – Dilute Spray: Use 1 to 1.5 gallons product in 100 gallons of water per acre as a dilute spray. Concentrate Spray: Use 1-3 gallons product per acre in enough water for thorough coverage as a concentrate spray. Mite suppression – 1 to 2 gallons per acre concentrate. Narrow range oils such as SOL-OIL 97 can temporarily affect surface bloom appearance without causing subsurface injury. When used for leafhopper or mite suppression within 2 days of harvest, SOL-OIL 97 should not be applied to grapes designated for fresh market. GRAPES (Summer Use): Use ¼ to 1 gallon per 100 gallons of water to control mites and powdery mildew. Do not exceed 1 gallon of oil per acre during summer applications. Do not spray near the time of sulfur application. OLIVES: Dilute Spray: Parlatoria Scale, Oleander Scale, Olive Scale, Black Scale, and Spider Mites – Use 1.5 gallons of product in 400 to 500 gallons or water per acre. This product may be applied post-bloom (late May through June, when crawlers are present), in summer (July 15 through August), and post-harvest (October through November). SHADE TREES, SHRUBS, ORNAMENTALS, FLOWER AND FOLIAGE PLANTS Shade Trees* and Shrubs, including Conifers, Deciduous Broadleaf Evergreens, and Woody Ornamentals: Aphids, Adelgids, Bugs (immature), Caterpillars, Eriophyid Mites, Gall Mites, Lace Bugs, Leaf Beetle Larvae, Leafminers, Mealybugs, Psyllids (immature), Sawfly Larvae, Scales (immature), Spider Mites, Whiteflies (immature): Winter Dormant Period, as needed – Use 2 to 4 gallons of product per 100 gallons water. Note: This product may cause discoloration of Blue Spruce. Do not use on Conifers or Ferns that are not tolerant to oil sprays. Ornamental Trees*, Shrubs along city streets and other rights-of-way including Conifers, Deciduous, and Broadleaf Evergreens: Aphids, Adelgids, Bugs (immature), Caterpillars, Eriophyid Mites, Gall Mites, Lace Bugs, Leaf Beetle Larvae, Leafminers, Mealybugs, Psyllids (immature, Sawfly Larvae, Scales (immature), Spider Mites, Whiteflies (immature): Winter Dormant Period, as needed – Use 2 to 4 gallons of product per 100 gallons of water. Summer (Foliar or Cover), as needed – Use 1 to 3 gallons of product per 100 gallons water. Do not use on Christmas trees. Roses and other Flowering Shrubs: Aphids, Adelgids, Bugs (immature), Caterpillars, Eriophyid Mites, Gall Mites, Lace Bugs, Leaf Beetle Larvae, Leafminers, Mealybugs, Psyllids (immature), Sawfly Larvae, Scales (immature), Spider Mites, Whiteflies (immature): Winter Dormant Period, as needed – Use 2 to 3 gallons product per 100 gallons water. Summer (Foliar or Cover), as needed – Use 1 to 2 gallons of product per 100 gallons water. Red Cedar and Douglas Fir have a tendency toward sensitivity. Do not spray Walnut foliage. Restrictions: Spray no more than 4 times during the growing season; use a 2-week minimum application interval. Do not spray when buds have fully opened and shoot elongation is occurring. Do not spray when there is obvious moisture deficit in leaves, or plant is under stress. For fall dormant applications, reduce rate to 2 gallons oil per 100 gallons water.
