docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

  1. Submit and/or cite all data or other material required for registration/reregistration of your product under FIFRA section 3(c) (5) or FIFRA section 4 when the Agency requires all registrants of similar products to submit such data.
  2. Make the labeling changes listed below before you release the product for shipment bearing the amended labeling: a. Delete directions for use on the crops Cucumbers and Turnips. Under the diazinon MOA, and as stipulated on the labeling for the replacement diazinon manufacturing-use products from which agricultural end-use products may be formulated, use on cucumbers and turnips is no longer permitted. Also, be sure to delete "Cucumbers" and "Turnips" or "Turnip Tops" from the minium gallonage and PHI tables. b. On the front panel, delete "and in Mushroom Houses". This product is not registered for use in mushroom houses.

2 c. Since you have deleted lawn use, you should delete panel limitation "This product must not be used on courses and sod farms.". the front golf d. In the Environmental Hazards text, since you have deleted the use on lawns, delete the sentences "Avoid overlapping sprays. If waterfowL ..• before puddling occurs.". Also, revise the sentence beginning "For terrestrial uses, do not apply directly ... " to begin "Do not apply directly ... ", since all uses for this product are terrestrial. e. Correct the word processing error that resulted in a false start of part of the FRUIT AND NUT CROPS directions followed by a second entry of the "operating Instructions" from the Chemigation directions. f. Under the heading General Information, replace the sentence "Do not use on food crops grown in greenhouses." with "Do not use in greenhouses.". g. For the crop Caneberries, delete "Do not make more than 5 applications per season. Do not apply within 7 days of harvest or illegal residues may occur." from the directions for Leafhoppers. For Dryberry Mites delete "Do not apply within 7 days of harvest or illegal residues may occur." Then add a NOTE for this crop as follows: NOTE: (1) Do not apply more than 1 1/4 qts. of product per acre per application and no more than 3 qts. of product per acre per season. (2) To avoid illegal residues, allow a minimum of 7 days between the last application and harvest. h. For the crop Cranberries, add a Note "4" which reads "Do not use water from irrigated or flooded cranberry beds for drinking purposes or to irrigate crops other than those appearing on EPA-approved diazinon labels.". i. For the crop Grapes, "Notes" should appear in bold type to be consistent with the rest of the label. j. For the crop Strawberries, for consistency revise"Twospotted" to "Two-spotted". \ k. For the crop walnhts, for both sets of pest directions, delete "Do not apply within 45 days of harvest or after husks open or illegal residues may occur.". Then, revise the heading "NOTE" tc!> "Notes" and expand that section to read: Notes: (1) For all the above uses, do not apply more than 5 1/2 qts. of product per acre per season. ! PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS CAUTION Harmful if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through skin. Causes moderate eye injury. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Avoid breathing vapor or spray mist. Avoid contamination of food and feed. Food utensils such as tablespoons and measuring cups should not be used for food purposes after use in measuring pesticides. Keep out of reach of domestic animals. Do not use on humans, household pets or livestock. Do not contaminate omamental fish ponds. PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT Some materials that are chemical-resistant to this product are listed below. If you want more options, follow the instructions for category F on an EPA chemical resistance category selection chart. Applicators and other handlers must wear: Long-sleeved shirt and long pants Chemical-resistant gloves, such as barrier laminate, butyl rubber, nitrile rubber, or viton Shoes plus socks Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for washables, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry. When handlers use closed systems, enclosed cabs, or aircraft in a manner that meets with requirements listed in the Worker Protection Standard (WPS) for agricultural pesticides [40 CFR 170.240(d)(4-6)], the handler PPE requirements may be reduced or modified as specified in the WPS. USER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS Users should: Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet. FIRST AID Organophosphate IF SWALLOWED: • Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. • Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. • Do not induce vomiting unles told to do so by the poison control center or doctor. • Do not give anvthinq by mouth to an unconcious or convuslinq person. IF INHALED: • Move person to fresh air. • If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably by mouth-to-mouth, if possible. • Call a poison control acenter or doctor for further treatment advice. IF IN EYES: • Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. • Remove contact lenses, if present after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. • Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice. IF ON SKIN: • Take off contaminated clothing • Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. • Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment

"/Zz. Have the product container with you when calling a poison control center or doctor, or going for treatment. Note to Physician: This product is an organophosphate insecticide. If symptoms of cholinesterase inhibition are present, atropine sulfate by injection is antidotal. 2-PAM is also antidotal and may be administered, but only in conjunction with atropine. This product contains a xylene range aromatic solvent which may present an aspiration hazard. Gastric lavage may be indicated if product was taken intemally. ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS This product is highly toxic to birds, fish and other wildlife. Birds, especially waterfowl, feeding or drinking on treated areas may be killed. Do not exceed maximum permitted label rates. Rates above those recommended significantly increase potential hazards to birds, especially waterfowl. Avoid overlapping of sprays. If waterfowl (ducks or geese), can be expected in the treated area after treatment (except spot treatments), apply at least % inch of water immediately after spraying this product, however stop watering before puddling occurs. Keep out of lakes, streams, ponds, tidal marshes and estuaries. For terrestrial uses, do not apply directly to water, or to areas where surface 'vater is present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Drift and runoff may be .,azardous to aquatic organisms in neighboring areas. Shrimp and crab may be killed at application rates recommended on this label. Do not apply where fish, shrimp, crab, and other aquatic life are important resources. Do not contaminate water by cleaning of equipment or disposal of equipment washwaters. This pesticide is highly toxic to bees exposed to direct treatment or to residues on blooming crops or weeds. Do not apply this pesticide or allow it to drift to blooming crops or weeds if bees are visiting the treatment area. PHYSICAL OR CHEMICAL HAZARDS Do not use, pour, spill, or store near heat or open flame. DIRECTIONS FOR USE . is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Reformulation or repackaging of this product is prohibited. Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application. For any requirements specific to your State or Tribe, consult the agency responsible for pesticide regulation. AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR part 170. This Standard contains requirements for the protection of agricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries, and greenhouses, and handlers of agricultural pesticides. It contains requirements for training, decontamination, notification, and emergency assistance. It also contains specific instructions and exceptions pertaining to the statements on this label about personal protective equipment (PPE) and restricted-entry interval. The requirements in this box only apply to uses of this product that are covered bythe Worker Protection Standard. Do not enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the restricted entry interval (REI). Exception: If the product is soil-injected or soil-incorporated, the Worker Protection Standard, under

certain circumstances, allows workers to enter the treated area if there will be no contact with anything that has been treated. PPE required for early entry to treated areas that is permitted under the Worker Protection Standard and that involves contact with anything that has been treated, such as plants, soil, or water is: Coveralls Chemical-resistant gloves, such as barrier laminate, butyl rubber, nitrile rubber, or viton Shoes plus socks Do not use water from irrigated or flooded cranberry beds for drinking purposes or to irrigate crops other than those appearing on EPA approved diazinon labels. STORAGE AND DISPOSAL Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage and disposal. Open dumping is prohibited. Pesticide: Pesticide wastes are toxic. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixture, or rinsate is a .olation of Federal law. If pesticide, spray mixture or rinsate cannot be disposed of by use according to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental Control Agency, or the Hazardous Waste representative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for guidance. Container: Triple rinse (or equivalent). Then puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or incinerate, or, burn, if allowed by state and local authorities. Stay out of smoke from burning container. For minor spills, leaks, etc., follow all precautions indicated on this label and clean up immediately. Take special care to avoid contamination of equipment and facilities during cleanup and disposal of wastes. In the event of a major spill, fire, or other emergency, call ChemTrec 1-800-424-9300 day or night. GENERAL INFORMATION azinon 7E is an emulsifiable solution which, when diluted with water according to the directions, is intended for the control of insect pests of agricultural crops and other plants. Do not use on food crops grown in greenhouses. Do not use in bams or dwellings. Do not use on livestock. In the directions for use which follow, best control is obtained when application is made at first sign of pests. Application should be repeated only as directed to maintain control. To avoid spray drift, do not apply under windy conditions. Avoid spray overlap, since crop of plant injury may result. Work Safety Rules REPEATED EXPOSURES TO CHOLINESTERASE INHIBITORS SUCH AS ARE CONTAINED IN THIS PRODUCT MAY, WITHOUT WARNING, CAUSE PROLONGED SUSCEPTIBILITY TO VERY SMALL DOSES OF ANY CHOLINESTERASE INHIBITOR. When handling Diazinon 7E, do not rub eyes or mouth with hands. If you feel sick in any way, STOP work and get help right away. See Practical Treatment section of this label.

1(,/22- Note: The California Department of Agriculture has set a 5-day reentry period for diazinon on grapes, peaches, and nectarines. Five days should elapse between the time of application and the time a worker may enter the field to engage in any activity requiring substantial contact with treated foliage. When a mixture of two or more organophosphate pesticides are applied in combination, the interval should be prolonged by adding to the largest applicable interval an additional 50% of that interval. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR USE AND ALL PRECAUTIONS ON THIS LABEL MAY RESULT IN POOR INSECT CONTROL, CROP INJURY, OR ILLEGAL RESIDUES. CHEMIGATION APPLICATION THROUGH AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM (CHEMIGATION) - CRANBERRIES ONLY. Diazinon 7E may be applied alone or in combination with other pesticides registered for application through sprinkler irrigation systems to cranberries. To insure compatibility, pour the products into a small container of water in the correct proportions. After thorough mixing, let stand for five minutes. If the combination remains mixed, or can be remixed readily, the mixture is compatible. Do not apply this product through any type of irrigation system to other crops. For chemigation, apply this product to cranberries only through sprinkler irrigation systems. Do not apply this product to :anberries through any other type of irrigation system. Crop injury, lack of effectiveness, or illegal pesticide residues in the crop can result from non-uniform distribution of treated water. If you have questions about calibration, you should contact State Extension Service specialists, equipment manufacturers, or other experts. Do not connect the irrigation system used for pesticide application to a public water system unless the pesticide label-prescribed safety devices for public water systems are in place. A person knowledgeable of the chemigation system and responsible for its operation, or under the supervision of the responsible person, shall shut the system down and make necessary adjustments if the need arises. Chemigation System Connected to Public Water Systems . . Public water system means a system for the provision to the public of piped water for human consumption if such system has at least 15 service connections or regularly serves an average of at least 25 individuals daily at least 60 days out of the year. 2. Chemigation systems connected to public water systems must contain a functional, reduced­ pressure zone, backflow preventer (RPZ) or the functional equivalent in the water supply line upstream from the point of pesticide introduction. As an option to the RPZ, the water from the public water system should be discharged into a reservoir tank prior to pesticide introduction .. There shall be a complete physical break (air gap) between the outlet end of the fill pipe and the top or overflow rim of the reservoir tank of at least twice the inside diameter of the fill pipe. Sprinkler Chemigation

  1. The system must contain a functional check valve, a vacuum relief valve, and low pressure drain appropriately located on the irrigation pipeline to prevent water source contamination from backflow.
  2. The pesticide injection pipeline must contain a functional, automatic, quick-closing check valve to prevent the flow of fluid back toward the injection pump.
  3. The pesticide injection pipeline must also contain a functional, normally closed, solenoid-operated valve located on the intake side of the injection pump and connected to the system interlock to

prevent fluid from being withdrawn from the supply tank when the irrigation system is either automatically or manually shut down. 4. The system must contain functional interlocking controls to automatically shut Qff the pesticide injection pump when the water pump motor stops. 5. The irrigation line or water pump must include a functional pressure switch which will stop the water pump motor when the water pressure decreases to the point where pesticide distribution is adversely affected. 6. Systems must use a metering pump, such as a positive displacement injection pump (e.g., diaphragm pump) effectively designed and constructed of materials that are compatible with pesticides and capable of being fitled with a system interlock. 7. Do not apply when wind speed favors drift beyond the area intended for treatment. Operating Instructions

  1. Determine the acreage to be treated by the sprinkler system.
  2. Measure the appropriate amount of Diazinon 7E needed to treat the acreage to be treated. Refer to the specific directions for use for cranberries for the application rate and the amount of water per ;re.
  3. Add the pre-measured Diazinon 7E to the chemigation system supply tank and dilute with water if needed. Proper agitation is needed if Diazinon 7E is tank mixed with other pesticides registered for sprinkler chemigation application to cranberries.
  4. Start the irrigation system and bring the system up to full pressure, making certain that all sprinkler heads are functioning properly.
  5. Engage the chemigation injection or venturi system to add the diazinon to the irrigation lines.
  6. Continue to run irrigation system for a few minutes after supply tank is empty to allow material in the irrigation lines to reach the sprinkler heads further from the chemigation injection point. FRUIT AND NUT CROPS REI - 24 hours Diazinon 7E may be applied using ground or aerial application equipment as specified in the , 'lowing Table. This Table indicates the minimum amount of water that can be used for various methods of application. The rate of Diazinon 7E for aerial spray or concentrated spray applied to fruit trees by ground equipment is based on a dilute full cover spray applied with conventional ground equipment at a rate of 300-400 gals. of water per acre. The specific amount of product to be used appears under separate directions for use for each crop. If the Rate calls for 1h pt. of Diazinon 7E in 100 gals. of water, this amounts to 11h - 2 pts. of product per acre when applied at the usual dilute ground spray volumes of 300-400 gals. of water per acre, In no case should the amount of product used per acre exceed the maximum amount per acre per application that is specified in the Timing/Special Directions for individual crops.
