Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.

I ( ( PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS WARNING Causes substantial but temporary eye injury. DO NOT get in eyes or on clothing. Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through skin. Wear protective eyewear. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Some materials that are chemical-resistant to this product are nitrile rubber and butyl rubber. If you want more options, follow the instructions for Category A on an EPA chemical-resistance category selection chart. All mixers, loaders, and applicators and other handlers must wear: • Long-sleeved shirt and long pants • Shoes plus socks • Chemical-resistant gloves (except for applicators using groundboom equipment, pilots, and flaggers) See Engineering Controls Statement for additional requirements and exceptions. Discard clothing and other absorbent materials that have been drenched or heavily contaminated with this product's concentrate. DO NOT reuse them. Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instruc­ tions for washables exist, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry. Engineering Controls Statement When handlers use closed systems, enclosed cabs, or aircraft in a manner that meets the requirements listed in the Worker Protection Standard ryvPS} for agricultural pesticides [40 CFR 170.240 (d) (4-6)), the handler PPE requirements may be reduced or modified as specified in the WPS. Pilots must use cockpits in a manner that meets the requirements listed in the Worker Protection Standard ryvPS) for agricultural pesticides [40 CFR 170.240(d)(6)] User Safety Recommendations Users should: • Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet. • Remove clothing/PPE immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing. • Remove PPE immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves before removing. As soon as possi­ ble, wash thoroughly and change into clean clothing. ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS Keep out of lakes, streams or ponds. DO NOT apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. DO NOT contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwaters or rinsate. Apply this product only as directed on the label. DIRECTIONS FOR USE It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. DO NOT apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only pro­ tected handlers may be in the area during application. For any requirements specific to your State or Tribe, consult the agency responsible for pesticide regulation. 2

( ( AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR part 170. This Standard contains requirements for the protection of agricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries, and greenhous­ es, and handlers of agricultural pesticides. It contains requirements for training, decontamination, notification, and emergency assistance. It also contains specific instructions and exceptions pertaining to the statements on this label about personal protective equipment (PPE) and restricted-entry interval. The requirements in this box only apply to uses of this product that are covered by the Worker Protection Standard. DO NOT enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the restricted entry interval (REI) of 24 hours. PPE required for early entry to treated areas that is permitted under the Worker Protection Standard and that involves contact with anything that has been treated, such as plants, soil, or water is: • coveralls worn over short-sleeve shirt and short pants • chemical-resistant footwear plus socks • chemical-resistant gloves made of any waterproof material • chemical-resistant headgear for overhead exposure • protective eyewear DO NOT apply this product through any type of irrigation system. For additional copies of the Specimen Label, write to the manufacturer. IMPORTANT BEFORE USING BAS 18310 H HERBICIDE READ AND FOLLOW THESE PRECAUTIONS The following directions apply to all uses of BAS 183 10 H: Additional precautions and restrictions will be found in each specific use section. DO NOT contaminate irrigation ditches or water used for domestic purposes. SENSITIVE CROP PRECAUTIONS BAS 183 10 H may cause injury to desirable trees and plants, particularly beans, cotton, flowers, fruit trees, grapes, ornamentals, peas, potatoes, soybeans, sunflowers, tobacco, tomatoes and other broadleaf plants when contacting their roots, stems or foliage. These plants are most sensitive to BAS 183 10 H during their development or growing stage. FOLLOW THE PRECAUTIONS LISTED BELOW WHEN USING BAS 18310 H . • DO NOT treat areas where either possible downward movement into the soil or surface washing may cause contact of BAS 183 10 H with the roots of desirable plants such as trees and shrubs. • Avoid making applications when spray particles may be carried by air currents to areas where sensitive plants are growing. DO NOT spray adjacent to sensitive plants if wind is gusty or in excess of 5 mph or moving in the direction of nearby sensitive plants. Leave a buffer zone between area to be treated and sensitive plants. Avoid spraying under inversion conditions to protect against off target movement to sensitive crops. Coarse (greater than .100 micron droplets) sprays are less likely to drift out of the target area than fine sprays. Agriculturally approved drift-reducing additives may be used. 3

( c • DO NOT apply BAS 183 10 H herbicide adjacent to sensitive crops when the temperature on the day of application is expected to exceed 85° F. • To avoid injury to desirable plants, equipment used to apply BAS 18310 H should be thoroughly cleaned before reusing to apply any other chemicals (see PROCEDURE FOR CLEANING SPRAY EQUIPMENT). All crop uses of BAS 18310 H are intended for a normal growing interval between planting and harvest. No crop rota­ tion restrictions exist if normal harvest of treated crop has occurred. If this interval is shortened, such as in cover crops that will be plowed under, DO NOT follow up with the planting of a sensitive crop. Crops growing under stress conditions such as, but not limited to, drought, excessive moisture, poor fertility, frost or foliar damage due to hail, wind or insects, or when the crop is not actively growing, can exhibit various injury symptoms that may be more pronounced if herbicides are applied. Consult your local or state authorities for possible application restrictions and advice concerning these and other special local use situations. Tank mix recommendations are for use only in states where the tank mix product and application site are registered. PROCEDURE FOR CLEANING SPRAY EQUIPMENT The steps listed below are suggested for thorough cleaning of spray equipment following applications of BAS 183 10 H or tank mixes of BAS 183 10 H or tank mixes of BAS 18310 H plus 2,4-D amine.

  1. Hose down thoroughly the inside as well as outside surfaces of equipment while filling the spray tank half full of water. Flush by operating sprayer until the system is purged of the rinse water.
  2. Fill tank with water while adding 1 quart of household ammonia for every 25 gallons of water. Operate the pump to circulate the ammonia solution through the sprayer system for 15 to 20 minutes and discharge a small amount of the ammonia solution through the boom and nozzles. Let the solution stand for several hours, prefer­ ably overnight.
  3. Flush the solution out of the spray tank through the boom.
  4. Remove the nozzles and screens and flush the system with two full tanks of water. The steps listed below are suggested for thorough cleaning of spray equipment used to apply BAS 183 10 H as a tank mix with wettable powders 0NP), emulsifiable concentrates (EG), or other types of water-dispersible formulations. BAS 183 10 H tank mixes with water-dispersible formulations require the use of a water/detergent rinse.
  5. Complete step 1.
  6. Fill tank with water while adding 2 Ibs of detergent for every 40 gallons of water. Operate the pump to circulate the detergent solution through the sprayer system for 5 to 10 minutes and discharge a small amount of the solution through the boom and nozzles. Let the solution stand for several hours. preferably overnight.
  7. Flush the detergent solution out of the spray tank through the boom.
  8. Repeat step 1, and follow with steps 2. 3, and 4. 4

( c MIXING AND APPLICATION UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED UNDER THE INDIVIDUAL USE HEADINGS OF THIS BOOKLET, THE FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS APPLY TO ALL CROP AND NON-CROP USES OF BAS 183 10 H herbicide. REFER TO INDIVIDUAL USE SECTIONS FOR ADDITIONAL PRECAUTIONS, RESTRICTIONS, APPLICATION RATES AND TIMINGS. BAS 183 10 H is a water-soluble formulation that can be applied using water or sprayable fluid fertilizer as the carrier. If a fluid fertilizer is to be used, a compatibility test (see COMPATIBILITY TEST) should be made prior to tank mixing. Using fluid fertilizers as the carrier after crop emergence may increase the risk of crop injury. BAS 183 10 H should be mixed with other products only in the spray tank or shuttle in dilute form. BAS 183 10 H prod­ uct concentrate should not be mixed directly with other product concentrates. Ground or aerial application equipment which will give good spray coverage of weed foliage should be used. DO NOT use aerial application in areas where wind can carry spray onto sensitive plants. Apply 3 to 50 gallons of diluted spray per treated acre when using ground application equipment (use a minimum of 5 gallons when treating dense vegetation), or 1 to 10 gallons of diluted spray per treated acre when using aerial applica­ tion equipment (use a minimum of 2 gal/ons when treating dense vegetation). Use coarse sprays. Select nozzles designed to produce minimal amounts of fine spray particles. Spray with nozzles as close to the weeds as is practical for good weed coverage. Avoid disturbing (e.g., cultivating or mowing) treated areas for at least 7 days following application. Sulfonylurea resistant weeds may not be controlled by tank mixes of BAS 183 10 H and a sulfonylurea. Refer to the BAS 183 10 H tank mix sections for alternative tank mixes. COMPATIBILITY TEST Before mixing in the spray tank, it is advisable to test compatibility by mixing all components in a small container in pro­ portionate quantities (see following table). If component(s) do not ball-up or form flakes, sludge, gels, oily films or layers, or other precipitates, then the tested spray mix is compatible. Usually, incompatibility in any of the above described forms will occur within 5 minutes after mixing. If components are incompatible, the use of a compatibility agent is recommended. Rerun the above COMPATIBILITY TEST with a suitable compatibility agent (1/4 teaspoon is equivalent to 2 pints per 100 gallons of fluid fertilizer). 5

Spray Drift Management for Aerial Applications Avoiding spray drift at the application site is the responsibility of the applicator. The interaction of many equipment- and weather-related factors determine the potential for spray drift. The applicator and the grower are responsible for consid­ ering all these factors when making decisions. The following drift management requirements must be followed to avoid off-target drift movement from aerial applications to agricultural field crops. These requirements DO NOT apply to forestry applications, public health uses or to applications using dry formulations. 1 . The distance of the outermost nozzles on the boom must not exceed 3/4 the length of the wingspan or rotor. 2. Nozzles must always point backward parallel with the air stream and never be pointed downward more than 45 degrees. Where states have more stringent regulations, they should be observed. The applicator should be familiar with and take into account the information covered in the Aerial Drift Reduction Advisorv Information. Importance of Droplet Size The most effective way to reduce drift potential is to apply large droplets. The best drift management strategy is to apply the largest droplets that provide sufficient coverage and control. Applying larger droplets reduces drift potential, but will not prevent drift if applications are made improperly, or under unfavorable environmental conditions (see Wind, Temperature and Humidity, and Temperature Inversions sections of this label). Controlling Droplet Size Volume - Use high flow rate nozzles to apply the highest practical spay volume. Nozzles with higher rated flows pro­ duce larger droplets. Pressure - Use the lower spray pressures recommended for the nozzle. Higher pressure reduces droplet size and does not improve canopy penetration. When higher flow rates are needed, use higher flow rate nozzles instead of increasing pressure. Number of Nozzles - Use the minimum number of nozzles that provide uniform coverage. Nozzle Orientation - Orienting nozzles so that the spray is released backward, parallel to the airstream will produce larger droplets than other orientations. Significant deflection from the horizontal will reduce droplet size and increase drift potential. Nozzle Type - Use a nozzle type that is designed for the intended application. With most nozzle types, narrower spray angles produce larger droplets. Consider using low-drift nozzles. Solid stream nozzles oriented straight back produce larger droplets than other nozzle types. 6

( (/ Boom Length - For some use patterns, reducing the effective boom length to less than 3/4 of the wingspan or rotor length may further reduce drift without reduQing swath width. Application - Applications should not be made at a height greater than 10 feet above the top of the largest plants unless a greater height is required for aircraft safety. Making applications at the lowest height that is safe reduces expo­ sure of droplets to evaporation and wind. Swath Adjustment When applications are made with a cross-wind, the swath will be displaced downwind. Therefore, on the upwind and downwind edges of the field, the applicator must compensate for this displacement by adjusting the path of the aircraft upwind. Swath adjustment distance should increase, with increasing drift potential (higher wind, smaller drops, etc.). Wind Drift potential is lowest between wind speeds of 2 - 10 mph. However, many factors, including droplet size and equip­ ment type determine drift potential at any given speed. Application should be avoided below 2 mph due to variable wind direction and high inversion potential. Note: Local terrain can influence wind patterns. Every applicator should be familiar with local wind patterns and how they affect drift. Temperature and Humidity When making applications in low relative humidity, set up equipment to produce larger droplets to compensate for evap­ oration. Droplet evaporation is most severe when conditions are both hot and dry. Temperature Inversions Applications should not occur during a temperature inversion, because drift potential is high. Temperature inversions restrict vertical air mixing, which causes small suspended droplets to remain in a concentrated cloud. This cloud can move in unpredictable directions due to the light variable winds common during inversions. Temperature inversions are characterized by increasing temperatures with altitude and are common on nights with limited cloud cover and light to no wind. They begin to form as the sun sets and often continue into the morning. Their presence can be indicated by ground fog; however, if fog is not present, inversions can also be identified by the movement of smoke from a ground source or an aircraft smoke generator. Smoke that layers and moves laterally in a connected cloud (under low wind con­ ditions) indicates an inversion, while smoke that moves upwards and rapidly dissipates indicates good vertical air mixing. Sensitive Areas The pesticide should only be applied when the potential for drift to adjacent sensitive areas (e.g., residential areas, bod­ ies of water, known habitat for threatened or endangered species, nontarget crops) is minimal (e.g., when wind is blow­ ing away from the sensitive areas). 7

SMALL GRAINS (NOT UNDERSEEDED TO LEGUMES) IMPORTANT Observe all precautions. Read and follow cleaning, mixing and application instructions. Maximum single application is 64 flounces (1.0 Ib a.e. dicamba) per acre. Total annual amount applied must NOT exceed 128 fluid ounces (2.0 Ibs a.e. dicamba) per acre. If small grains are used for pasture or hay, the following restrictions apply: • Animals cannot be removed from treated area for slaughter prior to 30 days after last application. • There is no waiting period between treatment and grazing for non-lactating animals. • Treated areas may not be grazed by lactating dairy animals before 7 days after treatment. • DO NOT harvest hay from treated areas before 37 days after treatment. NOTE: Observe all precautions and restrictions on the labels of products used in tank mix treatments. WEEDS CONTROLLED BAS 183 10 H herbicide, or combinations with listed tank mix partners, will provide control or suppression of the annu­ al broadleaf weeds listed below. For improved control of listed weeds, it is recommended that BAS 183 10 H be applied in a tank mix with other herbicides. Refer to specific crop for tank mix options. PESTICIDE STORAGE Store in original container in a well-ventilated area separately from fertilizer, feed and foodstuffs. Avoid cross-contamina­ tion with other pesticides. Spillage or leakage should be contained and absorbed with clay granules, sawdust, or equiva- lent material for disposal. . PESTICIDE DISPOSAL Triple rinse pesticide from containers and use rinsates in the pesticide application. Wastes which cannot be used according to label instructions may be disposed of on site or at an approved waste disposal facility. . CONTAINER DISPOSAL Nonrefillable Container. DO NOT reuse or refill this container. Triple rinse or pressure rinse container (or equivalent) promptly after emptying; then offer for recycling, if available, or reconditioning, if appropriate, or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by incineration, or by other procedures approved by state and local authorities. Triple rinse containers small enough to shake (capacity ~ 5 gallons) as follows: Empty the remaining contents into application equipment or a mix tank and drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Fill the container 1/4 full with water and recap. Shake for 10 seconds. Pour rinsate into application equipment or a mix tank, or store rin­ sate for later use or disposal. Drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Repeat this procedure two more times. Triple rinse containers too large to shake (capacity> 5 gallons) as follows: Empty the remaining contents into application equipment or a mix tank. Fill the container 114 full with water. Replace and tighten closures. Tip container on its side and roll it back and forth, ensuring at least one complete revolution, for 30 seconds. Stand the container on its end and tip it back and forth several times. Turn the container over onto its other end and tip it back and forth several times. Empty the rinsate into application equipment or a mix tank, or store rinsate for later use or disposal. Repeat this procedure two more times. Pressure rinse as follows: Empty the remaining contents into application equipment or mix tank and continue to drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Hold container upside down over application equipment or mix tank, or collect rinsate for later use or disposal. Insert pressure rinsing nozzle in the side of the container and rinse at about 40 PSI for at least 30 seconds. Drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Refillable Container. Refill this container with pesticide only. DO NOT reuse this container for any other purpose. Triple rinsing the container before final disposal is the responsibility of the person disposing of the container. Cleaning before refilling is the responsibility of the refiller. Triple rinse as follows: To clean the container before final disposal, empty the remaining contents from this container into application equipment or mix tank. Fill the container about 10% full with water. Agitate vigorously or recirculate water with the pump for 2 minutes. Pour or pump rinsate into application equipment or rinsate collection system. Repeat this rinsing procedure two more times. When this container is empty, replace the cap and seal all openings that have been opened during use; return the con­ tainer to the point of purchase or to a designated location. This container must only be refilled with a pesticide product. DO NOT reuse the container for any other purpose. Prior to refilling, inspect carefully for damage such as cracks, punc­ tures, abrasions, worn-out threads and closure devices. Check for leaks after refilling and before transport. DO NOT transport if this container is damaged or leaking. If the container is damaged, or leaking, or obsolete and not returned to the point of purchase or to a designated location, triple rinse emptied container and offer for recycling, if available, or dispose of container in compliance with state and local regulations. 26
