.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only

chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,

explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

NOT allowed for on-farm use in California. General Information Charte.-e F2 fungicide seed treatment is a liquid seed treatment used for control or suppression of certain seed borne and soilborne diseases of barley, oats, rye, wheat and triticale. Charter F2 will generally increase emergence and plant stands by controlling or suppressing these diseases. Charter P contains an EPA-approved dye that imparts an unnatural color to the treated seed to prevent its acciden tal use as a food or feed for animals. Refer to 21 CFR, Part 2.25. Method of Application Seed should be well conditioned and free of chaff before treating with Charterl'> F2 fungicide seed treatment. Treated seed should not require drying after treatment and can be stored or bagged immediately (provided excessive slurry volumes are not applied to the seed). Charter F2 may be applied using standard commercial seed treatment equipment (such as, but not limited to, slurry or mist-type equipment) or on-farm seed treatment equipment. Charter P may also be used in on-the-go type air seeder treatment systems. Charter F2 should be applied to barley, oats, rye, wheat and triticale at the rate of 5.4 fluid ounces of product per 100 pounds of seed. Thorough seed coverage and proper application equipment calibration is essential for good dis ease control. To achieve thorough coverage, Charter F2 may be diluted with water, if needed, into a slurry. Direct application into a planter box is prohibited. Use Restrictions • DO NOT use treated seed for food, feed or oil processing. • DO NOT store Charter P near feed or foodstuffs. • DO NOT contaminate feed or foodstuffs. • DO NOT contaminate domestic or irrigation waters. • DO NOT plant any crop not listed on this label within 30 days after planting Charter F2 treated seed. • IN CALIFORNIA: ONLY for use in commercial seed treatment establishments. NOT allowed for on-farm use in California. • IMPORTANT: MAXIMUM USAGE when applying multi ple metalaxyl-containing and mefenoxam-containing products to the same crop within the same season: DO NOT apply more than the maximum seasonal total for the active ingredient as stated on the label of the low est seasonal total on that crop. • DO NOT use the same auger for treating seed that will handle commercial or feed grains. • DO NOT store leftover treated seed where there is a chance of it becoming mixed with untreated seed. Store treated seed in cool, dry conditions. Seeds treated with this product that are then packaged or bagged for future use must contain the following labeling on the outside of the seed package or bag: "This package or bag contains seed that has been treated with Charterl'> F2 fungicide seed treatment containing triticonazole and metalaxyl. DO NOT use treated seed for food, feed, oil production or any other purpose' except planting. Store away from feed and foodstuffs. DO NOT allow children, pets or livestock to have access to treated seeds. Wear long pants, long-sleeved shirt, shoes and socks, and 6 protective gloves when opening bag or handling treated seed. Treated seeds exposed on soil surface may be hazardous to wildlife. Cover or collect treated seed spilled during loading and planting. Dispose of all excess seed by bury ing away from bodies of water. DO NOT contaminate bodies of water when disposing of planting equipment washwater. Dispose of seed packaging or containers in accordance with local requirements."
