Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL FOTECTION AGENCY Office of Psticide Programs Registration Division Joanne Pratt WILBUR ELLIS CO. 191 W SHAW AVE FRESNO CA 93704 Comment for: EPA Reg Nr.293S-421 WILBUR-ELLIS METHYL PARATHION 7.S SPRAY The following specific comments pertain to your WPS labeling submission concerning the product cited above: User Safety Recommendations must either be placed in a box or printed on the label in a contrasting color from surrounding text. The glove requirement for "applicators and other handlers" in the Personal Protective Equipment" section on your prposed labeling is missing or does not match the chemical-resistance category identified on your proposed labeling. Correct the chemical-resistance category statement (if necessary) to stat; "Some materials that are chemical resistant to this product are listed below. If you want more options, follow the instructions for category F on an EPA chemical resistance category selection chart." Remove the incorrect glove requirement (if any) and add "Chemical-resistant gloves, such as barrier laminate, butyl rubber, nitrile rubber or viton". The exact location is shown in Sections A and B on Part I of the Product Worksheet in Supplement Three-A to PR Notice 93-7. The respirator requirement for "applicators and other handlers" in the Personal Protective Equipmenc" section on your proposed labeling is missing or incorrect. Remove the incorrect requirement (if any) and add "For exposures outdoors, dust/mist filtering respirator (~HA/NIOSH approval number prefix TC-21C). For exposures in enclosed areas, a respirator with'either an organi-vapor-removing cartridge with a prefilter approved for pesticides (MSHA/NIOSH approval number prefix TC-23C), or a canister approved for pesticides (MSHA/NIOSH approval number prefix TC-14G)." The exact ',ocation is shown in Sections A and B on Part I of the pruduct Worksheet in Supplement Three-A to PR Notice 93-7.

WILBUR ELLIS CO. BPA Reg. Number: 2935-421 WILBUR-ELLIS METHYL PARATHION 7.5 SPRAY Application date: 09/10/93 Original Submission Add "Organophosphate" to your label in one of the locations shown in Section E on Part 2 of the Product Worksheet in Supplement Three-A to PR Notice 93-7. You have incorrect wording in the first paragraph in the Agricultural Use Requirements box on your proposed label. That paragraph must contain the exact wording of the paragraph shown as "2" in Section F on Part 2 of the Product Worksheet in Supplement Three-A to PR Notice 93-7. Delete the 72-hour arid area REI statement and the notification statement from your label. EPA has determined that they are not required for products containing methyl parathion as the sole active ingredient. The glove requirement for early e~try in the Agricultural Use Requirements box on your proposed labeling is missing or incorrect. Remove the incorrect requirement (if any) and add "Chemical-resistant gloves, such asbarrier laminate or butyl rubber or nitrile rubber or viton". The exact location is shown in Sections F and G on Part 2 of the Product Worsheet in Supplement Three-A to PR Notice 93-7. Delete the crossed-out stater1ents on your proposed label.
