Image rebuild (skip scrape) / build (push) Failing after 1h37m12s
docker: production image + Gitea Actions for monthly refresh
Dockerfile: self-contained image with corpus + Chroma + BM25 baked
in. Drawbar's compose pulls + runs without volume mounts. Built from
sources.json (labels schema), PRODUCT_NAME=crop_chem by default,
HYBRID_SEARCH=true (always-on for production quality). RERANK_URL +
OLLAMA_URL get set at compose time.

.gitea/workflows/refresh.yml: monthly cron (1st @ 06:00 UTC) does
full scrape → reindex → image push. Scrapes Bayer (~30 min) +
EPA PPLS row-crop filtered (~7h). Skips reindex+push if no corpus
diff. Tags pushed: :latest, :<sha12>, :corpus-<YYYY.MM.DD>.

.gitea/workflows/image-only.yml: on-demand or auto on code-only
pushes to main (paths: docs_mcp/, rag/, scrape/, requirements.txt,
Dockerfile, sources.json). Reindexes from committed corpus, builds
image, pushes. ~10 min vs ~9h full refresh.

.gitignore: corpus/ now COMMITTED (4,159 labels, 265 MB of .md +
sidecars). Lets image-only.yml rebuild indexes without re-scraping.
chroma/ + bm25/ still gitignored (regenerable binary indexes).

.dockerignore: drops venv, eval results, PLAN/README/CLAUDE.md,
deploy/, .git/ — keeps the image lean. corpus + chroma + bm25
explicitly NOT in dockerignore (those go INTO the image).

Do not apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwater or rinsate. Treated seed exposed on soil surface may be hazardous to wildlife. Cover or collect seeds spilled during loading and planting. This fungicide may persist in soil and long-term use in the same field may result in an accumulation of the active ingredient. General Information LumiTreo is a flowable suspension that is applied as a seed treatment for protection against listed soilborne, seed-borne and early season post-emergence diseases. Directions for Use It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Read all Directions for Use carefully before applying. Ensure proper agitation of LumiTreo prior to use. DO NOT apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application. For any requirements specific to your state or tribe, consult the agency responsible for pesticide regulation. LumiTreo must be used only in accordance with instructions on this label, in separately issued labeling or exemptions under FIFRA (e.g., supplemental labels, Special Local Needs Registrations, FIFRA Section 18), or as otherwise permitted by FIFRA. Always read the entire label including the Limitation of Warranty and Liability. LumiTreo is for use in commercial seed treaters only, operating standard, calibrated seed treatment equipment. Do not use this product in hopper-box, planter-box, slurry-box or other seed treatment applications. Do not use treated seed for food or animal feed, mix with food or animal feed, or process for oil. This product contains no colorant. An EPA-approved colorant must be added when this product is applied to seed per 40 CFR 153.155(b)(1). Seed must be conspicuously colored at the time of treatment. When applied according to this label, LumiTreo will provide early season protection against Phytophthora, Rhizoctonia, Fusarium causing seed rot, root and stem rot and/or damping off in soybeans. This product is also effective against seed-borne Phomopsis and seed rot fungi such as Aspergillus and Penicillium. This product provides suppression of Pythium. For enhanced Pythium protection, mix LumiTreo with an additional product labeled for Pythium control. Consult your local company representative or agricultural advisor for guidance on predicted disease pressure based on historical data for these diseases in your area. LumiTreo-treated seed may be replanted immediately if an emergency replanting is required due to an early season crop failure. Treating significantly damaged seed or seed that is low vigor or overall poor quality may result in reduced germination, seedling vigor and plant stand. Before treating an entire seed lot with the proposed seed treatment, treat a small portion of the seed lot and conduct subsequent germination tests. Field and laboratory tests have demonstrated that application of LumiTreo to soybean seed will not negatively affect germination. However, due to seed quality and seed storage conditions beyond the control of Corteva Agriscience, no claims are made to guarantee the germination of carry-over seed.

Product Information LumiTreo fun gicide is a flowable suspension containing oxathiapiprolin, ipconazole and picoxystrobin and is recommended for use as a seed treatment product, for protection against listed soilborne, seed-borne and early season post-emergence diseases.

XXX / LumiTreo / MSTR / Proposed Sec 3 / 02-01-2022 Page 11 Seed Storage Field and laboratory tests have demonstrated that application of LumiTreo to soybean seed will not negatively affect germination. However, due to seed quality and seed storage conditions beyond the control of Corteva Agriscience, no claims are made to guarantee the germination of carry-over seed. Treatment of damaged seed, or seed known to be of low vigor and poor quality, may result in reduced germination and/or seed and seedling vigor. In cases where seed quality is unknown, treat a small portion of the seed with LumiTreo and confirm acceptable germination, prior to treating the entire seed lot. Mode-of-action Oxathiapiprolin, FRAC group 49, acts as an oxysterol binding protein (OBSP) modulator in fungal cells and protects against Phytophthora disease by inhibiting OSBP. It has preventive, residual, curative and eradicative activity. Ipconazole, FRAC group 3, a DMI triazole acts on sterol biosynthesis in membranes. Picoxystrobin, FRAC group 11, a Qol fungicide acts upon respiration at complex III. Cultivar/Varietal Seed Safety Not all soybean varieties have been individually tested for seed safety. It is not possible to evaluate all applications of LumiTreo for seed safety on all varieties or under all environmental conditions and growing circumstances. To test for seed safety, apply the product in accordance with the label instructions to a small amount of target seed and confirm acceptable germination to ensure that a phytotoxic response will not occur, especially where the application is a new use of the product by the applicator. Application Information Mixing Procedures

LumiTreo is for use in commercial seed treaters only, operating standard, calibrated seed treatment equipment. Do not use this product in hopper-box, planter-box, slurry-box or other seed treatment applications. Treatment equipment must be clean and free of previous pesticide deposits before applying LumiTreo. Before transferring LumiTreo from its container, thoroughly mix the contents to ensure the product is homogenous. Add LumiTreo directly to the mixing tank. Mix the recommended amount of LumiTreo thoroughly with the required amount of water allowing good seed coverage. If available on the application equipment, LumiTreo can be applied directly through dedicated application modules in place of a mixing tank. This product is undyed. Add an EPA approved colorant to treat the seeds per 40 CFR 153.155(b)(1) during the seed treatment process. Ensure that all treated seeds are dyed an unnatural color. Mixing Tank and Equipment Cleanout Prior to application, start with clean, well maintained application equipment. Immediately following application, thoroughly clean all mixing equipment to reduce the risk of forming hardened deposits, which might become difficult to remove. Drain mixing equipment. Thoroughly rinse mixing equipment and flush with clean water. Clean all other associated application equipment. Take all necessary safety precautions when cleaning equipment. Do not clean near wells, water sources or desirable vegetation. Dispose of waste rinse water in accordance with local regulations. Tank Mixtures LumiTreo may be applied as a water-based slurry with other registered seed treatment products including fungicides, insecticides, nematicides, bio-stimulants or micronutrients. Potential mixing partners should be tested for physical compatibility with LumiTreo including added colorants or polymers before mixing in a large tank for seed treatment. Follow the most restrictive labeling limitations and precautions of all products used in mixtures. Do not mix this product with any product that prohibits such mixing.

XXX / LumiTreo / MSTR / Proposed Sec 3 / 02-01-2022 Page 12 Commercial Seed Bag Labeling The Federal Seed Act requires that bags containing treated seeds shall be labeled with the following statements: • This seed has been treated with oxathiapiprolin, picoxystrobin, an d ipconazole fungicides. • Treated Seed. Do not use for food, feed or oil purposes. In addition, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requires the following statements on bags containing seeds treated with LumiTreo: • Do not allow children, pets, or livestock to have access to treated seed. • Store away from food or feedstuffs. • Wear long pants, long-sleeved shirt, shoes, socks and chemi cal-resistant gloves when handling treated seed. • Excess treated seed may be used for eth anol production only if (1) by-products are not used for livestock feed and (2) no measurable residues of pesticide remain in ethanol by-products that are used for agronomic practice. • Cover or incorporate spilled treated seeds. • Dispose of all excess treated seed. Leftover treated seed may be d ouble-sown around the headland or buried away from water sources in accordance with local requirements. • Dispose of seed packaging in accordance with local requirements . Resistance Management Recommendations This product contains the fungicide active ingredients oxathiapiprolin (a Group 49 fungicide), picoxystrobin (Group 11), and ipconazole (Group 3). Oxathiapiprolin inhibits the oxysterol-binding protein (OSBP). Ipconazole is a DMI triazole that acts on sterol biosynthesis in membranes. Picoxystrobin is a Qol fungicide that acts upon respiration at complex III.  Corteva Agriscience recommends an integrated stewardship plan for successful disease resistance manag ement.  Combining LumiTreo with fungicides containing additional modes of action as mix partners is a recomme nded disease resistance management practice.  Do not make more than one seed treatment application of oxathiapiprolin per year on the same acreage targeting the same pathogen, except in the case of crop failure.  No foliar or soil fungicide application of an OSBP-inhibiting fungicide should be made following a s eed treatment application of oxathiapiprolin or other OSBP-inhibiting fungicides. Mixing Instructions Dilute in a sufficient volume of water to obtain thorough, uniform coverage. Polymers, colourants, and other additives should be tested for compatibility and seed safety prior to use in combination with LumiTreo.
