FIRE ANT MOUNDS To help the control of fire ants in home lawns and in other home outdoor recreation areas, apply 10 oz. over and 2 ft. around each fire ant mound. Immediately after application, water in thoroughly Apply gently to avoid disturbing ants. Use of high pressure watering equipment may disturb the ants, cause them to leave, and reduce the product's effectiveness. A minimum of one gal. of water should be applied to each mound area.
