1. Make the labeling changes listed below before you release the product for shipment bearing the amended labeling: a. In the ingredient declaration before the chemical name of Bay tan add the heading Active Ingredient. It must be on the same margin and have the same prominence as Inert Ingredients. b. Modify the referral statement to read: See Side Panel fo~ Additional Precautionary statements c. Update the Environmental Hazards statement to include the following statements: Do not apply directly to water, to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate water by disposal of equipment washwaters. Refer to PR Notices 93-3 and 93-8. d. Copy B & C text should be placed in the Hazards to Humans section.
