Add/adjust/revoke a collaborator and change role — the substrate (mutable role) exists; only the endpoints are missing. Resolves the create-only NN#8 break without the full invite flow.

Non-negotiable: Pulled forward — a create-only entity shouldn't wait for Phase 6 (NN#8). Revocation routes through the single privacy point.
