ModelProvider over Anthropic/OpenAI/xAI/Ollama; env placeholders exist, no interface code.

Non-negotiable: Twelve-factor, no hard-coded keys/endpoints (NN#7); the Ollama/self-hosted path is what makes the privacy-first promise real.
