Follow-up to #255. Set APP_ENV=production in the host's deploy/.env on 192.168.0.2 (backed up first) and recreated backend + worker; https://provenance.paul.farm/health now reports "env":"production" and the frontend serves 200. Replaces the README's known-drift note.

Set APP_ENV=production in the host's deploy/.env (it had been left at the
.env.example default) and recreated backend + worker; /health now reports
"env":"production". Update the README note accordingly.
