DKC50-63RIB BRAND BLEND


Positioning

DKC50-63RIB Brand Blend is 100 RM product that can work from the East to the West and across many yield environments. High yield potential combined with very good Goss's Wilt tolerance make this a broad acre product. Good stress tolerance and the ability to move north and south well add to the versatility of this product.

Strengths & management

  • Has shown very good Goss's Wilt tolerance
  • Opportunity to yield very well in its RM zone with nice Southern movement
  • Has shown stable yields across yield environments and does very well under stress
  • Can perform well dryland or irrigated
  • Very girthy ears that dry fast
  • Moderate response to population so plant at medium to medium-high populations
  • Very good performance in continuous corn but could benefit from a fungicide application to extend plant health
  • Has shown very strong performance in the west with very good Goss's Wilt tolerance makes this a key product central and West
  • Nice southern movement and can be an early corn early option
  • Plants dry fast and lose staygreen but late season standability is good
