Remove broken CONTRIBUTING.md link and misconfigured edit-this-page link

CONTRIBUTING.md link pointed at platform9/vjailbreak, which has no such
file at root (404). editLink.baseUrl pointed at the site's own pages URL
instead of a GitHub edit URL, producing a broken generated link. Neither
has a correct target repo/path right now, so drop both.
